The people in parts were very friendly and helpful with my gear selection. Steve, the sales manager, was very encouraging to me as a first time rider. He also patiently answered all my questions, which made me feel confident that the bike I decided on would suit my needs. I was informed there was a short waitlist but he would be in contact when it was my turn.Steve called as promised when my bike was available and set up a convenient time for me to stop in and sign the paperwork. He also offered to keep my motorcycle at the dealership until I passed my instructional class in two weekends, so I could be the first to ride it.My last visit was to pick up my Honda Rebel 500, which I absolutely LOVE! Every step of the way Steve gave me great advice and the knowledge he imparted on me helped me start off on a positive note.As a woman, and as a first time rider and owner, I feel I was treated very well. I highly recommend Honda Suzuki of Warren.

Jay Mcluvin: Unfortunately my experience with the service department was bad. Very Very bad.I brought my 07 Bandit 1250 in for inspection and repairs. I wanted problems with the fuel system trouble shot. After replacing the fuel pressure regulator the bike still did not run properly. The service manager recommended it would be best to cut my losses short and sell the bike. He told me the throttle bodies and power commander were faulty, and to replace them would cost $1.5-2K minimum . I paid the $500.00 bucks for the fuel regulator and inspection and picked my bike up. When I got the bike home, I simply plugged in the power commander, replaced the spark plugs, and slightly raised the idle screws. The bike runs perfectly. I am very disappointed with the final recommendations from the service manager to sell the bike. The throttle bodies and power commander are functional. All the bike needed was new spark plugs. HOW COULD THEY MISS THIS??????

Jasmine Johnson: I had a TERRIBLE experience here they sold me a 2013 for 7000 dollars!!. Not only was is insanely over priced but they did not tell me at all I had to find out myself. Then the entire underside had to be replaced AFTER I was told there was “absolutely nothing wrong with the car” and had to spend an ADDITIONAL 2000 to fix it literally right after I got it so now I’m at 9000 dollars for a 2013 Avenger. That remind you I was told I wouldn’t have had to fix anything let along the whole underside of the car. They like to act like they care about you and they’re doing you a favor but trust me when I say They do not have your best interest in mind AT ALL. When I called and told them what was going on they told me “it’s not our problem “ and proceeded to hang up in my face!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE THEY ARE SCAMMERS PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH SAVE YOUR MONEY.

Jose B: I came to have my back tire Replaced I was told it would take around a week or 2 I paid up front a $120 they never worked on my bike he promised to work on my bike and when I went in to see the next day when he said that he would have it Fixed he was very rude and made me beg to have It fixed I would recommend the garage on Majestic and Greenfield Great prices and they fixed my tire in less than 20 minutes All that waiting at extreme like it was so hard to change a back tire he tried to sell me that he had to take this and that it loose none of that had to come loose just to tire came off and replaced nothing had to be taken off I give extreme 3 thumbs down do not go there

They will tell you your child is two heavy for the bike when it breaks. My child is only 60 pounds. Had ATV for 3 days and welding broke on suspension child could have been injured. They refused to take responsibility blaming it on the way my 8 year old rides the ATV to hard. On flat street in Detroit.

My Tao Tao with 23,000 miles was picked up from my home and back to me in a week with a new engine, pipe, and custom welded painted mount for the pipe. If you need a smaller repair or upgrade they will try to get you in and out same day. They ride scooters themselves and it shows in their work. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

But; I was told by a good brother that this was the closest place in the city that works on scooters. Don’t like to be lied to, or even going to this place 2 times, and then they try to hit you something different.Never again. They will Not get my business. They’re marking up parts prices 5% more than it’s cost, trying to keep their business afloat.

Ophelia Munroe: I called asking about a gas scooter and came in to pay for it the same day so I could pick it up the next day and when I arrived I was told I probably would not want it because it wasn't street legal to ride on the road or sidewalk. I doubted this at the time but had been given a ride by someone who had their own things to get done and simply left. However upon returning home I started trying to find the law stating that gas powered two wheeled scooters of a certain model cannot be ridden on the roads and no such law exists. The way a small vehicle starts and stops does not exclude you from using that vehicle on the road however it WOULD be considered too much for the sidewalk. I was told that this is an off road vehicle only but even looking at this EXTREMELY modest little two wheeled scooter I knew it wasn't getting through any natural terrains. This scooter wasn't even built for off road travel and I could tell I was being given the runaround and he didn't want to sell it to me upon showing up to pay in full.He was perfectly happy to sell it to me without the lie that this vehicle cannot be used on the road. My only guess is that he saw a black disabled and still fully masked person walk into his shop and decided he didn't want to serve them.The shop is small and they only sell floor models and you can find most of it cheaper online for the same models.I don't recommend this place at all.
