Jennifer Redmond: The food wasn't bad, just a tad bit salty. What really turned me off was I ordered a meal and it wasn't communicated that two of the items which were meat wasn't available before I paid. I get home and see they are missing so I call and the gentleman said they were out or it doesn't come with the meal anymore but that he gave me egg and corn and a larger mussel than what really comes with it 🙄. That was to make up for sausage and scallops. Where does that equate? I won't even start with he asked for cash, I gave him cash and he didn't have change so I had to cashapp it. Good food but just tighten up on the business and communication.
Sanita Mitchell: I ordered the wings and a salmon slider. The slider was alright, but The wings were so full of feathers and hair you could've made a wig. The restaurant was dirty and unorganized. That was first and last time there. I try to support black owned businesses, but I can't afford to buy bad food.

Jordan Jones: King is incredible! So is his business, Detroit Seafood Spot Bar & Grill. From the cooking, to the packaging (to-go, or catering style) and King's general mood, this place is a great. I was able to feed a group effortlessly; their meals were individually-packaged, in advance, for them to take home at the end of the night (perfect for a picnic/outdoor event). All items needed were included, down to the gloves. Will be recommending/going back!

Aaliyah Kelsey: This location is very very unprofessional. Me and my mom were rung up for the wrong order & the employee: Brittney. Told me not to worry about it. And me and my mother were sitting at the window, while she looked at us multiple times, for like 25 mins. And then she left. Leaving the other employees to worry about her cashing me out for the wrong order. From the beginning, she was very rude with how she took our order. So very poor customer service. We were sitting at the window for damn near a half hour. I would not recommend coming here at all.

Keelah Hawkins: I called a week prior to the date I wanted to come in with a group of 15+ and was told to call the day before so that they can be prepared. When i called i was then told because they had a issue with servers that i had to pay a $300 deposit to come the next day. There were no accommodations made just flat out told no unless i pay $300. I then called back after telling them no i was not paying that large deposit fee to speak to a manager, i was put on hold and then told he left for the day. You just lost out on great money now and later. Smh Get it together.
Dutch: Birthday Hubby very pleased with temperature , flavor and portion size. We shared the Ultimate Combo. Friendly service with a SMILE 😊😊😊. Great place for date night. Pleasant atmosphere. Would recommend.
Rob Casey: So look. It was OK. That's about all I can say, 5 people, no real drinks: three of us had water only. And still it was 240$ with tip. None of us said it was a do over. It seemed expensive for what I'd call so-so food.

Raven W: The karaoke room that i was in was a decent size. I came here for a birthday party. I was happy they had a non sea food selection. Unfortunately, what I ordered was disappointing. I ordered wings and fried pickles. The pickles were the only thing that I ate. The wings are huge and very hard. I’m not sure if they were hard because the were fried hard or old and recooked. You can’t send anything back so that was a waste of money. I still informed the server he said “oh I’ll let the cook know”. You also have to pay for water.

Jennifer Johnson: We went for a friend karaoke night. She had the room that hold 60 people in there and it was about 45 of us with only 1 waitress. So getting our food and drinks was very very slow. We asked her why was she the only person working with us. And on top of that she had to put all the orders in and go make everyone drinks by herself . So you can imagine how long this took. People were just going to the front just to be able to get there drinks faster. And when you got to the front there were people just standing around they could have been working with this young lady to get us served a lot faster. But overall the food was good the drinks wasn’t a fan of. Even with the young lady having so many of us to work with she was still nice and polite. So I hope she made a good tip for the stress of working by herself.
