Trustgod He always right: Back in 2021 I got sick was hospitalized so I had a check sent to me from my job. I came here to cash my and the lady with blond hair was acting weird like my check I cashed wasn’t mines or something she then act like she was cashing it and gave it back with some stamp trying to state it was fake or something. I called the facility and they was able to verify it was real. I wonder if I wasn’t an African American with an 1600 dollar check would she had of cashed it so weird and she was rude.

The cause of my concert Nation with this bank they require two forms of ID to cash a check over $500 as if my state issued driver's license was not enough. Clearly me give me my money. Kim Williams: This is my local branch where there is only 1 banker to provide service for customers. Completely unacceptable as a Chase customer. Based on staff speaking to a banker its by appt only. Which based on the other branch it’s suppose to be optional. Well needless to say Serenity and Nolene did not provide great customer service.

Live Without Limits: My son went to open an account. He is 19 and doesn't know much about banking. I thought the banker is to help andeducates him with banking options. My son was waited on by #Garco Beliossian that greeted him with questions that were not related to banking. He was insulting and discriminatory. Hedidn't give him options for a basic account, but asked him why he wanted to bank there and told him about an account that needed $1500.00 a month balance. He told my son that there was a $12.00 monthly fee and then told him that he should go do his banking somewhere else. My son was looking for a basic student checking account. The bank is in Warren. I hate to believe that in 2020 that he was being discriminated again because he was black. That questions that he asked him were insulting. I will just believe that the banker was poorly trained and didnt knows the possible banking options or know the rightquestions to ask thecustomer. My son told me that he will take his business elsewhere.

Kenjuan Smith: The teller stole my driver's license. He act like I never gave it to him and I did and no higher authority at the bank investigated which speaks volumes! They didn't look at the camera or anything, they didn't care. This happened April 1, 2023. I had to make a report to SOS so no fraudulent or scamming activity can be done with my license.

Chelsey: Considering changing banks because of how rude the manager was who was working on Saturday, January 23rd. My husband has had an account with Chase for over 10 years and we had questions about cashing in a savings bond. The manager was extremely rude and condescending and talking down to us like we are children. The worst customer service. The lady at the front desk had an attitude as well. This location needs training on how to effectively talk to their clients. Everyone has bad days, but this lady was completely rude. We both walked out of their shocked and confused.

Not to mention they have numerous policies that evidently even their employees can't keep straight because I called first to ask to make sure I have everything needed but then when I get up there they say completely the opposite. They will charge you monthly like netflix for not having a certain Amount of money in your bank. They won't approve you for credit cards. This is a bank for wealthy or well to do people ONLY. Mike Ashley: The phone number here sends you to an IVR. Took a few attempts to figure out how to get to someone at the branch. After making it to the right prompts there was no process for putting someone on hold. This is a ridiculous process for customers that want to call the brick and mortar bank and ask a question about the branch. Expect much more from such a large bank.

Luke Howland: Went in to add me onto my fiances account. I had 3 payroll checks to deposit. I was told that they would clear Wednesday the 12th. I went to check the my balance 2 days later and there was a hold on my PAYROLL checks until the 19th. Thats 12 days from the date of deposit that they have held my checka. Thanks to them my car insurance lapsed and will cost me a forture. I wouldn't recommend this garbage bank to anyone. Atms are also broken probably 5 days a month.
Michael Schulmeister: Very inconvenient time and when there is a line of people they won't even come out to help the only teller they need to improve costumer service here they have people standing in the cold even army vets and they can't even open up on time I will say there are some nice people that work here but people are normally nice in general so no uping the rating for me

Raham: Be aware of Bank of America. They are scammers, they can ruin your banking relationship with a matter of a second. They can close your accounts with in a matter of a minute without notifying you and that’s exactly what happened to me. I used to believe it was a good bank but I guess I am wrong. They stole over 800 dollars on my credit card and refused to give it back and they refused to give me a reason on why they closed my account.
Jeff Ouimet: My mother like the convenience of this branch and appreciates the help from the employees. She will not use the ATM. It recently states that the branch is temporarily closed. If the branch lobby doesn't open back up, she will close her account. I recieved a response from BOA that some branches are temporarily closed or limited hours, but I'd like to know if it is really temporary or permanent. I was given a link to the BOA locations and hours. When I look at the branch my mom uses, the date it will open moves out one day every day I look at the website. This isn't very helpful and since I can't get a straight answer on the web or on the phone, I'll encourage my mom to move her money to another bank that has open lobby hours. BOA isn't making banking easy for the elderly that don't own or want a smart phone and don't feel it's safe for them to use the ATM.
Born Dead: Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve had a BOA account for years and finally needed to update my debit card. I first went to the branch to order and ask specifically for one of the new rap cards and not only did they charge me $5 for the card but they sent me the wrong one. I contacted customer service and they had the correct one sent to me. You would think it would end there but no. When they sent the card my PIN number did not work with it. So I went to this branch in the morning thinking I had to set it and both of their ATMs where down. So today (Friday) I stopped by the branch to talk to someone and they closed at 4 pm. All the branches around me have closed and now the couple that are still open close at 4 on a Friday. Already angry because I can not access my money I called the number on the back of my card and after being on hold for 35 mins and hearing a message about how they are going to fix my issue a guy finally answers and says that not only can he not give me my PIN number but my card is also locked to midnight. They have done nothing to help and refused to help. I’m being kept from my money and am being treated like trash by their customer service team. This is robbery and I would not recommend anyone doing business with BOA especially if you want to be able to access your money.

I waited in line for HALF AN HOUR, just to get to the front and have the teller tell me you’ll have to sit down with someone to change it, but they have an appointment and weren’t taking anymore after 11:00. You couldn’t have said that from the beginning?! While I waited in line for 30mins?! I could have gone to another Huntington in that time!!!!!!! But no. We came in a couple minutes late on Saturday and he still let me deposit money. He's just great. However, there is an older lady with fluffy white hair that is incredibly rude. I've actually never had someone in customer service be so rude to me before. She laughed in my face and told me I had to go to a branch that was permanently closed when I told her an atm took my money. We asked another teller and at a different branch about the atm taking my money, she gave me a dispute number to call, which this white haired lady could have easily done in the first place. I also told felix about the atm taking my money in passing and he right away tried to give me the dispute number. Honestly, the older white haired lady is the only downfall of this fifth third.

Tudleys Gaming: I put a check in the bank last Friday they are holding it until the 13th /10 business days and froze my card! I was told if I want any money to spend from my account...I have to come in in person and withdraw it that way.I'm being punished for depositing money in the bank are you kidding me and all I got was sorry for the inconvenience! Leave it to a bank to hold your money hostage! Beyond mad,very poor service and I tried calling customer service and they have it set up to make you wait an hour then everytime an hour passes a voice comes on saying they are having technical difficulties try your call again and they hang up!I've been through it twice now!HUNTINGTON BANK IS NOT A BANK WHO I WOULD RECOMMEND!

Krista Nash: Not even just the location but the bank in general is complete trash. Atms rarely accept cash deposits. They have held my $700 check for 7 days now for no reason & i keep being told different reasons & dates of when my funds will be released.They wont even merge my auto loan to my checking account so it’s simpler for me to pay my car note 😂 bc they wont edit the names.Apparently bc my auto loan has my middle initial & my checking account dont they wont merge them 🚮 Not worth the hassle every month when my bills are due. Switching as soon as my funds hit my account!!
Ruth Wallace: Was banking at TCF bank but Huntington bought them out. Why did you get rid of the coin machines? My 11 yr old saved his change and likes to use those machines. Counstar is a rip off. Shouldn't cost money to exchange coins to dollars.

darlene Lewis: I love this bank every worker is personable and treat you like you matter today I had the pleasure of speaking with a bank manager she was awesome I could of sat there allday talking to her she was so knowledgeable answers all my questions truly a caring person everyone I have came in contact with in this branch is phenomenal they truly care they go beyond Mona I met when I first came to this bank I was gonna close my accounts due to no drive thru she talked with me and seeing how personable and caring she is I decided to stay I’m glad I did I have now met the rest of the staff and managers all who are wonderful all who know you when u walk in they take the time to know you and actually care about there customers so to sum this up go to citizens we’re they go the extra mile your not just a transaction to them

Martial Kuntz: I rarely have a reason to leave a bad review but I have to share my experience from a few months ago. I stopped here to cash my paycheck - usually I do it thru mobile weekly but the app was down and I figured I'd just go to the bank. The teller, a man whose name I cannot remember, told me I qualified for a lower interest rate and higher credit card limit. I told him I didn't have time today to do it but maybe next time - which was the truth, I had an appointment to go too. Instead of accepting that as an answer he kept pushing, asking over and over and telling me "most people would be jumping up and down at this offer". Eventually, he tried to tell me I "needed the lower interest rate". I told him I was fine because in my life I have never missed a payment and always paid the full balance. He LIED TO ME saying "I have your account pulled up right here and I can see that you have paid fees for being late, you obviously just didn't pay attention". I'm returning to leave this review because I'm frustrated all over again after reviewing my credit history and seeing that I in fact have never missed a payment with Citizen's or any other credit card AND was able to confirm I always paid in full. I have yet to return to this location since then - my interactions at all other locations have been amazing but this was by far the worst experience I've ever had with Citizen's. I've never had someone try to sell me so aggressively when all I wanted was to cash my check and go. A 5 minute interaction turned into 15. Highly, highly recommend avoiding them at all costs.
