Chris McDonald: This McDonald's has their act together! This is my 2nd time patronalizing this location. Each time, I experienced fast, accurate, and friendly service!I tend to ask for my meal prepared fresh, and that's never been an issue. It's always worth the wait. I recommend going inside to place your order as their drive-thru line seemed to be long each time I visited around noon.The new Mac sauce dip is a new favorite of mine as well. Martha Huff: I was first of all to be able to go to a restaurant where the restroom are clean, I just wish that McDonald's would invest in larger size door and make it wheelchair without a disabled person have to struggle to open the door I would like to see the entry door to be in automatic as approaching so a person in a wheelchair can come in without having to have someone to assist them.Kid-friendliness: While I was there I was glad to see that they still had the play area open up for the children to play in,Wheelchair accessibility: I'm glad that McDonald's have wheelchair accessible parking but the doors aren't really made for a person with a wheelchair disability to be able to come in without the help of another person because there are two doors that you have to go through before you can get into, the doorways are small and they aren't large enough for an oversized wheelchair. I would like to see McDonald's invest in new doorways for wheelchair accessible customer to get inside the restaurant.

Carol Offer: I was very disappointed that the service was lacking. I got two dried out cheeseburgers with nothing on them along with no ketchup or other condiments. A very darkly fried chicken sandwich, again with nothing on it. Then when I opened the bag to make sure everything was in it, I couldn't find the 2nd hamburger so I was told it was under the two boxes of fries. Yes, it was smashed and dry. Meloney Rocke: Checked lobby hours on a Saturday night; open until 10pm. I walked in and was told they are closed. When I asked what time they are open until because the door said 10, I was told “Right now we didn’t lock the door yet because my manager is coming in”. I called twice to speak with manager regarding policy. The phone rang until it the call was dropped because no one answered. The employee could have had my order in and cashed me out faster than the time it took to explain was she would not be servicing me… during posted hours… with the door open for me to walk in?? But she had to go back to doing nothing. She was not pulled from the line to have a conversation with me she was having a conversation with a fellow employee. I’m so confused. I work in customer service. Lame.

Dove Darby: This is without a doubt the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to in my life and I am 52 years old! I work down the street at Chrysler Warren truck assembly plant on 2nd shift. I can’t count how many times I have stopped here at this McDonald’s on my way to work for a caramel frappe and they always say they can’t make them! After I wait in the longest line I’ve ever seen they are rude and unsympathetic to customers needs! I went there today and ordered 3 hot apple pies and a large frozen coke since they were not able to serve the caramel frappe I asked for. When I took the apple pies out of my bag they were expired by 5 hours and hard as a rock! Completely impossible to bite into! Please do something about this store???

caleb ladd: Both google and the website say this location opens the lobby at 6 am. I showed up at 6:30 and the door was locked. I banged on the window to get the workers' attention thinking they just forgot to unlock it. Some lady working inside just kinda stared at me with her mouth hanging open for a few seconds and went back to whatever she was doing.I need to make something clear: this isn't because they feel unsafe, it's because the employees are lazy and they don't want to serve any customers other than the ones who pull up to the drive thru.

John Keith: Ordered through the mobile app. Received the wrong breakfast. I mentioned that I Received the wrong breakfast sandwich and that I had a meal and not just the sandwich. Justin Malama: Went here Saturday to get my child a happy meal and a frozen Coke for my wife. My wife asked for 1/2 frozen coke and 1/2 frozen lemonade. When we got the food, she gave us frozen Coke only. When I asked her to correct it, she said “ we are not allowed to mix them”. Josh Hooks: If I could give zero stars, I would! This is literally by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my life, and I’ve grown up here for 20 years. If they actually get your order right, which they only do maybe one out of five times. The pop in the morning taste like the cleaner and sanitizer they run through the machines, Their prices literally will change day to day depending on who brings it up. The meal that I get is $13.79 every single day, but yet randomly, depending on who rings it up, it comes up to $14 and some change. It comes out to a $.50 plus difference. Obviously with it being the same exact order everytime, unless the prices go up and down every single day, they should be the same. Burger King is closing 20 something stores in the area. McDonald’s should think about closing down this place. What a disgrace . Oh, and the insanely long wait times in the morning when there are only three cars in the drive-through or the fact that if you’re there, three minutes before 7 o’clock, you will sit at the screen and nobody will talk to you because they don’t feel like coming to work yet so they sit there at the window and watch you drive-by.

Wayne Watt: Initially, I was the first car in the drive thru. Simple order (12 dollars total). It took 25 minutes. One girl at the window and three inside. While they were laughing and not working, I watched 8 cars leave the drive thru. Average 30 dollars per car = 240 dollars lost revenue. Also, the parking lot lights were off at 10pm. Someone needs to clean that place up.

Big Breakfast with hotcakes, big breakfast and a large coffee. They were busy so I expected a longer wait time. I also expected scrambled eggs, because that's what comes in a big breakfast. Instead, I received something flat with brown all over it. I asked the young lady could I get scrambled eggs with no brown. When she brought the second order back, they were the same! At this point I have no choice; I won't go there again.
