Marc Anderson: Just attempted to return some Amazon packages, and felt really rushed even though they weren’t busy. The associate even answered the phone in the middle of my transaction. When I asked questions, I was pushed off and the answers made me seem dumb. Unimpressive customer service is surprising for UPS stores these days.
FOREIGN DOMESTIC: Rudest staff. They seem to hate their job and lives. Not to mention the price gouging on their packaging supplies. I dread having to walk into this place

My encounter was with a young girl who was sweet and a young man, who was just the same.Having said that, I wouldn’t have passport photos taken there. Because their camera/photo quality is pretty awful, with pale white light in the room which makes your photos just dreadful.In addition to that, when I called before going in the store, they said PP photos were $15, when I actually paid, they were close to $20. It’s hard to justify $20 for two little but horrible photos lolIt’s not the workers fault. But you end up feeling dissatisfied.I went to Walgreens, had my photos taken, they were outstanding. And for slightly less than what I paid at UPS.

I had briefly thought about using this store since we take our dog over to elite groomer. I already don’t trust them or would ever care to interact with “the long black haired girl” . HORRIBLE customer service, the young lady with the long black hair is rude and unhelpful.Her demeanor is that you are bothering her because you come in to drop off a package. At this point any problem would be considered a mistake based upon their good track record! Park your car away from the pumps, get your receipt, go home! Not hard crybabies!

Tamara Lake: Wish I could put no stars. Employee at Warren location wasn’t trying to help me at all. Needed help finding my package that was marked as delivered, girl with black hair and browner skin (not black) didn’t want to be helpful at all. Explained my situation ,package was sent from Amazon but delivered through UPS. Girl immediately said call Amazon it’s not through them I have to call Amazon. She didn’t even try even though one of her employees told her that she could search it. He ended up having her search it anyways and her response was it says it was delivered. Even though I told her the reason I was here was because that it said it was delivered and it wasn’t. She also told me that sometimes they mark it as delivered and it will come later. Which is something I’ve never had to deal with, so I’m kinda on the fence about that. Moral of the story is if she needed a mental health day (like all of us) she could’ve did that instead of coming to work and being impatient with customers and not trying to be helpful. Won’t see me back here again.

Jackie Wright: I walked into this location and this lady was so rude and totally disrespectful 🙄. She put my money on the counter and told me to put myself in the bucket which, (one) I had to ask. Then, she said you're done. I'm waiting on my receipt just in case my mail doesn't get delivered. My flesh was boiling, but I have been practicing how to control my mouth. The lady with curl gray hair walks with a limp. Shame on you customer service skills 😜

I always happen to be there when Donna is working the store. She is super friendly and great person to chat with. Donna knows her stuff and can really move quickly. My stops are always simple and easy.Not only do they facilitate your shipment but they have all the supplies ready for what ever you need to send out. Donna has packaged many of my larger shipments and they have all arrived safe and sound.I have seen many customer come in to use the fax machine. She is also a pro. So fast and easy. Don't deal with a fax at home. Just let mail plus do it.They have PO Boxes also.Forget the big ups stores of post office. Just use Mail Plus in Fraser.

AirTime Trampoline: I purposely go out of my way to do my business here. It is a small mom and pop shop located just off of 14 mile road and Garfield in Fraser. The inside could use some updating. It definitely shows its age. It is not a fancy FedEx store that is for sure.The woman who works the main counter if very friendly and easy to talk to. She has a big smile when I come in and it makes me happy to be there. She is very knowledgeable about pricing and shipping related questions. I will always do business here as long as she works there.I have shopped around the other shipping stores and Mail Plus Fraser is by far a better price.There is also a book store connected to the shop if you are looking for a new book. Great prices!

T Ross: I come here all the time and to my surprise today the manager was quite rude because he needed to put a piece of tape on a package for me to ship back to Amazon? This is the first time I've every heard of the packages going back to Amazon needing to be taped. I'm really disappointed at the poor customer service and attitude of a person in a leadership position. The franchise owner definitely needs to implement some coaching.
James McIvor: Howard printed our funeral program and did a beautiful job! I recommend coming here for any printing you need to have done. Howard will walk you through the process if needed and keep you updated. I can’t say enough about the kindness and service offered.
Carina: Lady here has an issue every single time she tries charging for additional packaging whereas other locations have ZERO ISSUE with how i packaged my returns! It's 100% personal at this point and Lisa needs to be retrained on treating cutomers equally and even asked if i moved because i stopped coming to this location but I specifically switched locations OUT OF MY WAY because of being discriminated against over and over!!!To the reply... AGAIN all the other UPS stores do NOT charge for scan and go amazon packages that do not require label. I even BOXED the scan and go package so I would not have an issue but you are so money hungry that you have to lie and say I needed to purchase a $3 bag which is committing fraud for a few bucks. Reading other reviews this is a very common practice at this UPS store and corporate will be notified for your poor business practices. Robbing people you should be ashamed of yourself!
Lexee Brown: Avoid this store at all cost!I frequent this location often, but not anymore.My initial visit was to have my passport photo taken. I then later completed my passport application to find out my photo was a hair to big for submission. I then had to retake my photo while submitting my application at USPS.I visited the store on 6/15/2022 at 9:13am and was provided poor assistance by employee ID 120984. This woman has a very nasty attitude and poor customer service. She decided it was in her best interest to argue with me about the passport photo their store provided that was too big. She then told me the store does not issue refunds that she could retake the photo. I reminded her that I stated I already completed my passport application and retook the photo so there is no need for a retake with UPS. The employee wanted me to engage in an argument with her, but it wasn’t until a line of 3 formed and she then decided to issue a refund.My dad also frequents this store as it is a convenient location for him, but I will let him know we will no longer be patrons of this establishment.I’ve worked in customer service and a store not offering a refund when then error was on their end is just unheard of.

I had a large shipment that was very pricey but she offered solutions to help get the package to a size that would offer morw affordable pricing for a friend I was sending yarn to. She was helpful and not rude or acting like I was a bother even though I felt like one with such a large shipment. Very good service. Worth it to support a smaller local store.

Adam Stearns: Leonardo packed a painting for us to ship to UK- competitive price and quick to respond to emails. The courier company (nothing to do with Pak Mail- we arranged it ourselves)- managed to lose the package, and Pak Mail were very helpful in providing descriptions of the packaging to enable it to be found.When it finally arrived, the packaging was excellent and very robust, no damage to the painting.Would definitely use again if we have to ship from Detroit to UK.

David: I used them to send a gaming computer overseas. I figured they were experienced at packing expensive things and getting the item to the destination safely and not damaged. Boy was I wrong on all accounts. Not only did it cost me about $1500 but also another $200 in import fees. On top of that the monitor was damaged to the point it’s useless and the computer itself was as broken with CPU rattling around in the case. Very Poor packing job for $1500. I should have shipped it myself. For a company that says they support service members, it’s a lie. I would give zero stars if I could. DONT USE THEM. Ship yourself.
