Bernie Poegel: Our office required on site shredding for a large secure project. We already had service with Iron Mountain for server back up tapes so we decided to use them for this service. It took several weeks to get the proper sized secure " Locked" recycle carts delivered - a customer service coordination nightmare - many hours on the phone with the wrong size delivered and then being swapped out for the large 95 gallon carts - more phone calls - all told about a month.Required 2 more secure carts for other floors in the building and spent and hour on the phone with customer service again. Hope the proper carts get delivered. Service rep had us in their data base but with the wrong sized carts - another error after repeated calls to correct. I will not mention the hassle in getting another person listed as the admin of the account. Make sure if you use them - that every possible person that may interface with them listed as a user of the account.I would not recomend this company for this purpose - I would use All Shred. The work required to set up an account, manage and make changes is just not worth the effort.

I called and spoke with someone saying I was moving in a few days so would it be okay if I didn’t have to pay and the man said yes but the money was taken out of my account a few days later. Every time I call I get no response and I just want my money back!Update: I was able to get in contact finally and the situation was resolved thankfully. He sent an email out he said and I was able to get my refund so I’m appreciative of the service.

Well did not win I just lost $2.00 and had a bad experience over 7 years ago that just causing me emotionally stress.

Middle Class Blast #MCB: Friendly helpful staff that truly does go out of their way to satisfy your needs from trucks to propane. I use them to fill my BBQ and portable heater's tanks all the time. Fair price and you always get a proper fill-up. Unlike the grocery stores exchange program were u get almost 2 gallons less and pay far more per gallon. Mike: I rented a uhaul for 1hour should of been $50 over the course of 3 months they charged my credit card almost $20,000 because they thought my name was Eugene and that I drove cross country and abandoned the uhaul I called corporate and they said it was handled a month later they recharged my card was forced to sue uhaul and won in court

Too Much (Juice): This place is the first Uhaul place that I actually like. Service was dope. But the indoor storage is a little irritating. No heavy stuff unless you want to carry them up some stairs. Other than that I like it. Also like the donation center there. Donated my dresser. I wasn't carrying it up the stairs

No longer needing to store our belongings I was nervous about being charged since it was on next day automatically, but Gary was like we can stop it today so it won’t even go through …… some places say it’s on auto we don’t have enough time to stop it you will need to be reimbursed , so was very happy for that since us removing our belongings was so last minute and a spare of the moment situation…. Hours of being able to go in and out of your units are also great…. A place you can trust with your belongings and wonderful people running it !!!!
