Ish gave me a free IT consultation (turned out he worked previously as a IT consultant) while i waited. It took about 3 hours for the build and 45 minutes for the explanation. Alarie Jefferson: Screen was broken within 12 minutes. I paid for them to fix my phone yesterday, I drove thirty minutes for their fast service. When I returned the next day I was talked to rudely and accused of lying about how the screen got damaged. I only pressed on the screen to see if it was secure, I never thought that I was strong enough to break a screen with my thumb and forefinger. They ended up telling me that it was the technicians fault and they would fix it for free. Don’t go here.

Mohsen: They don’t even deserve the 1 star. I paid $165 for original screen on iPhone 11pro. Couple weeks later screen fell off the phone. When I went back they didn’t notice it was them that did my Chinese screen. $165 and they installed Chinese instead of the original apple screen. Never would go back. Don’t trust them.

Ali Ahmad: I was on the verge of buying a new Apple Watch because apple store wanted to charge me $400 just to fix it. I came here and They fixed it for me on the spot for the fraction of the price. Great service and the owner is very friendly and professional.

I decided to purchase the original iPhone screen; just though it’s better than getting the cheaper screen. They were nice to ask me to get it redone to fix the issues; but my phone still has issues, especially the keyboard. They asked me to come back again Therefore, I am very disappointed:(

Billy KIdd: I have been with Verizon for over 20 years because they have always taken care of any problems in a professional and courteous manner. Unfortunately that all changed yesterday when I was treated very rudely by the associate at this store. She refused to refer me to a repair facility, nor would she look into my billing question. She told me to call up Verizon and have them look into it, and stated it is not her job.

Casey Faitel: This location is great and the people are friendly. Go when they open if you don't like to wait long.
Thaddeus S: Do NOT simply walk in, schedule an appointment first. A few minutes after arrival, someone signed me in with two people before me, but had no ETA. I had to wait an hour and 50mins to do a 10 minute operation. No one acknowledged the wait, or that I even existed during the wait. Once I was finally seen, the employee refused to show me on the screen how the numbers add up. All they would show me was a piece of paper with prices I wouldn't actually be paying. But they had no problem tapping buttons on my phone to "help" me use menus as if were a confused senior citizen. It felt like talking to a used car salesman.

We Are Rideshare: This store sucks. Especially if your white. Don't expect to be treated or helped with any type of urgency unless your African American. Carlos is racist and so is the other lady that checks people in. I mention that I'm white and still waiting for 2 hours and it must be because I'm the only white person in here and then not one but two employees start laughing out loud along with everyone else that was African American I side this store.Thats how it always is. Reverse racism is running out of control because of uneducated groups of people that will not let history go.

Shalma Ahmed: Please do yourself a favor and go to any other Verizon store. Not only do the associates not know what they’re doing, but the managers themselves were not able to provide any clear answers. I was not only told misinformation about my trade in value for my phone, but was also told my new phone was shipped - not “projected shipping” but shipped already and phone was expected to be delivered within 2 business days. Then when I go back to the store to get an update after the phone not being delivered, they say the order never went through. Prior to this, I already went into the store and asked for updates and not once did they mention something being wrong about my order. Then when going to go replace my order with customer service, they tell me the store gave you the wrong promotion and was given a lesser value for my phone. Please go to another Verizon location.

I don't have an acct # or a pin nor want to talk to a digital assistant for the Warren store.

Will Johnson: Do not do business here. Traded in my phone was convinced to drop a line to get my 14 I phone was told everything was legit. Boy was it wrong. After 6 months of paying 258 a month . I got sick of waiting and called customer support. Turns out my trade in was ineligible so long story short I lost my 13 and still paying an insane amount for my 14. This feels completely illegal. This store offered 0 help. Sad bro just sad.

Malisha C: Went here today to purchase the iPhone 14 pro max and was advised to leave my 13 pro max with them (for whatever reason) while it "does it's thing"(4:25pm). My son is getting the 13 pro max, so she disabled his 12 pro max. Told me she would contact me once it's completed. I never heard anything bk so we went bk up there at 7:08pm to find the store CLOSED! she took an alternative number for me and didn't even call or text to advise they were closing or that everything was all set. So now we have to go without any phones until I can get back up there to get them!! God forbid we have an emergency....I would not recommend this store.
Nickolas Vostoris: Getting three phones and one new line should've been a major headache - but not at this store thanks to Kirscher! She made the process easy and painless - while also being patient with my parent's (1,000) questions.
Christine Vanvliet: I’ve been coming to this store since they first opened a few years ago and I’ve always had a great experience. Last year I had to add my dad to my plan and Andrew, the store manager, was great. And today I had to add my sister and although that was a hassle on our end, Andrew was amazing again. So kind and understanding.

I was aggravated about the situation in the first place, and them not taking it back didn’t help. The one guy working called me a spaz, which that didn’t help the situation at all. I will never go back to that store, and because of that may have lost a 20 year customer with att.

When they switch I was not able to get it back. Long short. They lied to us about the plan. When I went back they would not work something out. It was screw you... was not even able to talk to mangers to get it resolved.3 months later still nothing is done .still not hearing anything from the manager of this store 6-7-22
