Dr Chirco and her assistant were amazing. I felt 100 pounds lighter waking out of there. Dentists btw) either they didnt clean my teeth at all or barely scratched the surface of teeth..as far as cleaning goes ..but i i have gotten 3 cavities in past 2 yrs altho seeing dentsit regularly ..?..and went from a #3 to #6 in depth on back teeth (resession of gums) ..so either they werent doing their job correctly or didnt do exams correctly or both ..but i will stay with Dr Bana and their office from now on for any dental needs . They were very caring , took time for painful areas stopping as needed, took her time explaining my treatments needed and did an excellant job cleaning my teeth i am more than happy with the way they look and they feel amazing ..despite the periodontal cleaning i had, it doesnt even hurt afterwards!! ..which is something i have never experienced ...and am truly grateful to have finally found a good dental office to go to ...highly recommend
R W: I'm someone who has major anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. Thankfully Denise was my hygienist because through her wonderful chair-side manner and professionalism, she immediately put me at ease. She is so great at what she does, I nearly fell asleep during my planing and scaling. Can you imagine?! Toni, the manager is also a delight as she made navigating my insurance and procedure scheduling a breeze. Dr. Bana was great. I had two fillings that were done in what felt like no time, and I didn't feel a thing. Anca was very kind as was everyone else I've met so far. Now I actually look forward to keeping up with my dental appointments instead of being full of anxiety. I highly recommend Warren Family Dentistry.

Hannah May: Edit: I was at the office on thurs 1/19 for a filling and got an email that the office was closed down on the morning of tues 1/24. Google says temporarily closed but I think it's permanent just not sure why. This is super frustrating, but I just wanted to say that I don't believe anyone working in the office had any more of a heads up than the patients did. They were scheduling patients while I was there and talking about the follwing month. I feel bad for staff and patients because it seems like we were all blindsided.Staff is kind and helpful and it is one of the few offices that take medicaid!!

I've had this appointment since late November or early December somewhere around there and I don't know where. On Monday I got a text that it was canceled. Try to call the office and had no body return my call only to find out that their temporarily closed. They couldn't let people know what was going on?

I asked him to PLEASE not talk to me and he kept on standing by me forcing me to listen! This is beyond threatening to someone who has PTSD, and extreme anxiety at the dentist! Please get rid of him! He’s horrible!
B. HicksEsthetics: Dr. Kashif Naqui was by far the MOST RUDE dentist I’ve even encountered! I’ve been coming to Mcdc Warren for years and have never had an issue. Both times I’ve seen him, he had been rude and made me very uncomfortable. Today at my appointment he basically dismissed me from the chair without service. He confused me on the work that was planned to do today, then got upset because he continued to ask me what filings I wanted to do, when we already knew what work was to be done today. Why is the professional asking the patient what THEY want to do? Horrible experience with him. The other staff was amazing and made me feel comfortable. Do NOT see kashif. 0/10

Rad Mom: I had my first visit today finally, I have adult Medicaid and this is one of the only dentists I could find that accepts Medicaid! It is a wait to get in, but it is worth it. They did a fantastic job on my teeth cleaning. Very clean and professional, and seems to really care.

Rasida Miah: I don’t think I’ve ever had such a great experience at any healthcare facility like this. Everyone is so kind and respectful! Front desk staff was so sweet. Loved how the dental hygienist explained everything she was doing, I can’t remember her name but she was also very gentle while cleaning my teeth. The doctor was great as well. Everyone I came into contact with during my visit was so friendly, definitely coming back here and telling my friends and family!

Haylee Brooks: I took my fiancé here, all while he’s in excruciating pain , they totally disregarded our concerns and referred us out but had to come back for X-rays, while trying to schedule that appointment the front desk wasn’t listening to him on what his needs were and made an appointment for a cleaning which HE DID NOT NEED. The assistant Victoria was rude as hell. And so was front desk. Their concerns for urgency is a lack there of. Very disappointed and very concerned what actually is going on in that office.

I understand things happen, thats why you’re supposed to call and let your patients know that you’re running behind on schedule. My mom has had appts cancelled without even a notice. They overbook and can’t even take patients in on their appointment time, we’ve been sitting at the office for over an hour and hadn’t been seen. No one came to tell us anything until we went and asked. Wasted my time sitting here not even getting seen. Keep in my I’ve had an appointmentDo not recommend this place at all and definitely will not be coming back
