Kenjuan Smith: The teller stole my driver's license. He act like I never gave it to him and I did and no higher authority at the bank investigated which speaks volumes! They didn't look at the camera or anything, they didn't care. This happened April 1, 2023. I had to make a report to SOS so no fraudulent or scamming activity can be done with my license.

Chelsey: Considering changing banks because of how rude the manager was who was working on Saturday, January 23rd. My husband has had an account with Chase for over 10 years and we had questions about cashing in a savings bond. The manager was extremely rude and condescending and talking down to us like we are children. The worst customer service. The lady at the front desk had an attitude as well. This location needs training on how to effectively talk to their clients. Everyone has bad days, but this lady was completely rude. We both walked out of their shocked and confused.
Nickol Best: They are horrible, they don't uphold their word, you will never get that incentive for opening account. Not to mention they have numerous policies that evidently even their employees can't keep straight because I called first to ask to make sure I have everything needed but then when I get up there they say completely the opposite. Do your banking elsewhere, they can't be trusted with anything.
Kevin Gayle: To anyone young considering picking these guys as a bank because it is close to your work... don't do it. You will get better options cheaper quicker banking with a credit union. They will charge you monthly like netflix for not having a certain Amount of money in your bank. They won't approve you for credit cards. This is a bank for wealthy or well to do people ONLY. I'm don't paying monthly fees for a very mediocre service and I tried to get the fee reverse but greedy chase needed it more I guess 🙃 I'll be banking with a credit union from now on thx

Mike Ashley: The phone number here sends you to an IVR. Took a few attempts to figure out how to get to someone at the branch. After making it to the right prompts there was no process for putting someone on hold. This is a ridiculous process for customers that want to call the brick and mortar bank and ask a question about the branch. Expect much more from such a large bank.

Amazing service, above and beyond, knowledgeable about services AND navigated me through the app over the phone. Calling customer service has been a nightmare and this guy cleared things up in a 3 minute phone call. Thank You!

I came here to cash my and the lady with blond hair was acting weird like my check I cashed wasn’t mines or something she then act like she was cashing it and gave it back with some stamp trying to state it was fake or something. I called the facility and they was able to verify it was real. I wonder if I wasn’t an African American with an 1600 dollar check would she had of cashed it so weird and she was rude.

Live Without Limits: My son went to open an account. He is 19 and doesn't know much about banking. I thought the banker is to help andeducates him with banking options. My son was waited on by #Garco Beliossian that greeted him with questions that were not related to banking. He was insulting and discriminatory. Hedidn't give him options for a basic account, but asked him why he wanted to bank there and told him about an account that needed $1500.00 a month balance. He told my son that there was a $12.00 monthly fee and then told him that he should go do his banking somewhere else. My son was looking for a basic student checking account. The bank is in Warren. I hate to believe that in 2020 that he was being discriminated again because he was black. That questions that he asked him were insulting. I will just believe that the banker was poorly trained and didnt knows the possible banking options or know the rightquestions to ask thecustomer. My son told me that he will take his business elsewhere.

Then there have to call someone who knows what to do I don't think she was ever talking to anyone after a few minutes cause I happen to look on her monitor she was on the Internet looking at something when she seen me looking she closed the page was something about a brooch omg what a waste this place is. Bad enough to lose my wife after 35 years together then to go here and to feel I was in the wrong to get what little she had there felt nothing about her or me. I will never in my life bank with these people and if you are this is how there really do care about you there don't care at all!!! Ty for reading what happen to me don't let them do this to you.

Luke Howland: Went in to add me onto my fiances account. I had 3 payroll checks to deposit. I was told that they would clear Wednesday the 12th. I went to check the my balance 2 days later and there was a hold on my PAYROLL checks until the 19th. Thats 12 days from the date of deposit that they have held my checka. Thanks to them my car insurance lapsed and will cost me a forture. I wouldn't recommend this garbage bank to anyone. Atms are also broken probably 5 days a month.
Michael Schulmeister: Very inconvenient time and when there is a line of people they won't even come out to help the only teller they need to improve costumer service here they have people standing in the cold even army vets and they can't even open up on time I will say there are some nice people that work here but people are normally nice in general so no uping the rating for me

Raham: Be aware of Bank of America. They are scammers, they can ruin your banking relationship with a matter of a second. They can close your accounts with in a matter of a minute without notifying you and that’s exactly what happened to me. I used to believe it was a good bank but I guess I am wrong. They stole over 800 dollars on my credit card and refused to give it back and they refused to give me a reason on why they closed my account.
Jeff Ouimet: My mother like the convenience of this branch and appreciates the help from the employees. She will not use the ATM. It recently states that the branch is temporarily closed. If the branch lobby doesn't open back up, she will close her account. I recieved a response from BOA that some branches are temporarily closed or limited hours, but I'd like to know if it is really temporary or permanent. I was given a link to the BOA locations and hours. When I look at the branch my mom uses, the date it will open moves out one day every day I look at the website. This isn't very helpful and since I can't get a straight answer on the web or on the phone, I'll encourage my mom to move her money to another bank that has open lobby hours. BOA isn't making banking easy for the elderly that don't own or want a smart phone and don't feel it's safe for them to use the ATM.
Born Dead: Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve had a BOA account for years and finally needed to update my debit card. I first went to the branch to order and ask specifically for one of the new rap cards and not only did they charge me $5 for the card but they sent me the wrong one. I contacted customer service and they had the correct one sent to me. You would think it would end there but no. When they sent the card my PIN number did not work with it. So I went to this branch in the morning thinking I had to set it and both of their ATMs where down. So today (Friday) I stopped by the branch to talk to someone and they closed at 4 pm. All the branches around me have closed and now the couple that are still open close at 4 on a Friday. Already angry because I can not access my money I called the number on the back of my card and after being on hold for 35 mins and hearing a message about how they are going to fix my issue a guy finally answers and says that not only can he not give me my PIN number but my card is also locked to midnight. They have done nothing to help and refused to help. I’m being kept from my money and am being treated like trash by their customer service team. This is robbery and I would not recommend anyone doing business with BOA especially if you want to be able to access your money.

Gabby Sharp: Asked to speak to manager about honoring a waived fee for cashiers check, just asked for the same offer we recieved at the Lake Orion branch, and was treated as if we asked for sack of unmarked bills. Horrible customer service, the teller tried to help and was nice and polite, given the line was out the door when we arrived. Closing the drive thrus was also not pandemic friendly, and probably if they were open would have made our awful wait in line better.

Alexander Tocco: Peter Abdo was a huge help! Really went above and beyond. I had my dog in the truck and reeeeally didn't wanna make a long drive to grab my card I left at work. He helped me with digital stuff, we tried all the tap ATMs and then whrn they didnt work, he even found and called another location to make sure they could help! On top of that he was very personable and a friendly guy, we talked about our families and he managed to make it still a great experience.

Teri Robbins: This branch is a total JOKE! Every month I go to pay my rent, with a huge wait, even if I’m at the drive through and my stuff is sent inside already. Then every month it’s something new, I don’t have an account there, but my landlord does and I have to deposit my rent, every month they ask questions. Every month I tell them I’m paying my rent, with a card which has the landlords routing number, today was the VERY last straw! Now they ask me for my SS# and what I do for a living! It’s not your business my SS# or what I do for a living! If you people spend as much time working on my transaction as you do asking personal question, maybe you wouldn’t take so long to collect my money and deposit it where it belongs! You won’t see me at this branch anymore, I’d travel 20 miles to the next closest one just to avoid going there!
Agst Wst: Worst bank I’ve ever been to. I’ve waited over 1 month for them to reprint me a debit card because they misspelled my name on the original one. They banker in training Samir verbatim told me he would “terrorize my account” if I don’t pronounce his name right. He’s honestly a risk to members personal accounts and they are sloppy with people’s personal information. They’ve claimed they’ve had numerous people in training and the line is always out the door. Honestly my biggest fear is somebody like Samir having access to my accounts. Citizens bank, please do something about this. I’ve spoken with Christine at this location and she always has some sort of justification for him. Her organizational skills are a whole other monster I’m not willing to get into. Please do something about your employees citizens bank. Huntington bank does not treat their customers like this. I made the mistake of opening my business account with you guys which I will be closing ASAP!!! Beware of this place.

During my transaction the teller was talking with the other teller next to her, and was giving her the phone to check something, asked for the large bill for $1000.00, she tole me She donot have it. It is a bank, we should get our preferences. If we donot get it from our bank, who should we ask for! very disappointing with everything.
Nickol Best: Notice how all the good ratings are from years ago? The bank itself is not bad but the staff is horrible. This location is half a mile from my house but I will go all the way to the Sterling Heights location just to not have to deal with these dreadful people. And the worst part about it is the branch manager sits there and allows it.
LaTonya Jones: I had an account with citizen and I only had the account for what not even for 4 days and the next day they suspended my account and when I called they refused to tell me why they suspended my account 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️

Chardam Gear: By far the worst bank I have ever had an account at, keep getting locked out of my on line account, ATM's eat my checks and my debit cards. I have a business checking account and apparently don't have access to my money when I request it lol what a joke. All they can tell me is "you have to wait till monday when the people that own the ATM come to service it ", so apparently Citizens Bank has all these ATMs but don't own f***ing one of them, or have your own service techs ?. I put my money in but can bearly get it back out ?. Thanks Citizens Bank !!! can't get gas for my lawn equipment to cut my customers lawns. I would just close out my accounts today and find a better bank but your f****** ATM has my card, thumbs up.
