Joe Sheehan: Went in to get some chain lube for my KLR, near closing time. Kevin got me a can of spray on his way out the door and helped find a missing bolt for my luggage rack. I had to force him to accept 5 bucks for the lube. 10/10 will be coming here again for service needs.

Douglas Henderson: Nice place but pricey...a bike was listed approximately $3900 and ended up being over 6 grand after financing the bike. Come on, Rosenau... don't beat up on your custo's... that was excessive.

Rick Risley: I wanted a tube changed on a birtbike rim. I asked the parts department and they sent me to the service department. The service department sent me back to the parts department to see if they had the tube i needed. Then the service department said I needed to check with the parts department to see if they would change just a tube. These people work in the same building and wanted me, the customer, to figure out their internal policies for them. I left annoyed with a flat tire.

Thomas: Purchased a Polaris ATV and given a 10,500 OTD price. They then reported I didnt pay sales tax to the state of Michigan and I was charged another $630 against my tax refund. Very deceptive.Follow up: I wasn't trying to be sales tax exempt. I know I am not. I paid sales tax to you based on my OTD price and you turned into state and I was charged use tax through state. I am working through the Attorney General and State of Michigan tax department to recoup.

1 1: 👎👎👎 called about a service three weeks prior and they said call back in a couple weeks when their technicians are back to work. So I do and the price has doubled for the same service.. had them even double check it was the correct service and sure enough they doubled it on me. Then they pulled the old well the job is 12hrs long. Which is funny because the book says less than 6 lmaooo and a good tech could do it in 3. So yeah I wouldn't waste my time with these guys. They just lost me as a customer and I will be purchasing from elsewhere. Also the price was over 6k more for the same ski at another location. If you unfortunately have to do business with them I'd get everything itemized and in writing!
JFLIBERA F: I am from the Lansing area and I had a miserable time dealing with the smaller local bike shops. I expanded my search perimeter and called RP. Very, very happy with that decision. I had an extremely positive experience with RP. The entire staff at RP was very positive and consumer friendly. My salesman, Josh, did a superb job of getting me setup with the bike that I wanted. He was extremely helpful and made the entire process of purchasing the bike very easy and without unnecessary glitches. Paul Kish: These guys are a joke with parts. Multiple times I have had problems. I called to see if they had some ATV tires in stock this time and I was told to hold while they checked and actually " put hands on it to verify they were there" and I was on hold atleast 5 min and they came back with yes I put hands on them they are here. Well when I arrived their 15 miles one way trip I went to the counter, asked about the tires,said I called last night just before close to verify stock and said I would be in in the morning and they said cool. But when they checked no such tires in stock, order only, and the price was not 75 each anymore it was now 105.00. 2 words or one finger for this place!
James Vander Klipp: Overall great experience. I came for the parts department but stopped in the waverunner department was greeted promptly asked if I needed help and when I said no just looking they left me alone but still made themselves available for questions. I had called the parts department earlier and told they may not have the part but bring in the old part and we'll see if we can match it up. They didn't have the part but probably offered to order it for me, it would take about a week which is too long for me but they were very nice about it and patient. Next year I will be in the market for two WaveRunners and a trailer and you can bet I will come to this dealership.
Jimmy Cooper: Got my polaris rzr back from motor city and took it up north for the weekend, after 1 day of riding 2 of my lug nuts fell off on the trail and I was about to lose the third one. If I wasn't paying attention I might have been seriously injured or worse. I was pretty happy with the service until this happened. Pretty serious mistake and so far I haven't had any response from them on the email I sent. Definitely more worried now as I feel they forgot to tighten down all 4 rear drivers tire lugs after they fixed my transmission, what else have they overlooked.

I mentioned I had just had back surgery and the parts guy immediately carried the box out to my truck and loaded it.I did not ask him to do that, he just did. I can't thank him enough. All the guys in parts and the dealership were just fantastic. Thank you!

Michigan Wildlife: I bought a sweet side by side here. Everybody here works well and they also take my side-by-side in for service every year. They come and pick it up and then return it.

Then I worked with Mike in sales to get a CanAm Spyder, but due to COVID delays, chip shortages and all the other crazy stuff going on in the world I wasn't able to get one.
