Kawana Cummings: The power went out at my house so I came here. Besides the air conditioning nothingelse was sufficient else was sufficient. else was sufficient. We asked for fresh towels and blankets and washcloths and the only thing we receive was a sheet. the microwave didn't work and there is a sheet on the refiner which makes me think there are bugs. This hotel reminds me of the projects and I have seen some nice projects that were way better than this! The microwave didn't work. Very noisy guests. Call the front desk and there was no answer. Did I mention there is no phone in this room?

MB MB: This place have lot of bugs in bad and cockroach , all the rooms are very bad ,not tv antenna, AC dirty, no filters, you pay your money and you sleep in zoo , the owner is very cheap, I told him about bad bugs and show him a video too of what I found and he spray my room with a landscaping pump, no mask no glove , this hotel need a serious inspection from the city .

Ashley B: Always ordered takeout finally got to dine in and the experience was so fun! We took our 4,6,and 7 year old and they even enjoyed themselves and the food. Our chef was awesome, service amazing. And people great. Would recommend it’s kind of a hidden gem if you’re not from the area. Again would recommend. I love everything and eat from here frequently. Didn’t get too many pics of food I was too busy eating this time! But they have a nice drink menu as well!

If Then: We called and made a reservation but when we showed a sad sorta handwritten sign stated no Chef. I asked how can you be a sushi place with now chef. They just said sorry. When called and website both state they do surve sushi until you arrive. Why be in business as a sushi restaurant if you don't have a chef?

Scott Carrick: I share this review with much difficulty. It is hard to give a 1 star review. The group decided to have dinner together for my going away party. The last time we would all be together. We decided we should have memorable experience. I will say this, we will all remember the AWFUL host. She could of been the manager. We called earlier in the day to ask if we needed a reservation. They do not take same day reservations. This is fine. We mentioned we could have 9 maybe a few more. We will just show up and see if there is enough room to seat us. She thought this idea would work. When we arrived at opening a few minutes early. They refused to open the door at 4:58. This is also fine, rules are rules after all. When we were seated a few more people showed. You see they wanted to say their farewells. One of them was scolded by this host or manager. He was not planning on eating. He just wanted to say bye. Eventually we had a party that totaled 11 people. Two of them sat at separate table. There was plenty of room being the restaurant was empty besides us and one other person that was not with us. Once everyone ordered. The manager or host what ever she is decided to SCOLD all of us for not calling ahead. Even though we did. It seems she was attempting to ruin our evening. She should NOT being working in the restaurant industry. Besides that. The food was amazing. Chef was fun! The waitress was fun and did everything she could do to recover from her managers embarrassing tactics and attitude. The people of the party will never return to that location.

We couldn’t even eat the food because how greasy and tasteless it was. the worst part of it was that caused my stomach to hurt so bad and cause diarrhea and same thing happened to my friend so it was definitely the food, it cost us 38$ For the tasteless food. I knew something was wrong when I was saw one of the worker touching plates after touching his hair with his glove! 🤢🤢🤢🤢

Luke Darland: I ordered take out and the meal was a child size. The cucumber rolls were not even fully rolled and the salad was warm and soggy. All for $60!! Not to mention, the online ordering system didn’t allow me to use a gift card. Additionally, when I had to call my order in, the prices were completely different than online prices. We were grouped up with a family, no big deal however the family smelled like marijuana and the kids were throwing fits the entire time. Our waitress was nice however we only saw her a total of two times and was more helpful with the other family. Our chef did not entertain us, he simply just cooked. Not once did her interact with any of the guest. The only reason this place received one star from me is because the food was good but typical. Overall, I wouldn’t be coming back, at least to this location. For being located in Troy, it sure brought in a very trashy crowd. I do not recommend.

Heard others complaining about the long wait and even longer wait to actually be served. I would never try and go back others all over the country way more organized.
