They start adding on all kinds of fees and you can't keep up!This place is different! I called and spoke with someone saying I was moving in a few days so would it be okay if I didn’t have to pay and the man said yes but the money was taken out of my account a few days later. Every time I call I get no response and I just want my money back!Update: I was able to get in contact finally and the situation was resolved thankfully. He sent an email out he said and I was able to get my refund so I’m appreciative of the service.

She should me around the facility, and my new unit was spotless!!The prices are the lowest of any storage unit in Metro Detroit. I am very Satisfied.

Kandy Kavalar: I highly recommend using this storage place, everyone was always so nice , setting up everything was so easy and never had any issues of any kind so easy to get into your unit even if the office was closed, but knowing your belongings were safe on the premises was a major plus …. No longer needing to store our belongings I was nervous about being charged since it was on next day automatically, but Gary was like we can stop it today so it won’t even go through …… some places say it’s on auto we don’t have enough time to stop it you will need to be reimbursed , so was very happy for that since us removing our belongings was so last minute and a spare of the moment situation…. Hours of being able to go in and out of your units are also great…. A place you can trust with your belongings and wonderful people running it !!!!

Amber LaCroix: Would never recommend getting a unit there, I had one for less than a year and rats got into my unit and destroyed sentimental belongings. The insurance agent doesn’t return calls and will not compensate you for any damages.

JAMES ROBINSON: The spot I chose the snow removal people left snow pile which didn’t allow me to pull my vehicle all the way back the response I got was sorry you’re gonna have to wait until the snow melts. The next day I went and shoveled it out myself. I did not want my 38 foot Winnebago to be sticking out in the main aisle. because there was a heavy amount of snow coming in a couple of days, and they were going to do it again..

Bobby Miller: Had my camper stored here for the past 3 years and every year they raised their rates. Found a less expensive place to store my camper almost half the price that I was paying here

Bob Bobby: Stolen car dolly and stolen catalytic converter. Response from management, oh well. Needs better fencing and dogs like they used to.
Tykia Stokes: Staff are super unprofessional and never transparent. Rv was broken into twice while in the facility; was told multiple units were also damaged and broken into. Facility has no liability, security or empathy. Find somewhere else to house your RV, more a headache then convenience

Ernie Bristle: At the beginning of December a series of motorhomes had their catalytic convertors cut off and mine was one of them. Warren RV knew what happened and never notified me. I found out on my own. Their policy doesn't cover any damage to your equipment while it is stored at their facility.

Our spot is always muddy, yes you offered to move us, BUT there is something wrong with all the spots. You say you increased the prices to maintain the storage lot, what have you done? Besides put trees and landscaping in front. Seriously??? This is highway robbery. And at least have the common sense to tell people before October 1, 2021 that their prices are going up on January 1,2022. You people are absolutely nuts. How about putting gravel down in everyones spots? You never are even there to answer the phones, today was a first. We have been there for 5 yrs, plus alot of my family store there, not no more.

Martin Potashnik: We have a nice 11 year old Motorhome with only 11, 000 miles on it. It is like new other than the decals on the outside are weathered.This facility would not except it. It was an insult. Unless your vehicle is new, don't go to this establishment.
Louise Reza: Don’t waste your time going there …. They refused our beautiful RV because it had some worn details. The person working with us on the phone said it had to be in running order… check. And could not have damage… check, check. Yet when we bothered to travel all the way there with pictures. They refused to rent us a spot because of the decals. Yet we looked at their yard and there is a broken down bus and a wrecked truck. Seriously, don’t waste your time

Cecilia Lachowicz: We own a rehabbed 1977 Chevron Camper and were turned away from this company due to its age. I’ve never really heard of such a thing and it was quite obvious the person communicating with potential clients lacks some professionalism. Would not recommend.If you own anything older than a 2010 they require pictures so just don’t even bother.
richard carrier: Do not rent a spot here. They have no security. Both of my batteries were stolen out of my truck along with my side tooling doors were all broken into.

Apparently it’s not a newer model and it’s not up to the standards at this establishment. We take care of our items and we’re very hurt when the emails were received. Wouldn’t waste my time using them when we do upgrade.
