Trustgod He always right: Back in 2021 I got sick was hospitalized so I had a check sent to me from my job. I came here to cash my and the lady with blond hair was acting weird like my check I cashed wasn’t mines or something she then act like she was cashing it and gave it back with some stamp trying to state it was fake or something. I called the facility and they was able to verify it was real. I wonder if I wasn’t an African American with an 1600 dollar check would she had of cashed it so weird and she was rude.

Which based on the other branch it’s suppose to be optional. Well needless to say Serenity and Nolene did not provide great customer service.

Live Without Limits: My son went to open an account. He is 19 and doesn't know much about banking. I thought the banker is to help andeducates him with banking options. My son was waited on by #Garco Beliossian that greeted him with questions that were not related to banking. He was insulting and discriminatory. Hedidn't give him options for a basic account, but asked him why he wanted to bank there and told him about an account that needed $1500.00 a month balance. He told my son that there was a $12.00 monthly fee and then told him that he should go do his banking somewhere else. My son was looking for a basic student checking account. The bank is in Warren. I hate to believe that in 2020 that he was being discriminated again because he was black. That questions that he asked him were insulting. I will just believe that the banker was poorly trained and didnt knows the possible banking options or know the rightquestions to ask thecustomer. My son told me that he will take his business elsewhere.

Luke Howland: Went in to add me onto my fiances account. I had 3 payroll checks to deposit. I was told that they would clear Wednesday the 12th. I went to check the my balance 2 days later and there was a hold on my PAYROLL checks until the 19th. Thats 12 days from the date of deposit that they have held my checka. Thanks to them my car insurance lapsed and will cost me a forture. I wouldn't recommend this garbage bank to anyone. Atms are also broken probably 5 days a month.
Michael Schulmeister: Very inconvenient time and when there is a line of people they won't even come out to help the only teller they need to improve costumer service here they have people standing in the cold even army vets and they can't even open up on time I will say there are some nice people that work here but people are normally nice in general so no uping the rating for me

Raham: Be aware of Bank of America. They are scammers, they can ruin your banking relationship with a matter of a second. They can close your accounts with in a matter of a minute without notifying you and that’s exactly what happened to me. I used to believe it was a good bank but I guess I am wrong. They stole over 800 dollars on my credit card and refused to give it back and they refused to give me a reason on why they closed my account.
Jeff Ouimet: My mother like the convenience of this branch and appreciates the help from the employees. She will not use the ATM. It recently states that the branch is temporarily closed. If the branch lobby doesn't open back up, she will close her account. I recieved a response from BOA that some branches are temporarily closed or limited hours, but I'd like to know if it is really temporary or permanent. I was given a link to the BOA locations and hours. When I look at the branch my mom uses, the date it will open moves out one day every day I look at the website. This isn't very helpful and since I can't get a straight answer on the web or on the phone, I'll encourage my mom to move her money to another bank that has open lobby hours. BOA isn't making banking easy for the elderly that don't own or want a smart phone and don't feel it's safe for them to use the ATM.
Born Dead: Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve had a BOA account for years and finally needed to update my debit card. I first went to the branch to order and ask specifically for one of the new rap cards and not only did they charge me $5 for the card but they sent me the wrong one. I contacted customer service and they had the correct one sent to me. You would think it would end there but no. When they sent the card my PIN number did not work with it. So I went to this branch in the morning thinking I had to set it and both of their ATMs where down. So today (Friday) I stopped by the branch to talk to someone and they closed at 4 pm. All the branches around me have closed and now the couple that are still open close at 4 on a Friday. Already angry because I can not access my money I called the number on the back of my card and after being on hold for 35 mins and hearing a message about how they are going to fix my issue a guy finally answers and says that not only can he not give me my PIN number but my card is also locked to midnight. They have done nothing to help and refused to help. I’m being kept from my money and am being treated like trash by their customer service team. This is robbery and I would not recommend anyone doing business with BOA especially if you want to be able to access your money.

Although it was a mistake on my end I should have checked about that service if it's required an appointment or not, I was very frustrated however milad did a great job help me to schedule an appointment with the branch close to where I need to be and he was very professional. Closing the drive thrus was also not pandemic friendly, and probably if they were open would have made our awful wait in line better.

n.1 c: I have banked with Huntington and will die as their customer. Although I'm banking out of state and they don't service Virginia. They are strong in terms of customer service, and the benefit of control I have over my own money and accounts is unprecedented. They service 7 states according to one of their reps I just hung up with she said maybe that's what keeps them tightly connected as a business. I have never ever in the past 3 years of me banking with them had an issue. Best bank in America. I hope people realize this as the whole Huntington communities continue to succeed both customers and employees.

They have held my $700 check for 7 days now for no reason & i keep being told different reasons & dates of when my funds will be released.They wont even merge my auto loan to my checking account so it’s simpler for me to pay my car note 😂 bc they wont edit the names.Apparently bc my auto loan has my middle initial & my checking account dont they wont merge them 🚮 Not worth the hassle every month when my bills are due. Mz. Cash: Was waiting to use the atm at this location because the outside location was not accepting cash. As I proceed to walk in I was met by a young lady who asked me if I could give her 2 minutes because her co- worker some tall Caucasian women had to come in so they could open up. I’m leaving this review at 8:58, I was at the location at approximately 8:30ish this would not have been a problem had I not exited my car before the “coworker” did to enter the bank. Very unprofessional and nasty.

Jazmine Washington: Sadly, on Monday April 29th, 2022 I will informed on why this business has such low ratings as it does, I stopped by for a replacement card before I went shopping in the plaza! I walked in and the first staff member on far right, (asian girl, tall, kind) she stared at me and was ruded once I walked up to her for service. Immediately, I could see what kind of experience this was going to be for the banking. She ignored me and that let me know right there that she one works with races/people she is comfortable with; which is terrible customer service to begin with. To neutralize the cringe and conflict in the air, the manger softly speaks and said she can help me to the other side.When I tell you within 15 minutes the woman had an rude tone, condescending evil eye contact; and patronized me like a African American toddler who have never been inside a banking institute, I gladly and calmed exited and prayed to myself. She contested! She pleads that she was actually being nice to me, I said really? … she told me to leave and I said you’re really not going to help me?, she says she’s the manger like she’s in some 2010’ romcom and not like she’s replaceable, and I gasped. How can you be trained in customer service if you yourself as manager if losing your self control, ego and temper within less than five minutes of handling a customer? Doing something simple as a card replacement?That just shows you that is something deeper under the surface and my other reviews can paint the picture in great detail as well. Shame on you.
