David K.: That huge monster of a so-called lady must be fired. How long will you allow your business to fail because of a rude employee. Put one of your family to work or hire a senior citizen. I'm done with your location. You've lost a lot of business by losing my company.
Marc Anderson: Just attempted to return some Amazon packages, and felt really rushed even though they weren’t busy. The associate even answered the phone in the middle of my transaction. When I asked questions, I was pushed off and the answers made me seem dumb. Unimpressive customer service is surprising for UPS stores these days.
FOREIGN DOMESTIC: Rudest staff. They seem to hate their job and lives. Not to mention the price gouging on their packaging supplies. I dread having to walk into this place

My encounter was with a young girl who was sweet and a young man, who was just the same.Having said that, I wouldn’t have passport photos taken there. Because their camera/photo quality is pretty awful, with pale white light in the room which makes your photos just dreadful.In addition to that, when I called before going in the store, they said PP photos were $15, when I actually paid, they were close to $20. It’s hard to justify $20 for two little but horrible photos lolIt’s not the workers fault. But you end up feeling dissatisfied.I went to Walgreens, had my photos taken, they were outstanding. And for slightly less than what I paid at UPS.

Yvonne Christie: I had to ship a return to Amazon when I went in to UPS I was greated by a good morning by Shamima and Shango they answered all my questions very professional they made me feel very secured by shipping with them I just want to give a big shout out to these two lady's and tell them thank you for a wonderful experience this will be my go to UPS store for now on

america sells: This location is terrible accepts packages shows delivered but the companies dont receive it then were out of the money because the company or ups is not doing anything about that I will never go back here there not scanning the items like they should nothing but young dummies there working sad to say

I had briefly thought about using this store since we take our dog over to elite groomer. I already don’t trust them or would ever care to interact with “the long black haired girl” . He still had no intention on going to get it and I waited. I would have been there waiting all day waiting on him! Service! What service? I politely let him know I am not happy!Response:That's not the point! The point is a job half done is worthless to anybody! You would not pay for a half done kitchen? Or would you?

HORRIBLE customer service, the young lady with the long black hair is rude and unhelpful.Her demeanor is that you are bothering her because you come in to drop off a package. This is unacceptable behavior when dealing with the public. I will no longer patronize this location.
Ro Jo: I see a lot of sensitive haters these days so I'mleaving my review. I've been returning my Amazon packages and getting copies done by employees here for months. Never had any problems! At this point any problem would be considered a mistake based upon their good track record! Park your car away from the pumps, get your receipt, go home! Not hard crybabies!

Tamara Lake: Wish I could put no stars. Employee at Warren location wasn’t trying to help me at all. Needed help finding my package that was marked as delivered, girl with black hair and browner skin (not black) didn’t want to be helpful at all. Explained my situation ,package was sent from Amazon but delivered through UPS. Girl immediately said call Amazon it’s not through them I have to call Amazon. She didn’t even try even though one of her employees told her that she could search it. He ended up having her search it anyways and her response was it says it was delivered. Even though I told her the reason I was here was because that it said it was delivered and it wasn’t. She also told me that sometimes they mark it as delivered and it will come later. Which is something I’ve never had to deal with, so I’m kinda on the fence about that. Moral of the story is if she needed a mental health day (like all of us) she could’ve did that instead of coming to work and being impatient with customers and not trying to be helpful. Won’t see me back here again.

Margaret Topous: Recent visit was the third time, since summer, the self-serve machines were unable to read a jump drive. Twice before I had to ask a staffer to print my items for me and charged me extra because I didn't use self-serve. "So sorry, they aren't working but we still have to charge you more for our help." This last time the staffer did not charge me more--she was reasonable and understood it would be unfair to do that.So when will those printer/copy machines have they drive readers fixed?

Derrick Logan: This was my first time here inside of the Walgreen's at 9 Mile Rd at Van Dyke in Warren, MI. I was returning a package and there was no one ahead of me when I walked in. The FedEx is located at the Photo Department inside Walgreen's. In and out in less than 5 minutes.

James Jablonowski: Beware of FedEx Ground shipments pickup/drop-off times!. Dropped of box on a Friday at 3:30pm and it wasn't picked up by FedEx until Monday at 2:30pm. Apparently I missed the pickup time on Friday but the manager didn't tell me. Plus ground shipment pickup isn't allowed in this store on Saturday. Had to call the store and FedEx to find this out since no hours are posted at the drop-off counter. I would have taken package somewhere else had I been informed. Other than this great store especially the pharmacy!

Maybe an influx of more staff would take the burden off of this one. 😕 They had the audacity to charge me a service fee when I had to ask them to print something because their equipment wasn't working properly. Totally not cool.

Shah: Recently, FedEx has become one of the worst company. They almost never delivered my packages on time. In their app and website I see the delivery time, then suddenly the status changed to delay. They were 4 days late from the original delivery date for my computer. Recently I ordered SSD from BestBuy and chose Next Day delivery option. FedEx sent me a message saying they will deliver it 2 days later. How is that Next Day delivery?

Kristin Stratton: Denise and Pauline are amazing! Always kind and attentive, despite being pulled in all different directions. They always have my print orders ready, despite me always being last minute! They both deserve a raise…seriously bosses/corporate if you’re reading they deserve something. Sometimes they are the only ones in the store, helping every single person that walks in, with patience and a smile…I don’t know how they do it. Can not praise them enough!

The 2 ladies that helped me Joyce and Denise are the BEST I have ever seen at a fed-ex location ! You guys need to give these two gals a raise, and have them train people on what ""REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ! "" Because they have got it down ! Penny Gibbs: Giving it 2 stars, the women are always friendly and helpful. Pierre was rude to me, shouting at me to go to another counter as soon as I entered, then when I told him I was there to pick up an order told me to go to the direction I was heading in originally. He told me the young lady would help me. I kind of stood back from the counter for a moment waiting to see what register to go to and he again very rudely told me that lady right there is going to help me! I looked at him like he must have been joking because I couldn't believe he would use that tone and attitude with me for no reason at all! The young lady the counter was very nice very courteous help me with no problem however as another gentleman walked in and asked about a package or something. I heard Pierre say to him "what makes you think the package is here?" Instead of do you have a receipt do you have any information about the package etc etc. The gentleman soon left yelling that Pierre could keep his money because Pierre was rude to him as well! Unfortunately I didn't hear the entire conversation just the outcome of it.
