Sara Drake: Very bad service from the front desk and billing department. Messed up billing for a regular annual physical exam and tried to get me to pay for it from my own pocket when insurance refused to pay for mistakenly charging the wrong account and kept sending bills to me directly. The women who handles billing was very rude and did not try to help answer questions, only kept pushing for payment and had a very bad tone during the whole conversation. Would not recommend this place because billing for services rendered was also very unclear. Did not show what was being charged, I could tell they were unorganized in record keeping and only care about charging above market price versus patient care. Be VERY careful of the administrators in this place.

Haylee Orman: Dr Patterson and the staff at Osteopathic Healthcare Associates are some of the worst medical professionals I have ever encountered. I was disrespected, humiliated and laughed at by them in front of a medical student and other patients. Dr. Patterson himself told me when I stated I was going to find a new provider "Good, find one closer to your home." ( I am located 15 minutes away) He was not sure why I came in because said there was nothing he could do for me, even though his office employee Brandy made me the appointment via their online portal knowing I was following up from urgent care. He told me to my face that ear pain sucks and that having children causes stress. Refused to treat me because I went to urgent care for an ear infection instead of going to see him when his office was closed. All this doctor cares about is the money in his pocket not the well being of his patients. This doctor should not be able to practice medicine with such terrible beside manner and demeanor towards patients. I wrote a unfavorable recommendation on his Facebook business page as well, and they "loved" my recommendation. Horrible experience.

Dorota Delao: I started out with Dr.Patterson a couple years ago after my hip surgery. He is fantastic. Recently I switched over to Ryan because his schedule is more open. I did not expect to stick with him, but he's amazing as well. I'm currently in between surgeries/ procedures and he is my (medical) rock. He is helping me navigate through everything and make the right choices to help me get better. I love that he always take the time to talk things through so I'm comfortable moving forward in my health journey. He also doesn't just give out meds like most doctors I've been to.

Punk: My insurance is making me have to be evaluated prior to being treated. It's the stupidist thing ever! Somehow the evaluation phone call was not scheduled and I didn't realize this until 4:58 pm the day before my appointment with Dr. Patterson. Leela was on top of it and scheduled my phone call with Justin the nurse practitioner and pushed my Dr Patterson appt out a day.Justin the NP is so nice. He is very professional and is focused on getting the information he needs while chatting a bit. I feel like I am speaking with a friend. He is just so kind that it makes me not be irritated that my insurance is making me do a needless appointment.Dr. Patterson is really good at what he does. I have had back pain for 20 years and have needed to have three back surgeries. I'm still in pain, but Dr. Patterson helps manage the pain.The rest of the staff is very nice and the office is ran very well by Brandy.

Kristen Carter: After having children my sacroiliac/pelvis constantly moved and gave me pain. After struggling for 5 years and considering surgery and other extremes, Dr. Patterson provided outstanding manual therapy and manipulation in 3 visits, corrected the imbalance,and I feel like my old self. Life changing. He was very up front and professional about his ability to assist in a limited number of visits which was so refreshing after attempting physical therapy and chiropractic that wanted to have me return multiple times. Cant recommend him enough for musculoskeletal issues. He is the absolute best.

Dr. Christensen has been exemplary in spending valuable time educating and treating me on the issues I was/am experiencing. In other words - I was treated respectfully and as a whole human, not just as an injury to fix.After two visits, I am virtually pain free, and am walking away with a wealth of information to better ensure I avoid re-injury (because I'm riddled with them).I can only speak for my appointments, but I've always been seen in a very timely fashion, with 10 minute or less waits.Oh, and they seem to always have good candy at the check out counter, so another +10 for that.

Kandace Kandace: Dr. Patterson, Brandi & the residents doctors are very nonchalant with horrible bedside manners. I was misdiagnosed several times, my last straw was when I went in with severe pain & was sent home with a diagnosis of stress even after I insisted that I wasn’t stressed or depressed.. 2 days later that same pain came back & knocked me off my feet so I called the office several times no answer, I left a voicemail on the emergency line with no return call. Finally, I called my OGYN AFTER 6 hours of pain with no çall from my PCP Patterson, she called back in 10minutes suggested that I rush to the hospital so I did & was diagnosed with kidney stones, a pinched nerve and my blood pressure was at stroke level. (Which he or the training doctors couldn't help me get under controll in the 2 yrs I was a patient there.) A doctor at this office finally called me back after I’d already been done at the hospital. Fast forward, when I first called about the pain I was asked if I still had state insurance or job insurance so I said job & was given an appt then I remembered it wasn’t active for another month so I still have state insurance as well so they canceled my appointment & said they have certain appts for certain things (i.e. certain insurance). hmmm..sounds like insurance discrimination to me. Also, When I asked for a records transfer I noticed a few lies in my chart about what I said during visit so I will be filing a grievance with the insurance company.

Brandy the manager was very rude and expected me to keep a receipt from 6 months and went on to tell me how she writes everything off and that I should of done the same, which is absolutely ridiculous. Jeffery Giuliani: I have gone to Dr. Patterson for years before he changed to his current concierge system. I trust him without question. He will talk with you on your level and not speak over you. While his concierge medicine system will limit the people that can actually see him, he has Dr. Ryan Christensen working with him for those that can't pay the yearly fee (If I had the money to pay the fee, I would without hesitation). But I know that if Dr. Christensen has any hesitation on treatment, he has Dr. Patterson there to consult with. I recommend his office to anyone that asks. I would trust him with my life without hesitation.

Andrea: I WAS a new patient. 1st called set appointment up. (Ive been in such severe pain, my last doctor wasn't doing anything to help, hence why i switched doctors) but i had to reschedule my 1st appointment due to car problems. The girl said no problems and then went on and rescheduled me for a week later. I go on my appointment date and they say I am NOT on the schdule!!! She then stated that I was a no call, no show. I said that's SO NOT TRUE! I CALLED AND RESCHEDULED! So then, I got yet a THIRD appointment for Dec 17th! I get a call from them the Friday BEFORE my appointment and they say due to the computer systems they can't bill my insurance and I'd have to pay new patient fee of $150 to be seen! Wow what a way to treat a new patient. It's bwen OVER 2 months! Still have yet to be seen and did not even go to my past appointment. I've NEVER had such a horrible and rude experience from the receptionist at this office. I will NOT be calling this place my new doctors office. And BEWARE before going. They do NOT seem like they even know what the hell they are doing at the front desk and making appointments. Nor knowimg how to be polite and getting paperwork right. Sure let me spemd $150 i don't have since Christmas is days away. When I am fully covered by my insurance. I'm in pain, suffering, dealing with STRESS and a few deaths the past couple months. BE NICE TO HAVE A DOCTOR. This place should have a warning sign!

Tonyspwc: Dr. Patterson is truly skilled in the art of osteopathic medicine. For years I had pain in my left shoulder blade, I went to physical therapy and many different chiropractors. None of them fixed the root cause issue. Dr. Patterson fixed the root cause problem in a few visits. My body now functions at optimal levels and with no pain. I have recommended many of my friends and family.

Yes, sometimes the wait can be a bit long but I’ve always found it worth the wait.I will say that if you’re looking for a traditional doctors office you probably won’t find it here. It’s not a conventional place but I find it a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. That’s one of the many reasons I love this place.

Ama Ahmed: My husband woke up in the middle of the night with excruciating neck pain and a terrible migraine. I called at 8:55 on a Saturday morning and they got us in by 9:30 to see Dr. Agrest. He promised my husband he would get him feeling better within 5 hours, and he ACTUALLY DID! He was sensitive to my husband’s pain, very thorough, and genuinely caring. The office is responsive, easy to get ahold of, easy to get an appointment, and everyone there is friendly and competent. I would strongly recommend Dr. Agrest!

Jishell Alvarado-Vest: The doctors in this office are nice, I just feel like In my case they were not very helpful. I had a mild ear infection and was given ear drops. Not sure what happed but after taking the drops for a day I had lost hearing in my left ear. I called the dr and she said to just give them time to work but she didn’t seem to be concerned over my hearing loss. I waited a day to set up another appointment. I was given some nasal spray and was told to wait a week to see if my hearing came back. I didn’t feel like they were taking my situation very serious so I took it upon myself to set up an appointment with an ENT specialist and thank God I did. I was prescribed steroids right away which helped a lot. My hearing is mostly back and it was because I did not wait. Hearing loss can be a permanent thing if it’s not treated within 2 to 4 weeks .. my advice is to always look out for your own health and to be your own advocate. I am a little disappointed at the doctors in this office so I will be looking for a new one.
