The office manager is extremely rude and was literally arguing and yelling at me over the phone and kept hanging up on me while I was trying to conduct business. When I was calling and I was very nice and pleasant to her was just trying to get my bill settled after I gave her my insurance information. Did not even receive the full service I should have received from this company. The way they conduct business here is really alarming to me but now also understand why people struggling never get the proper help. This is the help available and it is sad. I will not recommend anybody to ever go here so please read the reviews before you attend this clinic it is very unprofessional and you will never get The help that you need that you the manager is very rude mean unprofessional and horrible attitude I will never ever recommend this clinic to anyone I give them a zero and no stars I will not even allow my dog to go here if he needed help this is the worst place I have ever deal with in my life dealing with business and I will be calling the city and making a complaint on this company about the horrible service and unprofessional customer service I received

I used them because they were the court recommended cheapest option, but you get what you pay for, they are the worst. If you're doing anything court related they will always recommend extra stuff because they know you'll be ordered to do it. Seriously go anywhere else

Brandi Russell: Great place to work, and or visit if our services are ever needed.Management and Ownership are great as well as the supporting staff. I've watched management and support staff sit down with clients and help them with paperwork/court documents/insurance/ or even things that did not pertain to anything that was happening or had to do with the business.Once was called Michigan Diagnostic Alcohol and Drug Services and the name was changed to reflect where we wanted to head as a company hence Michigan Counseling Group.We do still provide all the other services that was once provided like:Drug screens for Employment/School/Court/Personal, DNA Personal and Chain of Custody, Support/PTSD/Change Classes, one on one counseling covering a wide array of things (We have 5 great counselors to choose from), Secretary of State/Probation/Mental Health/ and Opioid Risk Assessments.

Needless to say I'm sitting on my lunchbox at the front door in the cold currently with out a ride to work because I've been here since 6:30 and now it's 7:11 AM AND STILL nobody is here and my ride has her own job to tend to. Thanks mdads let's hope my boss understands.UPDATE: showed up at 7:22. Payed for my PBT and offered to uber me to work which is awesome, but I'm still late. Much appreciated but I hope it doesn't happen again because my boss is livid and technically at the end of the day it's my fault for drinking and driving thanks mdads

In the past I went to holistic house for certification I was having problems needing information from holistic house regarding my medical card and AMMA helped me get all the information I needed. I should have came to them years ago. I would highly recommend this place to anyone getting certified.

shelby hales: This place is great! They helped me renew my card in a short notice as I had to for court they were of great service an also gave me all information need for my court case on the laws of marijuana an my rights. I highly recommend checking these guys out !!!

Larry Clouse: Once again a great couple of days. Weekend of 4/28/23 Got myself in trouble because of overindulging with food stuffs that raised my potassium level dangerously high. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nurses second to none. The best part is watching a staff that is willing to help each other out. My room partner was a very large pain in the butt. The staff on 6th floor never got upset or yelled they were kind always. Although human nature says let's just push him out the window. Each time he did something bad which was about every 20 minutes they came in sometimes 2 or 3 and got him settled in once again. And this went on for my entire stay of approx 40 hours It was fun to watch. If your sick this is where you want to be. So as long as I curb my desire for orange juice, oranges, bananas and cantaloupe I'll be fine. Remember to much of a good thing is probably correct.

Vanessa H: Worst hospital ever. The er nurse had my family wait in a family room to speak with a dr instead of coming back to see my family member. My family waited for almost two hours even tho supposedly we were told the patient was stable. We thought the family member was dead but really the nurse just didn't want to be inconvenienced so close to shift change.

Louis Kenyon: Back in 2020 I was seen in this hospital visibly sick...suffering from severe malnutrition,jaundice,elevated heartrate,source of infection,and severe upper abdominal pain...mind you I'm 5'11 and weighed 122lbs fully clothed...they brought me in took a CT scan gave me antibiotics and rushed me out in less then 5 hrs...almost a month later I was having emergency surgery to remove a gangrenous gallbladder that was putting me into liver failure...God bless BEAUMONT for finding what accension didn't even bother to take the time to look for...never go here ever

After I read the reviews and spoke to the not so friendly person that answers the phone, I thought for sure I'd have the same experience as most of these reviews. I was pleasantly met by a man named Taylor. He was kind and empathetic to the situation. He apologized many times about the wait to get my vehicle. He was personable and kind. This company could take lessons from this young man. I had my purse and work tote in my vehicle and nothing was missing. Unfortunately this is an easy service to hate, but Taylor made it not so unpleasant and humiliating. Thanks man! He cleaned my vehicle off (snow) got it running and even aired up a low tire. If they could teach the guy answering the phones to be friendly, I'd give a 5 star.

I guess you operate under the guise that most of the people who visit you are in debt and already stressed with 9/10 people being unable to get their vehicle back so what would it be to STEAL A LICENSE PLATE, right? Well. I did get my vehicle back and not only was the VALID license plate and registration tag missing but also several pricier items left within the LOCKED vehicle which, at some point, was re-keyed. Per the auction group and my auto creditor I am filing a police report. I see you are bonded so I will get a positive resolution one way or the other.
