Will Johnson: Do not do business here. Traded in my phone was convinced to drop a line to get my 14 I phone was told everything was legit. Boy was it wrong. After 6 months of paying 258 a month . I got sick of waiting and called customer support. Turns out my trade in was ineligible so long story short I lost my 13 and still paying an insane amount for my 14. This feels completely illegal. This store offered 0 help. Sad bro just sad.

Malisha C: Went here today to purchase the iPhone 14 pro max and was advised to leave my 13 pro max with them (for whatever reason) while it "does it's thing"(4:25pm). My son is getting the 13 pro max, so she disabled his 12 pro max. Told me she would contact me once it's completed. I never heard anything bk so we went bk up there at 7:08pm to find the store CLOSED! she took an alternative number for me and didn't even call or text to advise they were closing or that everything was all set. So now we have to go without any phones until I can get back up there to get them!! God forbid we have an emergency....I would not recommend this store.

Christine Vanvliet: I’ve been coming to this store since they first opened a few years ago and I’ve always had a great experience. Last year I had to add my dad to my plan and Andrew, the store manager, was great. And today I had to add my sister and although that was a hassle on our end, Andrew was amazing again. So kind and understanding.

I will never go back to that store, and because of that may have lost a 20 year customer with att.

When they switch I was not able to get it back. Long short. They lied to us about the plan. When I went back they would not work something out. It was screw you... was not even able to talk to mangers to get it resolved.3 months later still nothing is done .still not hearing anything from the manager of this store 6-7-22

Anita Long: I would like to say MetroPCS have a policy where you cannot return your phone. I purchase of loan because I wanted to upgrade my old phone took the new phone home for some reason it would take a long time for my calls to go through the phone just was not working out for me. So I read my I put a picture of my receipt honest review this is what my receipts said but once I get in the store everything changes don't understand if something is not working why is it that you cannot return the phone. The receipt say it returned a device accessories or within 60 days of the purchase date of a t Mobile 5G gateway. I had everything in the box when I say everything changes once I got into this is what the salesman said show me yours receipt I received no say that this is what my receipt says. So he ran me off another and on this reciept it says reprint so I only had half of the receipt. I have been with Metro PCS for a long time but you would think 🤔 if my receipts said return within 14 days that they should honor that. Not give me another receipt that my original receipt did not say. This is my review about Metro PCS all I'm saying is if your receipt says something else honor what that customer receipt says not reprint another saying something else. This is my review. So now I have a new phone that I paid $236. Can't use.

sarah kruk: If I could leave no stars trust me I would. The woman that works here charged me $40 for a SIM card....I’m sorry but what!? It should have been $15 but I was unaware. Not only was I over charged for my SIM card but when she needed my pin to access my account and I gave it to her (1 time) it wasn’t valid so instead of trying another password she (without telling me) changed the password and made my account a now high security risk. She was also very rude almost as if I was wasting her time. I went to another location today and the gentleman was so kind and understanding and fixed me up.

I was told that I would have no fees at all if I return my phone due to a Port In issue that T-Mobile cannot assist me with therefore I had no need for the phone and returned it. I was told that I would have no fees is the Port In did not go through. Which it didn’t. They’re making me drive an hour away to the original store that I went to just to have them return a phone.
