Kate Breaker: This was a waste of $350. When I first contacted this company, I explained that I just closed on my first home, and before I start moving in, I wanted the entire house to get a really good deep clean. They offered to do carpet shampooing for an additional $100, and I agreed. My appointment was booked 4 days in advance for 11:30am on August 31st. Since it was the last day of the month, I made it very clear to the Cleaner that I had to be out of my apartment by 5pm that same day, otherwise, I'd be charged for all of September's rent if I was still in my unit the following day. On the morning of my scheduled cleaning, the Cleaner called to inform me that he wouldn't be able to come till 3:30pm because their carpet shampooing machine wasn't working. I think he said it was in the shop being repaired, but they wouldn't be at my house till around 3:30pm when it was ready. Instantly, I told him to skip the shampooing, and just come over at our scheduled time, for a regular house cleaning. The Cleaner still insisted that they couldn't make it till 3:30pm, and I couldn't understand why if I said to cancel the carpet shampooing and don't use the machine. I frantically tried to find another maid service who could do the job, but nobody was available to come right away. Needless to say, this company ate up all my moving time, and delayed me from getting things out of my apartment and into the new home before the leasing office closed. Furthermore, they didn't even do a good job cleaning. All of my cabinets still had dust in them. The Cleaner said they cleaned both the inside and outsides of every window, but they forgot the bathroom window in the master bedroom. I assume it was because of the spider web, but still, they should have gotten that one. There was also dirt and dust on my kitchen countertops. The Cleaner said they initially wiped everything, but when they dusted the light fixture, more dust fell back down on the countertops, and they forgot to clean it again, because the floors were still wet from the mopping. I myself, couldn't even go into the house for 45min to inspect their work because the floors were soaking wet. I was also kind of surprised that they didn't have booties to wear on their shoes. I had to ask the Cleaner if he would be wearing some, and he tied plastic bags around his feet. I would think that a professional cleaning service would already be prepared to wear foot covers without me having to ask them to.Services:Moving-related cleaning,Deep clean

Carrie Ketelhut: I was disappointed in this service company for our deep cleaning job. To start with, they arrived after the 2-hour window estimated arrival time. Then, apparently the "clock starts" when they pull up on the driveway, not when they actually start working. It took about 20 minutes to do the walk-around and get all their cleaning supplies moved into the house. So I paid for about 20 minutes that didn't include any actual cleaning time. In addition, with a "deep cleaning" of the first floor half bath, they did not clean the blinds on a small window. I did not specifically ask for the blinds to be cleaned, but I would think they should ask if they are notsure (I did request that the window be cleaned). I didn't notice until they were gone because the blinds were raised when they finished working. So, I had to clean the blinds myself after they left.....Service:Deep clean
