K Greene: I never complain about customer service because ive worked in it for over 20 years but on August 2022 . I went to the store on Groesbeck in warren to reserve a small box rental 2 weeks before the date needed. I went to pick it up on that date and my rental was given to someone else!!!! They had 10 trucks& vans on the lot but could not provide anyone of those, not sure what was issue!!!! They referred me to a uhaul location on Westside 15 miles away and it was 30 minutes before all locations were closing for the evening . I had a very important event the next morning & afternoon. It ended up being an extreme inconvenience for an upcoming 70th bday party. I have been a customer a few times before including storage rental that went well at the same location. I will not rent from them again!!! Will probably go to penske. What is point of reserving a truck and when you get there NO trucks or vans are available!!!!!

Jameela Williams: IF YOU CAN GO ANYWHERE ELSE GO THERE AVOID AT ALL COST.Worst uhaul experience, gave me a raggedy truck that after having it for one day didn't switch in to drive had to wait until 11pm for a tow truck, I put in the request at 6:45pm. So I called this office today, the assistant manager says I can't get another truck because the other one is under contract. I reminded her that she is aware that their truck was towed by the service they called. Very unprofessional was not helpful at all.No sympathy to the situation, I'm not sure how this person became an assistant manager but it's definitely not a position she should be in. She literally got an attitude because we said we would call corporate ma'am your not helping how about you not work in a job that requires you to deal with the public.UPDATE I keep receiving calls from the clowns that work talking about the truck was returned late how is that my problem when it with a tow service your company provided then lied and said I left something at the location when I haven't been there since Tuesday. This place either need to hire smarter people or close down for good.

Jillian Bieber: After calling 4 other haul locations, I called and asked if they had a be home trailer. They told me they had some and I informed them I would be there within the hour to reserve one. I got there and both of the trailers that I was looking for were in repair.

Alex Jahn: I went to get my propane tank filled. I was told that they were short staffed and couldn’t be helped. I asked where the next location was for propane fill and I tried to call to make sure someone was available but no one answered after being on hold for 20mins. I decided to drive there and when I showed up I was told to go to another location because they didn’t fill propane there. I was furious! Im tried of getting the corporate run around. I have since taken my business down the road to a place that specializes in propane and have been much happier.

Matthew Philip: Very poor service. No one was available to take my phone call, and when I arrived at this location no one was available to assist me after patiently waiting over 15 minutes. Very unprofessional. I would recommend going elsewhere.

Rebecca Tazzia: Extremely unprofessional! Went to drop off my car for a trail hitch installation scheduled for 9:30 am. Spoke to the u haul worker, who was wearing no mask and head phones while I spoke to him. He told me that my appointment was not scheduled for that day, even though I showed him the confirmation email. I never changed the appointment time, nor was I informed about the change. The worker was very rude and would not give me a refund and would not help me. When I asked to speak to a manager the worker told me rudely that “they wouldn’t be in until 12:01”. Left the store and called back later, for TWO HOURS! Finally spoke to the same worker and he told me the manger was still not there and was very rude about it. Called back AGAIN later and this location did not answer the phone for over an hour after multiple calls. Had to end up calling corporate to complain and for a refund. Will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

John Fisher: Called customer service to rent a truck asked about the ramp on the truck I was going to rent to make sure it had one was told yes. Set up my pickup time for which I had checked in online a day before hand. Had some unfortunate events happen that morning and called and told them I would be late, was told ok. Then I had a person call me and I told them I was on my way only to get there and them not have the truck there....... it was down the street at the other lot, no biggie not to far but still an inconvenience when I told them when I would be there and such. A very nice Girl Amber met me down there only to find out that the truck I had rented didn't have a ramp. At this time I was very upset about them not having the truck and being told the wrong information about the truck having a ramp and such. Amber went back to get me the slightly bigger truck with the ramp and brought the keys back to me so 35 minutes altogether later I'm on my way. Amber was awesome give her a raise and a promotion for the rest of it the organization was horrible. I have had many services through uhaul in the last few months a hitch put on a bike rack purchased etc. I will not be back to this one ever again and I still have to rent a truck again and a storage spot in the next week or so it will not be from here....

Flaming Goat: Great guys!!! they are very friendly and very helpful.I just wish when you call their number it would go to them but instead it goes to some kinda call center...and that sucks!!!1 more thing, I already left a bad review for Mini Storage in their site. Dont use that place. I mean you could as long as you dont deal with Tim, manager. He is a piece of S***, the other guy who works with him is super cool and very helpful.

Showed up for them to not call me or tell me that they don’t have the hitch 3 weeks later every appt was pushed and pushed I made it clear that I needed this installment by June 1st. I was assured that it was gonna happened. Only for them to tell me it’s still stuck in perrysburg ohio and then I came in a week later had not heard anything since that call. Came in with my dad and was told it was cancelled a week ago and we were fully refunded for the hitch. No phone call no nothing. Apparently the manager cancelled it and refunded us. Very upset with this

eMaZe FPS: I have use Uhaul and left JBL clip blue speaker in one of the trucks. I called and they verified that my item was there. So they set the speaker off the side. When I come to pick the speaker up it is not there.

Dave Gladue: Ordered a trailer hitch on 05/19/2022, scheduled the installation for 05/28/2022. Showed up on the installation day only for them to say that they didn't have the hitch for my vehicle and they would call me. The store never called. Contacted Uhaul customer service a few days later, they said the store manager would be in contact that day. Still never called. Called the store several times, was put on hold and the calls were never answered. Contacted Uhaul customer service again, only for them to say that they would contact the store. Finally had to spend over an hour again on the phone just to cancel the order and for them to start the refund on my credit card. What a joke! If I ran my business this way, I wouldn't have a job.

He said one box was missing and will only give me credit Nine dispite that how I bought them, he said no it not "That how I win I allies win" I let him process the return call it day over $2.00 just forget to rent truck and rent from a different u-haul with good customer service and no additude. Well did not win I just lost $2.00 and had a bad experience over 7 years ago that just causing me emotionally stress.

Middle Class Blast #MCB: Friendly helpful staff that truly does go out of their way to satisfy your needs from trucks to propane. I use them to fill my BBQ and portable heater's tanks all the time. Fair price and you always get a proper fill-up. Unlike the grocery stores exchange program were u get almost 2 gallons less and pay far more per gallon. No heavy stuff unless you want to carry them up some stairs. Other than that I like it. Also like the donation center there. Donated my dresser. I wasn't carrying it up the stairs

JAMES ROBINSON: The spot I chose the snow removal people left snow pile which didn’t allow me to pull my vehicle all the way back the response I got was sorry you’re gonna have to wait until the snow melts. The next day I went and shoveled it out myself. I did not want my 38 foot Winnebago to be sticking out in the main aisle. because there was a heavy amount of snow coming in a couple of days, and they were going to do it again..
