Trustgod He always right: Back in 2021 I got sick was hospitalized so I had a check sent to me from my job. I came here to cash my and the lady with blond hair was acting weird like my check I cashed wasn’t mines or something she then act like she was cashing it and gave it back with some stamp trying to state it was fake or something. I called the facility and they was able to verify it was real. I wonder if I wasn’t an African American with an 1600 dollar check would she had of cashed it so weird and she was rude.

The cause of my concert Nation with this bank they require two forms of ID to cash a check over $500 as if my state issued driver's license was not enough. Clearly me give me my money. Not surprised at how useless this oligarchical institution was.

So did that and she told me I had to go to a branch office. Call back to my branch she transferred me to 800 before I could say what the rep told me, she transferred me. Kim Williams: This is my local branch where there is only 1 banker to provide service for customers. Completely unacceptable as a Chase customer. Based on staff speaking to a banker its by appt only. Which based on the other branch it’s suppose to be optional. Well needless to say Serenity and Nolene did not provide great customer service.

Live Without Limits: My son went to open an account. He is 19 and doesn't know much about banking. I thought the banker is to help andeducates him with banking options. My son was waited on by #Garco Beliossian that greeted him with questions that were not related to banking. He was insulting and discriminatory. Hedidn't give him options for a basic account, but asked him why he wanted to bank there and told him about an account that needed $1500.00 a month balance. He told my son that there was a $12.00 monthly fee and then told him that he should go do his banking somewhere else. My son was looking for a basic student checking account. The bank is in Warren. I hate to believe that in 2020 that he was being discriminated again because he was black. That questions that he asked him were insulting. I will just believe that the banker was poorly trained and didnt knows the possible banking options or know the rightquestions to ask thecustomer. My son told me that he will take his business elsewhere.

Alexander Tocco: Peter Abdo was a huge help! Really went above and beyond. I had my dog in the truck and reeeeally didn't wanna make a long drive to grab my card I left at work. He helped me with digital stuff, we tried all the tap ATMs and then whrn they didnt work, he even found and called another location to make sure they could help! On top of that he was very personable and a friendly guy, we talked about our families and he managed to make it still a great experience.

Teri Robbins: This branch is a total JOKE! Every month I go to pay my rent, with a huge wait, even if I’m at the drive through and my stuff is sent inside already. Then every month it’s something new, I don’t have an account there, but my landlord does and I have to deposit my rent, every month they ask questions. Every month I tell them I’m paying my rent, with a card which has the landlords routing number, today was the VERY last straw! Now they ask me for my SS# and what I do for a living! It’s not your business my SS# or what I do for a living! If you people spend as much time working on my transaction as you do asking personal question, maybe you wouldn’t take so long to collect my money and deposit it where it belongs! You won’t see me at this branch anymore, I’d travel 20 miles to the next closest one just to avoid going there!
Agst Wst: Worst bank I’ve ever been to. I’ve waited over 1 month for them to reprint me a debit card because they misspelled my name on the original one. They banker in training Samir verbatim told me he would “terrorize my account” if I don’t pronounce his name right. He’s honestly a risk to members personal accounts and they are sloppy with people’s personal information. They’ve claimed they’ve had numerous people in training and the line is always out the door. Honestly my biggest fear is somebody like Samir having access to my accounts. Citizens bank, please do something about this. I’ve spoken with Christine at this location and she always has some sort of justification for him. Her organizational skills are a whole other monster I’m not willing to get into. Please do something about your employees citizens bank. Huntington bank does not treat their customers like this. I made the mistake of opening my business account with you guys which I will be closing ASAP!!! Beware of this place.

Kayla w: Felix is the man here. He helped me fix my account last year and made it super easy. He is always extremely nice and professional. We came in a couple minutes late on Saturday and he still let me deposit money. He's just great. However, there is an older lady with fluffy white hair that is incredibly rude. I've actually never had someone in customer service be so rude to me before. She laughed in my face and told me I had to go to a branch that was permanently closed when I told her an atm took my money. We asked another teller and at a different branch about the atm taking my money, she gave me a dispute number to call, which this white haired lady could have easily done in the first place. I also told felix about the atm taking my money in passing and he right away tried to give me the dispute number. Honestly, the older white haired lady is the only downfall of this fifth third.

If you are off clock and about, please let me know if I am getting taken care of or what? Chitchat to each other and just ignored me . beth womenhater town: there are a couple of people that work here that do a good job.however, there are some of the tellers who decide in their small minds to insult people who come in and even in the drive thru. its just too bad.there is just so much hatred of women in macomb county. some people just cant control their emotions. calling someone ma'am is a way to insult and ridicule. i do know that macomb county aids and abetts men who beat their wives and children. everyone here is stuck in the good old boy mentality and macomb county is just a bunch of uneducated factory rats who do not have any education and some of these tellers reflect that attitude. I have a masters degree and have to stand and be belittled by someone who makes $8 and hour. sad cases.

Kenjuan Smith: The teller stole my driver's license. He act like I never gave it to him and I did and no higher authority at the bank investigated which speaks volumes! They didn't look at the camera or anything, they didn't care. This happened April 1, 2023. I had to make a report to SOS so no fraudulent or scamming activity can be done with my license.

Chelsey: Considering changing banks because of how rude the manager was who was working on Saturday, January 23rd. My husband has had an account with Chase for over 10 years and we had questions about cashing in a savings bond. The manager was extremely rude and condescending and talking down to us like we are children. The worst customer service. The lady at the front desk had an attitude as well. This location needs training on how to effectively talk to their clients. Everyone has bad days, but this lady was completely rude. We both walked out of their shocked and confused.
Nickol Best: They are horrible, they don't uphold their word, you will never get that incentive for opening account. Not to mention they have numerous policies that evidently even their employees can't keep straight because I called first to ask to make sure I have everything needed but then when I get up there they say completely the opposite. They will charge you monthly like netflix for not having a certain Amount of money in your bank. They won't approve you for credit cards. This is a bank for wealthy or well to do people ONLY. Mike Ashley: The phone number here sends you to an IVR. Took a few attempts to figure out how to get to someone at the branch. After making it to the right prompts there was no process for putting someone on hold. This is a ridiculous process for customers that want to call the brick and mortar bank and ask a question about the branch. Expect much more from such a large bank.

Mz. Cash: Was waiting to use the atm at this location because the outside location was not accepting cash. As I proceed to walk in I was met by a young lady who asked me if I could give her 2 minutes because her co- worker some tall Caucasian women had to come in so they could open up. I’m leaving this review at 8:58, I was at the location at approximately 8:30ish this would not have been a problem had I not exited my car before the “coworker” did to enter the bank. Very unprofessional and nasty.

Jazmine Washington: Sadly, on Monday April 29th, 2022 I will informed on why this business has such low ratings as it does, I stopped by for a replacement card before I went shopping in the plaza! I walked in and the first staff member on far right, (asian girl, tall, kind) she stared at me and was ruded once I walked up to her for service. Immediately, I could see what kind of experience this was going to be for the banking. She ignored me and that let me know right there that she one works with races/people she is comfortable with; which is terrible customer service to begin with. To neutralize the cringe and conflict in the air, the manger softly speaks and said she can help me to the other side.When I tell you within 15 minutes the woman had an rude tone, condescending evil eye contact; and patronized me like a African American toddler who have never been inside a banking institute, I gladly and calmed exited and prayed to myself. She contested! She pleads that she was actually being nice to me, I said really? … she told me to leave and I said you’re really not going to help me?, she says she’s the manger like she’s in some 2010’ romcom and not like she’s replaceable, and I gasped. How can you be trained in customer service if you yourself as manager if losing your self control, ego and temper within less than five minutes of handling a customer? Doing something simple as a card replacement?That just shows you that is something deeper under the surface and my other reviews can paint the picture in great detail as well. Shame on you.

Cut King Lawn Care Office: It’s a dumpster fire at PNC. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. It took an hour to make a withdrawal. They sent my debit card and ID to another customer. I said I wanted someone in upper management to call me and they did. When they called me they said there was nothing they would do for me. It’s been awful for years this is just the straw that broke my back.

Robert Bee: This location ATM did not give us our money on June 9th so we called Huntington to report it. We waited at the ATM for an hour plus before someone answered just before 8pm when they end calls. We had to report this twice for the funds to get back in our account. A month later we found Huntington removed the provisional funds. Did Huntington just robbed us? We have never had any issues with TCF, the ATM's or this location but now Huntington has taken over our banking is unreliable.We had issues with Huntington before so we never wanted to use them again. After they took over TCF, we hoped things had changed.Update, Huntington fixed the error and our money is back. We actually received a call in response to an email about the entire incident. I am guessing some adjustments were made because the next time the machine did not give us our money but the text message was showing a withdrawal, an automatic correction was made in less than 30 seconds reversing the incorrect information. We understand an ATM can run out just let people know. Appreciate clearing this up.

I went to the drive-thru and sat there for 10 minutes and nobody helped me. I tried to go through the ATM Lane and my van was too big and could not fit. This is not a good location for Huntington Bank. I will not be going here ever again because it is too difficult to access and be serviced.
