Lahnda Henry: Came in (as the lone customer) to this location only to be stared at by two gentlemen until one reached for my package. I asked if I should sign the printed dhl shipping label I brought in and the guy said (without even looking at the label) that he doesn’t know, he only knows what he does (?) and I could “sign it or not sign it.” (Ok. I signed it). He affixed the label and tossed it on the floor with a couple of other packages, telling me dhl should probably come Monday. Ok, can I have a receipt? He said if I wanted a receipt i can take it to DHL. Like what? I’m supposed to leave my box thrown on your floor with no way to verify with the merchant, DHL or your shop that it was ever here? That’s ridiculous. The guy was short with me and not at all helpful so I took the box and left (like he obviously wanted me to) I could tell what time they were on by how they stared when I got there. Trying to figure out how this place got 4.3 stars, they’re unfriendly and I wouldn’t trust an empty box there, not to mention my full one.Added: now they are replying about what I should have read. Is that an excuse to be standoffish and rude? You could have simply said “sorry we don’t take drop offs” instead of being reluctant and vague and acting irritated. Why go through the motions of taking a drop off and you don’t take them? If I hadn’t asked for my box back what would have happened to it if “you don’t take drop offs?” Every negative review here they comment and blame the customer or DHL directly. It’s simple, open your mouths and communicate what you can and can’t do.

Taylour: My very first experience with getting a delivery from this company was not the best to say the least. The customer service side of this needs to be reevaluated from the ground up. The gentleman I spoke with Monday evening was great and very helpful, the representative I spoke with Friday was combative and very unhelpful. The representative I spoke with on Monday afternoon gave me misinformation and almost cost me a delay in my delivery. My issue started on Friday with the delivery driver never showing up and sending a message saying that they tried to deliver the package and no one was home which was untrue. When I tried to call customer service my concerns regarding the driver were brushed off, I even asked was there a way for me to either meet the driver or pick the package up that night to which i was told "we have no way of contacting our drivers" as a multi billion dollar company there need to be systems in place to make sure no one has these issues in the future. Hopefully in the future these things will be fixed, updated and this will be an experience that can be learned from.

Printing Center: I’m an authorized ship center in Canton, Michigan. I scanned a package in my shipping software for DHL. No driver has came and picked this package up so I wanted to drop it off at a location and the agent at the counter said I had show if of the person shipping it. Which I’m not that person it was one of my customers. It’s been sitting at my location for a week . No wonder why they have 3 stars just no point of customer service

Stephanie Eaton: After mistakingly changing my delivery method for an item needed for the weekend, I went to the DHL ServicePoint with a hope (but no expectation) they would be able to fix my mistake. Maureen listened to my problem and took time out of her day to locate my package which was actually out on a truck. She contacted the driver Bryan Hover who said he could still deliver my package. 细雨无声: I had a package sent from Italy. I had a question regarding how the duty tax was calculated so I called DHL Duty Tax department. To my surprise, I got an extremely rude customer service representative. She could not answer my question about duty tax and pointed me to check duty tax website. While I was doing research, I got a notice from them that in TWO days I got another $30 stock fee on top of the duty tax. When I called DHL duty tax department, this same person sounded ridiculed saying "why didn't you pay two days ago?". To me this company is a black hole. It is messy and unprofessional. Avoid it as much as possible.

My stops are always simple and easy.Not only do they facilitate your shipment but they have all the supplies ready for what ever you need to send out. Donna has packaged many of my larger shipments and they have all arrived safe and sound.I have seen many customer come in to use the fax machine. She is also a pro. So fast and easy. Don't deal with a fax at home. Just let mail plus do it.They have PO Boxes also.Forget the big ups stores of post office. Just use Mail Plus in Fraser.

AirTime Trampoline: I purposely go out of my way to do my business here. It is a small mom and pop shop located just off of 14 mile road and Garfield in Fraser. The inside could use some updating. It definitely shows its age. It is not a fancy FedEx store that is for sure.The woman who works the main counter if very friendly and easy to talk to. She has a big smile when I come in and it makes me happy to be there. She is very knowledgeable about pricing and shipping related questions. I will always do business here as long as she works there.I have shopped around the other shipping stores and Mail Plus Fraser is by far a better price.There is also a book store connected to the shop if you are looking for a new book. Great prices!

Charlie Whitby: This is by far one of the worst receiver to deliver a load to, I arrived 45 minutes before my scheduled appointment, and they were on break, I was issued a door upon my arrival, I waited 1hr and 45 minutes and I wasn't getting unloaded, I went in to ask what was the delay and I was told by the lady in the office that they were on lunch, I asked why wasn't my appointment time honored and she couldn't give me a direct answer. Theses companies really need to respect our times we as drivers have other appointment and now we are on ELD our time is also important.
