I was told that I would have no fees at all if I return my phone due to a Port In issue that T-Mobile cannot assist me with therefore I had no need for the phone and returned it. I was told that I would have no fees is the Port In did not go through. Which it didn’t. They’re making me drive an hour away to the original store that I went to just to have them return a phone. David Reno: Buyer beware. Some sales personnel are not familiar with the correct prices for the phone plans. This could cost you hundreds of dollars if you are migrating from Sprint or comparing prices with other providers. I would suggest going to another store where they may help you if they make a MISTAKE. It cost me hundreds of dollars.

Always Hungry: My first experience in the store was great I was helped by Yousif and he ensured me that he will take care of me. But a few weeks later I come to find out I was put on a more expensive plan that we did not discuss. It was a simple 2 line deal for $120 but he decided it was best for his own interest to put me on a $160 plan. I called T-Mobile and they were able to fix it. It's not about the money it's about honesty. I was going to go back to the store to transfer 22 lines from my business account but now I will only deal with T-Mobile directly and not some 3rd party. Word of advice to Yousif, it pays more to be honest long term rather than try to make a quick buck big guy.
Karl: Don't have the phones you want in stock, pushy/rude sales guys (you can have any of s22 line) *basically forces the cheapest one* cause they don't have the one I actually wanted in stock and didnt even offer me the ultra. Oh yeah and I got a dumb watch I'll never use, thanks for that. Stick to online, I never wanna deal with these guys again.

Lacie Granstrom: I had to come into the store because T-MOBILE has continued to bill me two months past cancelling my services and transferring to another carrier. I have spent HOURS on the phone with T-Mobile Only to be told that I had to go into the store to verify my identity.I came into the store and YOUSIF was extremely rude and condescending and dismissive of the directions I relayed to him from the T-Mobile associates I had previously spoken with. He refused to call T-Mobile to verify and refused to help me until after he made me call and sit on hold for a T-Mobile representative for 45 MINUTES only to be told HE HAD TO CALL THE RETAIL SALES NUMBER FOR T-MOBILE. And he continued to argue with me and with the representative on the line about the process.So here I am waiting for him while he waits on hold-now refusing to even make eye contact with me.I had been a T-Mobile customer for 15 years… and after this experience I will NEVER go back, and I will tell everyone I know to stay as far away as possible.Terrible customer service. Terrible in store experience. If I could leave zero stars I would.

Adrianna Watson: Upon arriving at this location my boyfriend & I were greeted by 2 friendly employees and the young woman who helped us was really helpful. My young child was a bit out of sorts so I had to exit the store w child and my boyfriend finished. Basically after purchasing 2 new iPhones and transfer of service a couple hundred dollars later we still felt confused as to what type of plan we had, how much data, price of bill, etc. needless to say we still had to return to a 2nd T mobile location to get out SIM cards, port our numbers over, and a month later & I still lost all of my contacts. Friendly service, but not very informative. A piece of advice, even though they close at 8pm, don’t go after 6pm… more than likely you will need to return the following day.

Terry Pemberton: When I closed my account WOW was suppose to send me boxes to return the equipment to them but they didn't send the boxes asked for them 3 different times. Then they took $524.70 out of my bank account for the equipment that they didn't send the boxes for. Took their stuff to the drop off place which on the door said WOW customer service but Noone is there to help you or to take the equipment from a customer to show that is was turned in. Fought for 2 weeks to get my money back finally told it could take up to a month to get it back which it did. My advice do not sign up for automatic payments it will come back to bite you in the end. If you close your account don't wait for them to send you boxes. Worst experience dealing with a company. Would rather pay more for Comcast than go back to this horrible company

Betsy McCrystal: Cancelled service due to high rates and increasing rates. Little or no customer service. Wait times ridiculous! Requested return equipment box at time of cancellation. No box for a month but did receive a BILL that was somewhat of a threat about collection agency for unpaid equipment charges! 225.00 for Telephone Modem and 169.00 for WOW!tv+box. Called customer service and after a very long wait ( not unusual) could barely understand the representative. Only 2 drop off area in the entire state of Michigan. Thank goodness I looked at the google maps because the drop center closest to me looks as if it’s closed. Hoping box comes in mail as I requested for the second time. Shady business for sure. Happy now with Spectrum
Rescue Nut: Been with you 11plus years tried changing my pay method over 3 & half hours phone, website & live chat with no success. Guess I'm going to another company UPDATE: they got my payment method switched over before I had a chance to call around other internet company's. So problem solved for now so I'll move up to 2 stars

Michael Atherton: I’m not a wow customer. One of their installers removed a fake locked padlock from my gate and entered my yard without permission. Used my trash cans. I don’t have wow. No poles or utilities on my property. No door knocking and never said anything to my wife as she was leaving the house. My cameras caught him. My 2 older kids were home. Why was he in my yard? I want him fired. If I was home I would have let him meet my 2 dogs.

Holly: I have been trying to cancel my account with WOW since February, when thankfully moved to a location that we could get internet with a reputable company. I was told that 5-7 days after the billing cycle (March 10th), I would receive a box in the mail at my new address to send the equipment back. I finally got an email that there would be a box sent to me mid April- but not after they charged me for their equipment. Shockingly, they sent the box to the old address. I called 2 different times trying to get a box to return the equipment each time, they said “it will be in the mail in 3-5 business days and never came. I contacted Wow again and was able to speak with a manager - after waiting on hold for 40 minutes and dealing with an awful woman that didn’t want to let me speak with a manager because “she could help me;” we scheduled a technician to come out to the new address to pick the equipment up. THEY SENT THE TECHNICIAN TO THE OLD ADDRESS OVER AN HOUR AWAY. It is now May 1st and I am at a loss on what to do. My auto pay with them was never canceled, I’ve been told that they cannot refund my money for the internet bills they took out of the account because the account was not actually closed until April- although I received emails all of February and March to “come back” & “they’re sorry to see us go.” They cannot refund my equipment until they receive my equipment and if they get it back it will be 4+ weeks. This company is truly awful. They cannot complete even the most minuscule of tasks. I was married and had my last name changed almost a year ago and that has still not been updated. DO ANYTHING YOU CAN TO AVOID SERVICE WITH WOW.

The prices they advertise online don't include their $1 extra charge, and can only be achieved if you have auto payment (though enrolling in autopay doesn't actually lower the price, just makes it so you don't see you're getting stuck with the higher price.

Apparently, the person I spoke to weeks ago doesn’t know how to do their job and forget to start a return form. Wow! You guys are a class act!

Billy KIdd: I have been with Verizon for over 20 years because they have always taken care of any problems in a professional and courteous manner. Unfortunately that all changed yesterday when I was treated very rudely by the associate at this store. She refused to refer me to a repair facility, nor would she look into my billing question. She told me to call up Verizon and have them look into it, and stated it is not her job.

Thaddeus S: Do NOT simply walk in, schedule an appointment first. A few minutes after arrival, someone signed me in with two people before me, but had no ETA. I had to wait an hour and 50mins to do a 10 minute operation. No one acknowledged the wait, or that I even existed during the wait. Once I was finally seen, the employee refused to show me on the screen how the numbers add up. All they would show me was a piece of paper with prices I wouldn't actually be paying. But they had no problem tapping buttons on my phone to "help" me use menus as if were a confused senior citizen. It felt like talking to a used car salesman.

We Are Rideshare: This store sucks. Especially if your white. Don't expect to be treated or helped with any type of urgency unless your African American. Carlos is racist and so is the other lady that checks people in. I mention that I'm white and still waiting for 2 hours and it must be because I'm the only white person in here and then not one but two employees start laughing out loud along with everyone else that was African American I side this store.Thats how it always is. Reverse racism is running out of control because of uneducated groups of people that will not let history go.

Not only do the associates not know what they’re doing, but the managers themselves were not able to provide any clear answers. I was not only told misinformation about my trade in value for my phone, but was also told my new phone was shipped - not “projected shipping” but shipped already and phone was expected to be delivered within 2 business days. Then when I go back to the store to get an update after the phone not being delivered, they say the order never went through. Prior to this, I already went into the store and asked for updates and not once did they mention something being wrong about my order. Then when going to go replace my order with customer service, they tell me the store gave you the wrong promotion and was given a lesser value for my phone. Please go to another Verizon location.

Will Johnson: Do not do business here. Traded in my phone was convinced to drop a line to get my 14 I phone was told everything was legit. Boy was it wrong. After 6 months of paying 258 a month . I got sick of waiting and called customer support. Turns out my trade in was ineligible so long story short I lost my 13 and still paying an insane amount for my 14. This feels completely illegal. This store offered 0 help. Sad bro just sad.
