I’m transgender and 1 of the the lady tellers was so unprofessional when it came to my name. Never mind what my name is, do your job, gimme my money and move the line. Chop Shop: In general Hunnington Bank has proven to be the most incompetent institution I have ever delt with. This is the 4th location i have attempted to open an account at and have been meet with inability to do the one job you expect from a bank. Take my money and open an account. Gas is not cheap. Why should I make a 5th trip?

Notch Johnson: Long lines on both the drive through and inside... And no one seems to care. They get paid by the hour and it shows. If you don't have enough staff.. Close this location like you've done so many others. Gone are the days of good customer service for Huntington Bank.. They've gotten too big and forgotten us little people.

R X: All the staff today except one Hispanic young lady,(I'm black) were rude, unpleasant and apparently irritated with having to work with ppl. This is not what I'm used to with Huntington. I only came in because I had to and I just moved in the area. I will directly go bank to our old one several miles away. How rude!

Cherron Tarter: Huntington is the worst bank I have ever banked with. On more than one occassion a charge comes out but then 3 days the merchant is saying that they weren't paid and Huntington is claiming to have put the money back in my account because the merchant didnt take it but there is no record of it anywhere, not my statements, not my app not the website. I was basically told none of the account balance information is correct and is absolutely not correct on the weekends as the federal reserve bank is not open then. I have never been at a bank that has this many issues with merchants not taking my money. Then to top it off I have been declined places using my pin and all they can say is it the merchants fault. I told her she sounded like a bad breakup. I will never bank with them again.

Ashley T: Came to this location to help my nephew open his first bank account ever which is supposed to be an exciting time. There were 3 people there but they said they had no banker. I was told to go to the next location which was the Hoover branch to open the account. I asked them if they could call or message the branch to see if they had someone available and was told “they have someone, just go there. Or you can call”. This was so rude as it would’ve only took them a second to call and they weren’t busy. I drove all the way to the Hoover branch (after attempting to call and no one answered) just for them to tell me they don’t know if their banker will have time and she won’t respond to us. Mind you this was all occurring between 9:30 and 10, they don’t close until 12!! We couldn’t open it online and phone reps told us they couldn’t open it either since it’s his first account. I’m really considering leaving Huntington myself because it just seems to have gone wayyyyy down!!

E.L.M.: Super slow Im in line writing this its already been 20 minutes for a line that started with 5 people. The manager is just watching the cashier struggle with customers instead of opening another window himself. He just walking pacing around slowly behind her, standing looking out at us. Yup this is inefficient. Avoid if you can. It takes about 6-7 minutes per person so far.

Rainbow79: The female teller on 7/24 yesterday which was a Saturday because my address was different from my checks address because I recently moved people move all the time she gave me a very hard time at the window she was extremely rude all she had to do was cash my check being that my job has a relationship with you she was not very helpful or concerned First off DMC my job banks with you all has a very long relationship with your bank. I went to your first location and they were nicer and more understanding… my job gave me a paper check due to an error. The Bank of America in Livonia said it was no problem to cash my check with them but I had to go home and get my license I wasn’t trying to keep inconveniencing myself anymore that day so I drove to your location in Dearborn by my house which made sense and she would not help me and was rude. So I went back to the Bank of America in Livonia which cashed it but charged me a fee! Your location in Dearborn is horrible and this is why I closed my account before terrible customer service all the lady at the Dearborn location had to was charge me a fee but instead she decided to be rude and not help I needed my money and if I already stood in a very long line for at least 20 minutes she could’ve accommodated me I had to drive all the way back on the other side of town and I live in Westland Michigan I will never bank with you guys ever again I hope to God I have to never cash another check from Bank of America horrible!!!!! Oh and I’m calling corporate
