Pamelia Gibson: My experience at Personalized Dentistry was very nice, from the receptionist at the front desk to the people in the back were great. Dr. Rochlen and the nurse sat down with me made me feel very comfortable in telling me what my options were.
Ashley Dib: I am someone with bad dental anxiety and have never stuck with the same dentist for more than a few visits. Until now. I cannot say enough about Dr. Rochlan and his staff. The most caring, friendly, kind, funny and professional staff around. They never make me feel like they’re going to upsell me on services, they recommend only what I really need. Margaret is my favorite hygienist but everyone here is seriously wonderful! For the first time in my life, I don’t dread coming here, which is saying ALOT. They’re the best and I cannot recommend this office enough!
rockwell stoyanovitch: I have been a longtime patient of LRR for over 25 years.The Hygienist Maria is the best for me just because she is careful with her procedure & efficient.I see Dr. Gary for the majority of my visit’s & occasionally Dr. Michelle & both are excellent Dentists. I have only been with Dr. Lewis once I believe & he is equally a professional in his field of Dentistry.Recently I had a chipped tooth repaired which was a front main one.I will tell you as the auto body shops would say, like the accident never happened when they were finished.I cannot tell where the chip was after Dr.Gary was done repairing it & the color was matched perfectly.I was in & out in approximately 30 minutes.The reception staff is always friendly & chipper as well. The staff will call & check on you when you are running late because they keep their appointments & pride themselves in being on time.My average wait time is five minutes or less & frankly I do not know how they do it.It is a professional dentistry that is a credit to the community & its clients.Incidentally I am 67 yrs young & have all my own original teeth.I like to think LRR has had a part in that success & keeping me smiling.Rockwell J. I see Dr Michelle Rochlen most frequently but her Dad, Dr Gary Rochlen, has also treated me—always without fuss, drama, or pain.When I broke a tooth during an extremely bumpy flight one afternoon, Dr Gary stayed with his assistant and saw me that day even though my arrival time made him late to a holiday dinner with his family. He tried to save what he could, but ultimately had to get that tooth started for a crown that evening. Dr Michelle met me at the gym one Saturday for a quick peek when I thought something terrible had happened. I’ll never forget these events and will always be grateful to them. Patients first.At the same time, I’ve never had the feeling that I was paying for someone’s lavish lifestyle at this practice. Work is recommended *when needed,* NOT for an upsell.Every hygienist and assistant I’ve seen - and I’ve been coming here for years with my weird teeth - has been gentle and thorough. June: I started coming here in 2021 and I have no complaints. Had multiple cavity fillings and a dental implant done which have all gone really well. Everyone is courteous and proficient. I feel like they have taken good care of me. Highly recommended.

She is caring, empathetic, a great listener and understands her patients’ needs. Any time I’ve needed emergency care, I’ve been able to immediately walk in. The office is clean and they use new technology that makes the experience easier and friendlier. I definitely recommend them!

Dentists btw) either they didnt clean my teeth at all or barely scratched the surface of teeth..as far as cleaning goes ..but i i have gotten 3 cavities in past 2 yrs altho seeing dentsit regularly ..?..and went from a #3 to #6 in depth on back teeth (resession of gums) ..so either they werent doing their job correctly or didnt do exams correctly or both ..but i will stay with Dr Bana and their office from now on for any dental needs . They were very caring , took time for painful areas stopping as needed, took her time explaining my treatments needed and did an excellant job cleaning my teeth i am more than happy with the way they look and they feel amazing ..despite the periodontal cleaning i had, it doesnt even hurt afterwards!! ..which is something i have never experienced ...and am truly grateful to have finally found a good dental office to go to ...highly recommend
R W: I'm someone who has major anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. Thankfully Denise was my hygienist because through her wonderful chair-side manner and professionalism, she immediately put me at ease. She is so great at what she does, I nearly fell asleep during my planing and scaling. Can you imagine?! Toni, the manager is also a delight as she made navigating my insurance and procedure scheduling a breeze. Dr. Bana was great. I had two fillings that were done in what felt like no time, and I didn't feel a thing. Anca was very kind as was everyone else I've met so far. Honestly, he literally Made his day longer for me. A gifted surgeon. He made the surgery painless. He and his assistant were like "hand in glove". Amazing! The entire staff from reception, to my hygienist (Nancy), to the doctor himself make you feel like family. Always happy with my cleaning and although I’ve never had to have any more serious procedures (cavities, root canals, etc) there is absolutely no one I would trust more if that day ever comes. I look forward to seeing them every 6 months - wish I could come more! ;)
Dawn Wilson: I have very bad Anxiety when it comes to the dentist. So when I found out my dentist that I've been seeing for years was selling her practice to another dentist in the building I was freaking out a little. It took a long time for me to be comfortable with her. But let me tell you, from the very first visit they made me so comfortable. They are all super friendly and professional. I have never been to a dentist that made me that relaxed on the very first visit. Even being completely comfortable with a dentist I am usually white knuckling the arm rest. Not today and I had to have 2 teeth pulled. Hands down the best dentist I have ever been to.
Christine McGregor: I called to make an appointment for my two children. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and very professional over the phone. We recently had a horrible experience at a different dental office, which left my children with incredibly high anxiety, but was very hopeful with how incredible staff was on the phone. We arrived at our appointment, the facility was very clean and staff was friendly. My children normally cry even with cleanings, but they felt so comfortable with they hygienist and Dr. Kohn and there were no tears! They were through and explained things and answered any questions I had. After leaving the office, I had another question, and the Dr himself answered the phone! That was an incredible surprise. Dr. Kohn seems to be a very humble man. I'm so glad our experience at his office was a great one. Thank you Dr. Kohn and staff!

I have pretty much been going to Dr. Kohn my whole life and he always takes time to stop in and say hi and ask about my family before it’s time for my exam. The cleanings are thorough, painless, rarely a wait, and the staff is always happy to see you. My husband has lots of genetic teeth issues and has had MANY implants done by Dr. Kohn. They got me in right away and all the good reviews are true. Dr. Kohn was very compassionate and tried everything to remedy the situation that day but couldn't. It took a week of antibiotics first to get my situation fixed. Staff is very kind and helpful. Got my teeth cleaned today and I'm very happy with my cleaning as well.

My appointment was at 11:30 am, I got Here on time filled out my paperwork and it’s 5 minutes until 12 and still no service. tom bradyy: Although Dr. Sharabi was kind, His staff is horrible. Staff did not notify me in prior things to do such as no eating ect. They did not know scheduling times, and took a while to take my co pay while I stood there. Their lack of communication on notifications and test results are disappointing. Then again, staff reflects on dr. Sharabi.
