Amanda Barc: This place is an absolute dump. The ER room we’re in probably hasn’t been cleaned in half a year. I feel like a hospital in Afghanistan would be comparable to this place. The staff is rude and they do not care about psych patients at any capacity. I would give 0 stars if I could. Avoid this place at any cost.

Larry Clouse: Once again a great couple of days. Weekend of 4/28/23 Got myself in trouble because of overindulging with food stuffs that raised my potassium level dangerously high. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nurses second to none. The best part is watching a staff that is willing to help each other out. My room partner was a very large pain in the butt. The staff on 6th floor never got upset or yelled they were kind always. Although human nature says let's just push him out the window. Each time he did something bad which was about every 20 minutes they came in sometimes 2 or 3 and got him settled in once again. And this went on for my entire stay of approx 40 hours It was fun to watch. If your sick this is where you want to be. So as long as I curb my desire for orange juice, oranges, bananas and cantaloupe I'll be fine. Remember to much of a good thing is probably correct.

Vanessa H: Worst hospital ever. The er nurse had my family wait in a family room to speak with a dr instead of coming back to see my family member. My family waited for almost two hours even tho supposedly we were told the patient was stable. We thought the family member was dead but really the nurse just didn't want to be inconvenienced so close to shift change.

Louis Kenyon: Back in 2020 I was seen in this hospital visibly sick...suffering from severe malnutrition,jaundice,elevated heartrate,source of infection,and severe upper abdominal pain...mind you I'm 5'11 and weighed 122lbs fully clothed...they brought me in took a CT scan gave me antibiotics and rushed me out in less then 5 hrs...almost a month later I was having emergency surgery to remove a gangrenous gallbladder that was putting me into liver failure...God bless BEAUMONT for finding what accension didn't even bother to take the time to look for...never go here ever

Patricia Miller: My seven-year-old infection is not clearing up they sent her home and she had a high fever. The fever went down a little bit and they sent her home I basically take her to the emergency room because of an ongoing infection strep throat since last month none of the antibiotics are working they didn't try to call aemt specialist to the hospital or nothing to try to figure out what's going on with her here's some more antibiotic even though his your fourth bottle take that and go home

Nyssa: Pulled up alone with my child. The fat lazy security guard did nothing to help anybody as I had to leave my truck parked in the emergency lane and run in to get him a wheel chair. They don't have anybody to help you do anything here. My child has been sitting bleeding for over 30 minutes and no one has even so much as looked at him. If you can avoid this hospital please do it. They were quick to make sure I gave them my money but don't give any service. All the nurses are rude and just sitting around doing nothing. Room is dirty and has old blood spots around the floors. Didn't even have sheets on the bed when we first were brought back.

bradley hill: The place is really dirty and they didn't even clean the room they put my mom in. The nurses on the 6th floor are really rude, u complain about one thing the manager on the 6th floor on March 27th at 630pm will yell at you and family then call security to kick u out. I suggest highly to go somewhere else.

Nicole Bastianelli: I really don’t even want to give them one star. This hospital has notoriously been the WORST hospital in Macomb County. I am currently waiting in ER waiting room with my boyfriend who is throwing up and shaking. After we hit the two hour mark of waiting to be seen I went back up to the front desk to check on when we can be taken back. The hospital staff was very snotty and told me that we could be waiting up to six hours. They clearly do not seem concerned with the fact that they have a full waiting room. There is even a pregnant woman who came in shortly after us who is still waiting to be seen. Mean while, we can hear the hospital staff laughing and carrying on with not a care in the world. I’m flabbergasted on how bad this situation is. Like something out of a movie. The floor in here is even dirty. I’m honestly appalled.

Courtney Butts: My mom arrived here at 216pm via ambulance , it is currently 946pm. She has not medication, food, water or been allowed to go to the bathroom. This is almost as bad a Sinai Grace in Detroit. I listening to them offer other people food and drink and they keep passing by her room. And also the room has no light. The nurse had my mom hold her cell phone to get light for the IV. There is also no call button in the room.What a disgrace .

Zalfa Hussein: My experience with insight surgical hospital in Warren has been wonderful. The staff has been very accomadting to me and my family. They have been very thorough through the whole process. SPECIAL thanks to Dr. Belasher, the floor manager, Michael, Lara, Jennifer and the whole night shift nurses and i forget the rest of the names of everyone else. I felt that e everything was explained to me and my family in details and the kitchen made sure that my dietary needs were met. I wouldn't go anywhere for any surgical needs for myself and my family. I recommend insight Warren for anyone who is looking for genuine care and the staff loves what they do. Thank you insight for everything!

William Bell: Dr. Belashar was really good. He needs to go to Beaumont because this insight center is nasty, rude and very unprofessional. I will never go back here again. Bathrooms are nasty just like the staff is. Not understanding to peoples situations at all. I pray none of them are ever in an accident and has to deal with not having an income to really do what you need to do. Now the surgical center is good i had no problems at all but that pain clinic is ab absolute joke. They need to worry about cleaning that nasty building up!!

Marion Johnston: If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve never seen a more incompetent staff in my life. Initially they gave me an appointment over an hour away. Then when my appointment was finally made correctly I was refused to be seen. I was there 45 minutes early to do paperwork, the receptionist embarrassed me in front of everyone. I had valid identification (Michigan license) and current insurance cards. I tried to resolve this by asking for a manager, but had to explain everything 5 different times to 5 different people, including the main (Flint) location. I’m now having to try and get another referral from my doctor.

Rabia Toor: I'm a physician myself. I hate using that card but being on the other side of things has been an exhausting and frustrating experience. There have been multiple calls to the clinic, along with discussing this with the manager about a work note extension for my father for disability.He saw Dr Gemayl and needed imaging but that's not scheduled until after his work note expires.He apparently does not write work notes and we got bounced back to pain management who he hasn't seen in over 3 weeks.Spoke with a manager finally after more than 9 phone calls, high priority messages, more than 1.5 weeks of waiting to hear something who said she'd get back to me.Unfortunately she did not and still called three times today, on the phone for more than 2 hours, got hung up on after being on hold for 23 min, no call back.This has been extremely frustrating that we can't even get connected to a manager to discuss what's going on. It's so disappointing and extremely unprofessional. Would never go back here.

They real made me feel special . My nurse that I talked to on the phone the day before was amazing. I was upset about the senseless killing of the babies in Texas she was so amazing .She made me feel so at ease and special. I have never felt so at ease after speaking with her. Her name is Lauren. You have a fantastic group of people working there.

jerome rosbarsky: I felt so welcomed there. I was at the warren facility this pass weekend I had surgery in which Dr. Torcuator is the best surgeon I have ever had. He listens and really takes time with you to explain everything. He really seems to care. The surgical staff was excellent. I got taken care of by my nurse Ms. Tammy she was the best nurse ever and I have been in alot of hospitals by far she was the best. She was so kind so caring. She went above and beyond for me made me feel so secure that I was getting cared for. She even had to stay and work longer she did it with no complaints care was still above level everytime I went to bathroom she fixed my bedding fluffed pillows she was the best and deserved a raise. Carmen was also very nice and very good. I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart. Please give Tammy a raise she deserves it. Extremely attentive to patients, caring, helpful, friendly, courteous, and an absolute pleasure to be treated by. We set goals for my therapy, and Stephanie ensured we hit them. My treatment could not have been any better than what I received from Stephanie and her facility. I would highly recommend that anyone who needs physical therapy see her for treatment.

Patricia Kensicki: When I first went in for physical therapy I was in extreme pain in my left shoulder. I could not lift my arm to my head. After 2 months of therapy with Kate, I no longer have pain in my left shoulder and can do all things that I was unable to do. Kate spent time explaining all the exercises I need to do and printed up exercises for me to do at home. Thank You, Kate

From the reception desk/scheduling to PT assistant Andrea, to my very attentive and informative Therapist, Kate, I would highly recommend this location. Today was my last visit (we hope) and my mobility and range of motion has improved so so much. I'm thankful for the knowledgeable staff, conscientious care and the positive environment. Autumn Melody: I came here due to a knee dislocation. My knee was stiff, in pain, and I was paranoid a dislocation would happen again. Therapist Kate not only helped me gain mobility in my knee again as well as strengthen it, she also put my mind and fears at ease. The staff here was nice, the gym was clean and easy to work in, and I am so glad I came here for physical therapy!

Pat Emery: therapist Dave was very knowledgeable and kind. Visits were prompt and to the point. However to compare to my past therapy with a different office, the visits were more brief and limited. I am limited to where I can go because I have narrow network health insurance. I did prefer therapy at office I went to a few years back for the same type of therapy on my other hand. That is how I can really compare.

Jeffrey Doneth: Cannot say enough good things. Have now done therapy here for three total joint replacements (both shoulders and left knee) Could not be happier with the staff and outcome. If I need more in the future will definitely return.

BooBoo K: Wonderful staff, clean environment. Broke my wrist and dislocated my hand, had surgery, and needed a certified hand therapist-per Doctors request. Not many certified hand therapists in the Warren area that accepted my insurance. Glad I found Ascension Oakland-Macomb Physical Therapy-Warren. They were able to accommodate me and my work schedule. David is a wonderful, experienced hand therapist, and was able to get my wrist/hand functional in a short amount of time.

Erika: This is the 2nd time I have been treated at their facility for joint surgery, this most recent for 3 months. I highly recommend the facility and staff. Everyone there is very friendly and easy to work with. It is extremely clean and equipment in good condition. My therapist Sam helped me with both surgeries and can't say enough good things about her. She was very helpful and supportive in my recovery. I hope not to need further surgery but if I do, I will definitely go back to the staff at Ascension Warren.

David Bohde: The staff, facilities and convenience of Ascension Macomb-Oakland Hospital Physical Therapy, Warren are top notch. The therapists are caring, professional and extremely well informed about the latest protocols and best practices. They are great about educating patients on the recovery process. Paul Kliffel: I had 3 months of physical therapy to try and reverse a back condition. The staff is very professional and caring for there patients. These people are the real heroes to be working during this pandemic. I would recommend this facility to anyone who would need physical therapy.

The food was a little lacking for instance not having some things on the menu or not sending what was asked for but it seems like they were trying though.

Ruth A: I have gotten better treatment from Urgent Care's than the Emergency Room here. The second you walk in they try to push you right out. The never order blood tests, Xrays, or cat scans.... I went to a different hospital ER and they admitted me and told me I need surgery ASAP.... I am considering sueing this hospital and I hope others do the same. Idk what happened to this hospital but clearly they are not professional here

Sharon Spivey: I am simply at a loss of words. I hope the young woman who does check-ins for the ER at night was only having a bad night. She was as unaccommodating as I have ever experienced in a professional sitting. Her manner was aggravated and dismissive. Her appearance was unkempt and sorted. Her responses were short and sharp. Unfortunately, she was also the person who answered the nurse's call button. First, to go to the bathroom. I needed directions and to know whether a urine specimen was needed before going, second to ask for a doctor after waiting 2 hrs. for anyone to come back and a third time to ask for help to close my binder back so I could return to the restroom. Each response was more belligerent than the last. This wasn't a good first experience at this facility, but there were a couple of bright spots. The triage nurse was efficient, helpful, and kind. The nurse that put my IV in and took blood was nice and a gifted phlebotomist. Got it in smooth and nearly painlessly. The lady surgeon who works with Dr. Katz went above and beyond to secure a new binder for me, as mine was a bloody mess from drain leakage while assuring me that the leakage was normal and redressing it. Lol! I guess I wasn't really at a loss of words....ha ha! There from 11:38pm until 3:48am. April 22 - 23, 2023

Anonymous: I will give 0 stars if i could because 1 is being to generous. I had to lie to leave the hospital early because of the non treatment I was receiving here. I have to unplugged everything to go back and forth to the bathroom due to nurses not helping like they were supposed to. I waited hours for medication and never received more water or ice chips like direct per my liquid diet. Was told to stop my our iv alarm when it goes off. had to constantly hear staff and patients or staff and staff getting into it on a daily. Now i’m at home recovering from surgery in so much pain that i feel like i’m dying going to another hospital er so i can get the proper treatment i deserve.

Joe Blake: Worst E.R. experience ever. Came in with cheat pains and dizziness. They ran a few tests and now I've been sitting here waiting with nobody even comung to check on me for 3 1/2 hours. Walked down the hallway to use the bathroom and no one even said anything to me even tho one of the reasons i I came in was dizziness. 0 out of 10 I would not recomend. Drive out of your way to go somewhere else if at all possible, I know next time I will.

Had to push for the treatment I knew would work ... Long story short got the treatment pushed for and now I'm healing ...

Wendy Rowley: I’m mainly irritated cause they call themselves emergency room but can’t treat everything. Do not go if you have any thing to do that requires gastrointestinal issues. Apparently they will just refer you to someone then not give you paper referral. My 20 year old is still suffering with a 9 level of pain. They all seemed great at first until we waited for 3 hrs for bloodwork to be ok.

Sarah Vickstrom: A good experience for my son except they didn't ask for health insurance. If we get a bill. We will be calling. Also didn't ask if he had a doctor. So I will be giving his doctor the paperwork work at our follow up appointment next week.

I was pregnant and by the time I found out my body had already started a miscarriage my hormone level was getting lower (I could tell by a pregnancy test) so I went in to basically have it tested by blood and they were so sweet to me. 10/10 recommend.

jennifer crays: when we first arrived, we weren't sure it was opened...the parking lot was dark, the entrance wasn't lit up, going forward, the place wasn't busy at all, they called us back right away, had about 4 different people come in the room, got xrays done....then NOTHING..we sat and we sat and just waiting. after about a half hr, we asked the nurse to see the dr. she had no idea where he was at, after another half hr of waiting, we asked for the discharge papers. they said the dr was Mia and they had no idea where he went. the rest of the staff was very nice.

Olivia Westlake: Dr. Manal W Ormar, DOI’m gonna go ahead and say I normally don’t do this. And this is not to the facility but to her personally. I have had no problems with the doctors that I’ve been here or this facility at all up until now. I sat in this hospital for three hours with pain in my side like a kidney pain for three weeks. Did urinary testing on me and a few came back abnormal. I have a slight fever and I’m not feeling good and the more and more I sat there I didn’t feel any better. No one came to check on me or anything. She told me I hurt myself and offered a pain shot. I was so upset that nothing was done no further investigations. She made me feel really stupid. And then try to throw her 10 year medical field in my face when I’ve been in the medical field for five years as well so I’m not brand new. Super argumentative watched me cry. Completely unprofessional and rude. Very insensitive.

Sara Weed: Went here for extreme pain in my neck and shoulder. They did an X-ray and said oh good news nothing is broken, she told me I just had inflammation. Didn’t ask any questions about it at all. Turns out it was a pinched nerve in my neck. After a week of work missed due to having such bad pain I went to a chiropractor in canton. I am feeling 90% better after 2 visits and went to work yesterday. This place is not trustworthy and I’ll be going to a different er when I need to in the future.

Linda Radford: My son came in here with a dog bite on his face. Dr. Avneet Avendano Had an attitude with him right from the beginning for no reason. She was so rude and downright mean. She wanted him to take an antibiotic that he is allergic to. She told him to get some Benadryl and if his throat swells call 911. Are you kidding me we will never come here again.

Rachael Ruohonen: Came here because a neighborhood page suggested it. I believe I have a torn rotator cuff and they said they couldn’t do anything for me after sitting for 2 hours. I got an X-ray and discharged while still in agony. That’s it. Now I have to waste more hours going some place that will figure out why I’m in pain and treat it.

Will not be returning or recommending. If you have an infant I suggest you go elsewhere in case they turn you away . I never knew/heard you could be denied service because of insurance . Usually facilities just bill you

Two days later I’m still sick. I went to another doctor today and given antibiotics to treat my sinus infection. This urgent care was a complete waste of my time and money.

MARK LOGSDON: Very good and efficient office staff. The MyChart software is cludgy with an inverse order of importance given. I had to hunt to send a specific message to my personal physician. The first one I sent dropped into a "general" mailbox.

Lauren Lewan: This is the worst doctors office I have ever dealt with. They don’t want to treat you they just send you to the er for non emergencies instead of trying to make an appointment for you. So awful I will never go back and have already started the process to change my primary care physician.

Brian Martin: Dr. Langevin was great! The appointment was quick which is perfect for people who are busy. I don’t know why some of these reviews say that she lacks compassion. I think those people are just overly sensitive.

Myra Porter: I had a horrible experience at this facility. Dr. Jessica Langevin is a cold hearted doctor with no compassion. I visted this office numerous times since I moved and bought a house this way 2 years ago. I had a fanstasic doctor here who was my primary, Dr. George Wilson. Well he left and since it was close by...I still came here. Bad mistake. I made a follow up appointment here because I was feeling dizzy and I was pregnant. I wanted to file for short term disability. Ms. Langevin came in to see me and I could tell from her body language she thought I had some hidden agenda. She didn't show any concern. Took some blood work and came back in the room and said I was fine. She refused to discuss my form with me and shorty left the building thereafter. The nurse was just amazed as I was. I came back a few days later because the nurse told me to...thinking there was a misunderstanding with the doctor. Well the doctor refused to see me. I didn't bring any havoc there and I wasn't loud or complaining..nothing. She treated me like a criminal. Crazy stuff and I'm not making this up. Well she wouldn't speak with me..but sent the front desk receptionist to talk with me. She told the front desk clerk my personal business...no standard of hippa laws. The front desk clerk told me the doctor won't sign my papers and that I'm fine. Why does the clerk know what I talked with the doctor about in privacy? I was totally shocked and upset...still pregnant mind you. I am actually seeking legal advice for this situation. I've never in my life felt so discriminated against for no reason. I will never attend this facility. Bad eye for Henry Ford.

jeremiah glenn: I went here a few years ago and i had an absolutely horrible experience with this place. i would advise everyone to not go to this medical center. after my examination i was told to wait 10-15 minutes to avoid fainting due to the shots i received. the nurse left closing the door and i hear them literally laughing so loud about my hair i felt so embarrassed and humiliated! i have not been to any medical places voluntarily since because of this experience and i most definitely will not come here ever again in life.

Tiffany Jackson: This was my second visit; the first visit was exceptional. However, my second visit with my daughter was not good. The doctor on staff did not do a good job. It seemed as if it was his first day and he didn’t know what to do. He asked me, what type of medication should he prescribe for her. He didn’t explain anything thoroughly, therefore I will be taking her to see her primary care doctor to get her checked.

Holli Taylor: As a nurse I know what an assessment should look a feel like. I went in after leaving the minute clinic where the NP told me my lung sound were diminished every where and she was concerned that after completing the prescribed antibiotics to treat diagnosed pneumonia I wasn’t improving. She recommended that I go to urgent care for X-ray and Likely steroids. The Dr who saw me had made up his mind before even entering the room that I was fine (at least that’s how it felt). He asked me no questions to expand upon the minimal information I had given to his medical assistant. The dr did a 2 second assessment of my lungs (and nothing else) not listening for even a complete inhale/exhale for a single lung field. He then proceeded to tell me I likely have a viral Infection but they will do an X-ray anyway. 30 minutes after X-ray was completed he comes in, talks to me from the door (with his mask on which he removed after he left my room) says there’s no sign of a disease process take Tylenol and Motrin as needed, and I can go. This was the outcome I expected within seconds of our first interaction. I will never return if I need medical care.

Brandi Scott: I came in with cold symptoms expressing wheezing, and SOB. I do not have history of asthma or bronchitis. Because the staff thought I had Covid, the doctors would not touch me at all. There was not a stethoscope to use to hear all of the fluid that’s currently in my lungs causing SOB and wheezing. I was not prescribed anything to help with the fluid in my lungs or the wheezing. I normally come here for other services but to see them not treat me effectively out of fear of me having Covid was unacceptable for health care professional whom takes a oath to treat all patients no matter the condition, race, gender, religion or ethnically background. I received a negative Covid test which makes it worse that I received inadequate treatment based on something I do not have. Now I have to spend more money and take more time out of my schedule to see a REAL health care professional to inform me of I have developed asthma or bronchitis. It is not normal to wheeze for a week and you do it have any pre-existing conditions to cause it. I could also hear them violating HIPPA by loudly discussing my form of payments, personal details of my reason for the visit and what they could and could not do for me before entering my room. Highly unprofessional I do not recommend this place to anyone especially if you’re Black.

Raymond Mclay: One of the best urgent cares I have ever visited. The were patient and listened what my daughter was feeling did not just rush us in and out. We were in and out in less than an hour even with running tests and cleaning out her ears for ear ache and they were short staffed that day. The nurse and head doctor on staff were amazing even front desk was nice. Will be the only urgent care I visit from now on.
