Deb Galloway: Every time I call here I get the run around. I needed medication. I am TWO DAYS overdue for a appointment. Explained to them I would make an appointment by end of month but I needed my meds filled. I am out of a couple. Was told my Dr. moved to another practice and was told I would have to see Dr. Kahn before I could get my meds and she was booked till next week. I guess I am to go with out my diabetic meds and this is not the first time this had happened. The office staff is horrible. I hope Dr. Kahn is a nice as Dr. Steffanie was or I will have to find another dr.

Brian Gore: By far the least organized front office I've ever seen. Dr. Schwutke is great but the staff is horrible. Had bills sent to other members of my family's house. I've been told that things have to go through billing when I try to pay. The front office is extremely rude and incompetent.

Trippy Kitty: Very interesting that this professional doctors office would schedule an appointment, regarding a blood draw and blood work, on a federal holiday. Also not even calling the patient before to re-schedule. You knew no one would be there today, and if someone was there today, they are probably glued to their cell phone. So why? Why even schedule the appointment for that day if NO ONE WOULD BE AT THE OFFICE? Waste of time, for someone who had to go to their scheduled appointment, only to find the parking lot empty, doors locked, no answer from ANYONE on the phone. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Jenna Bartko: I called because I needed my TB test results from a couple months ago for my new job. The lady said she will call me back today so she can get it from the nurse and I asked again (because I had problems with them before) you will call today right cause I need it for my job tomorrow and she said yes. Hours later no call so I tried calling back, no answer. Eventually it was closing time and the on call lady said she can’t do anything for me. So I can’t go to my first day of work thanks to them.

Amanda Zabowski: I love my family doctor, but the receptionists are awful I have as on hold for 20 minutes today to get an appointment. 20 minutes!!!!! Needless to say I hung up and went to urgent care, and I will be finding a new doctor. This is the third time this has happened.

Brooke Hartwell: I love Dr. Khan but the front desk receptionist is awful. They never answer the phone or return calls. When you finally have an appointment scheduled be prepared to sit in the lobby for 45+ minutes and then wait another 45+ minutes to be seen by the doctor.It shouldn't take almost two hours just to get a prescription refill. This is the third awful appointment I have experienced in a row. I will not be coming back and will find a different family doctor. I highly suggest you stay away too if you value your time.

Sara Kiekover: The Dr.s here are amazing! But the front desk staff is horrible! They never answer phones to make appointments and are rude to patients. The wait time to see the doctor is always so long as well.

Kelly Amalfitano: Dr. Samia Kahn has been my PCP for almost 10 years now. She takes extra time to listen and truly hear what I'm concerned with during every visit. She does this will all of her patients and I'm grateful for her high level of patient care. I did not give 5 stars because every time I go here the office staff seems more and more incompetent. That frustration is beginning to grow and hopefully it doesn't affect the overall care I receive.

Ruby: my dad has gone here and had an awful experience filling his prescription. when he went to pick up the prescription, not all of it was there as discussed with his doctor. he called the practice and they said they’d call him back when the doctor was in. they never called back so he called the next day, left a message and still never got a reply. called again the next day and of course no luck. he had to physically go into the office in order to speak to someone. they told him his doctor wasn’t available and when he said he was going to go to urgent care or the ER, they finally miraculously were able to help him.then, my mom makes an appointment there and when we show up, they tell us her appointment has been cancelled. they said they called and they certainly did not call and at least leave a message. the office staff was incredibly rude about it, i can’t even believe it honestly. wouldn’t even make eye contact or speak to us directly. clearly they do not careabout peoples time or concerns.

Alexandria Schwink: Horrible service. I had went there for some bloodwork. They forgot I was even still there dor over an hour! "You guys are still here?" One of the nurses asked me. YES I'M STILL HERE! TAKE MY DAMNED BLOOD!! That's what I wanted to say. A week later, I got those results. I also had an ultrasound done there. Lady examining me makes a comment on not being able to find my right kidney. I'd need a CAT Scan to know what's going on with that. But I'd need a referral to get said exam. And that my ultrasound results would come back to me in about 10 days... Its been 30 days... I called several times... But if you call at noon or later, they won't answer. I STILL don't have my results, and because I'm turning 26, my insurance is gonna expire. I'm living a nightmare, and they aren't making it any easier on me.

Sanel Cehic: The doctors are wonderful and truly care about their patients. However the front desk and customer service is awful. My mom went in for an appointment because she needed a refill on her medication. She was given the wrong prescription refill, which is ok, mistakes happen. However I’ve called for a week now, over 8 phone calls asking for them to please call in the correct prescription refill. Each time the front desk person says they will inform the doctor and nothing gets done. Absolutely terrible customer service and lack of responsibility.

Leia Spagnuolo: Disgraceful service and staff. The doctors are the only good thing about this place. Completely unorganized, rude, not friendly, and don't seem to care about anything. Couldn't even update my address in their system correctly. They sent a bill to an address I haven't lived at in 14 years, and since I never received the bill to pay, they sent me to collections over $10. I think they need to get with the times upgrade to using online/email services. The billing lady couldn't even take my payment over the phone or transfer me to the front desk to have them take it she just kept telling me to mail in a check.

Henry Slominski: you have to give it a 1 star because 0 won't be excepted in this post, 2.6 no? here's my experience, I would walk in and sighn in and say and high to the receptionist, I look down and there's a whole buffet food spread on her desk and her mouth was full of food, 3 times this happened I don't no what she looks like because I quickly sat down in disgust while she was still feeding her oversized face,. another time I was in the room waiting for the doctor to walk in and ladey walked in and asked few questions I talked with her about lowering my colesterol by exercising and eating the rite foods, and said I will tell the doctor about it, the rooms there have thin walls, I can here the doctor open the door next to my room and tell the patient he needs to take medication for high blood pressure and eating the rite as foods is good but the doctor thought he was in my room I just started to smile about it,. a honest mistake or a joke?. now I had a problem getting prescription refills I called they said you have to see doctor again for no reason I am fine with the pills but it seems they need to see me about blood work way to often and Jack up the bill even more,. here's the weird part, I would call to get my prescription refilled and it would take up to 3 to 5 days to get it refilled, I have to beg cosco pharmacy for a few pills until these former burger King employees at the front desk put there hot dog down and make a phone call to cosco,. and when u call the 3rd time it's oh ya were working on it. now get this the the office sent a special notice that I am not allowed at there office anymore a car drove and gave me special notice, got another notice in mail don't come back here after 30 days,. ARE YOU KIDDING, I COULD NOT STOP LAUGHING. as if I care omg.

Cindy VanDeWoestyne: I saw Dr. Colvin. I got in quickly and Dr. Colvin and his nurse was excellent. I needed a referral to a heart doctor, and Dr.Colvin spoke to the heart doctor when he was in the room with me. Dr.Colvin got me into a heart doctor on May 1st. I’m very grateful for the support I received from Dr. Colvin office.

Lois Desot: First time at the office of Dr. Klein. Staff were friendly, office clean. Received a nice welcome from each staff member I dealt with. Deserves a 5 star rating.

Highly recommend the office and the Dr. The staff is acceptional from the front end to the nurses. I got a tetanus shot and didn't even feel it. My son who is a big baby got two shots and he didn't even know it happened. Very satisfied from the time we walked in.

They're always very patient and accommodating. Dr. Rizk ALWAYS takes the time with you to make sure you're really listened to and addresses any and all concerns you have. You can tell he genuinely loves caring for people. :)

Lea Morast: Girls at the front desk were so busy talking, no one offered me a mask or said hello. Glad I spoke up to let them know I was there.. the young lady on the phone helped me once she finished her call. While the other 2 ladies continued to talk. Medical assistant that assisted me and took my blood extremely nice. Not sure if this office is the best fit for me.

Pamela Harris: Dr. Kanja made my Mom feel truly cared for through his deep concern for her health issues. He listened and reacted appropriately from the ER through weeks of cardio and other health care onto her release. Stay Gold, Sir (Outsiders) She also had a wonderful CENA guy named Sean whom Mom trusted and appreciated most. And the clergy was heave sent praying the most diligent and ernest prayers for Mom's health and healing! Thank God for you all. And God bless you. Emma and Melissa? were two of the best at physical rehab. The other's were as awesome, but I cannot remember their names. Again, thank you all so very much.

Dr. Panozzo made me feel listened to and well cared for. I left the appointment having all of my questions answered and concerns discussed. Looking forward to returning for follow-up and an annual exam.

Administration is horrible: will not return important phone calls, seems aloof when asked direct questions, cancels appointments with no notification.A receptionist (someone with Little medical training) actually told me I wasn’t sick over the phone: I wasn’t asking her if I was sick, trying to make an appointment.They are also very depressed: could maybe use an office pizza party or something.You will die of sepsis before they return your call though, so you’ve got to consider that.

Erica Strayer: The doctors are… decent at best, but the reception staff is the reason I will never return. I have never been treated with such disregard. They cancelled my appointment without speaking with me first and then blamed me. I was told I would be able to be seen “in a little bit” and after waiting for more than an hour I asked to be seen or to be rescheduled by the end of the week. The ATTITUDE I received from the secretary was beyond unprofessional. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere.

Sam Tomlinson: I’ve never gone to any other doctor in years and I’m 21 and I’ve recently had to call up there the last couple days to either give information to my doctor or to receive information or to get some help and I have just basically gotten no help. The receptionist specifically Kim is very rude she just seems like she’s always in a rush trying to get me off the phone as quick as possible I sent them paperwork from an urgent care claiming I had a broken bone and I wanted to double check with him and it was just coming off like they didn’t care I missed a call from the doctor and I couldn’t get another callback from her I had gotten a callback from the receptionist who really didn’t know the information I was told “ yea I guess that means it’s broken” not even 100% sure when I wanted to speak with the doctor . I understand they’re busy and it can be stressful but I am also a patient and I’m also stressed out with a broken bone possibly ”. They didn’t even give me a referral to where to go to to get it fixed, and then on top of that I had to call back and ask for a referral they give me a number that’s not even to the right place, that doesn’t even deal with broken bones . It’s just really the receptionist customer service it’s terrible recently and I’m not sure if it’s just that one receptionist or everybody up there but it’s really making me not want to come back and deal with them because I have to call up there and speak with these receptionist that are coming off rude and just sound like they’re in a rush to get me off the phone. If the workplace is that stressful when you guys are that busy I suggest hiring more help because even the help they are giving is not help at all.

XscapingReality: Dr Qin is the worst Doctor I've ever had! I wanted to tested for STI's (he didn't understand the acronym) and to get on PrEP. He had no clue what I was talking about, he didn't test me for the specific STI that I was told I was exposed to, and after getting me on PrEP he randomly took me off of it without any explanation (I found out when I tried to get a refill)! After I canceled my last appointment with him due to having flu like symptoms, which was mandatory during the time, he sent me too warning letters about canceling appointments. If you want a doctor that will listen to you and treat you appropriately he is NOT the guy!

Jenifer Buttery: I have been going to this office for the past 5-10 years. I needed a surgical clearance and the doctor due to not liking the form is not filling it out completely. My doctor who normally sees me had to move my May appointment which is when the office received the form and thus now I am hoping my surgery goes forward tomorrow. But there is a chance that the surgery I have had scheduled for five weeks may not go!!

Kellie Brinley: Waited here for over an hour before being brought back, to literally only be seen by dr Naoumi for less than 5 minutes, I felt like he dismissed anything I said since he had a medical student and another person with him.he didn’t care to hear about my history I didn’t even get halfway through before he interrupted said he’d refill my scripts and prescribe me meds then refer me to a neurologist. Worst service ever!
