My son was trying to see some balls and she started shouting to put back the balls inside. She was not giving us any space, standing right next to us all the time. Felt very uncomfortable. I would only go to this store if I can't find the item online or anywhere else.

B Varadarajan: On July 30 ‘21 I visited Kushi for some cricket accessories. After selecting ~$40 worth products I requested the staff if he would help re-adjust the position of the batting grip on my cricket bat, which he gladly tried to help with. But in the process the grip tore, and he replaced it with a new grip without talking about its cost. I felt this new grip isn’t as thick as my old grip, so I asked if he can put another grip on top of it. And the staff obliged gladly without talking about its cost. That’s a total of ~$15 he gave away just because he agreed to help me. I felt uncomfortable that I’m eroding all his profit from my $40 purchase by getting $15 worth free stuff. But now I’ve changed my plans to buy my shoes, pads, kit bag etc from Amazon. Kushi has won me as a loyal customer who will keep going back for all cricket gear needs!
