Triumph Detroit: what do users think?
Scott Ross: You guys would probably make a sale if you would get off your phones. I’m from out of town and wanted a Detroit triumph shirt. There was No one was in the show room, the parts guy was too concerned about what was on his phone. I walked out. Also I wanted to know if you were still doing rentals?
John Wheeler: Purchased a Zero DSR. Charge tank delivery was delayed multiple times due to the manufacturer but they made it right.v
Ben Clark: Purchased a Zero DSR. Charge tank delivery was delayed multiple times due to the manufacturer but they made it right.Appreciate Ted/Jacques for helping out and being good to me. Will return.
Daniel Simpson: Best Triumph dealer in the Midwest from my experience... Most reasonably priced for service etc
Steven Reeves: I just stopped by to look around. It's pleasant place.
John Whipple: TJ and the crew are pleasant and get the job done. Play some pool while you are there.
James Alexander: Courteous and helpful service
Mac S: This has been a great place to work with in the past. I bought my motorcycle from here and the salesman I had was great. I think his name was either Dave or Mike. But very professional and very realistic. I wanted to go for the Triumph Tiger but realistically I couldn’t sit on it because my legs were way to short for it at the time.I ended up getting a used bike about 4 years ago and it has been great. I did ask if they could adjust some pedals and handles at the time due to having short legs and arms and they were able to do that. The one thing that I wish they did was re-install a baffle as the bike is really loud without it in. However, working with this company to buy my motorcycle was a very positive experience.
Rick Hardy: Got my parts fast!
Gregory Schmerber: Explemrary service! Great bunch of guys. The showroom and parts dept are the nicest I've ever seen. Totally recommend
Eric Haiss: Just drove 40 minutes to pick up some parts but the dealership is closed. No notice on the website, phones, and no note on the door. Not great.
William P: Called in for information from the parts department about a used Triumph I planned on buying. Got a service man named TJ. TJ quickly helped me decide the VIN to verify the bike model and owner. He also gave his opinion when I asked him if it was a fair deal. TJ was a good advocate, and a top notch gentleman when it comes to customer experience. Thank you!
Paul Froehlich: high prices for parts when i can find brake pads for half there price just for parts .had my shift spring replaced becuse it was broken an oil change was supposed to be done they replace the spring change oil my self the following year found broken spring sting in there .will never go there for service again no thanks .
Kirk Kilpatrick: Great selection and sales people who understand the lifestyle.
Jacob Mossing: Had a wonderful experience with a tire change on my speed four and friends speed triple!Great pricesExcelent service from friendly staff. The parts man even has a killer beard!Definitely will be back when I am ready to purchase a Daytona 675 next season
Mike Vinas: Help was nice. Clean store
Marcus Cavendish: Can't say enough about the experience, the team is friendly, and very helpful. Great place to look, buy, and service your Triumph.
gregory schmerber (Deep Woods): Great dealership and motorcycle repair
Jay Dean: Nice dealership. Also selling ZERO Electric motorcycles.
Osamah El-Aroud: Great selection of bikes. The owner is an awesome guy. Always willing to stop and chat. Staff in the parts department are knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely recommend if you're in the market for a bike.
MurphEEE 586: Jacque was super friendly, and was very knowledgeable about the bikes. I would recommend him to any friend or family member.

Spartan Cycle: what do users think?
Adam Bouchard: I started looking at Indians recently and was talking to another dealer. Did an online estimated appraisal for my trade on Indians website a couple of months ago and it directed me towards Spartan Cycle. Brian reached out to me the following morning. After seeing the estimated appraisal from Indian’s website, I told Brian that the online appraisal wouldn’t be enough and that I should wait a while. He told me “don’t count us out just yet”.After almost two months of going over what was important to me in a bike, and what I needed to get the deal done, I rode away with the perfect bike two days ago and couldn’t be happier about it. Brian listened to me and helped me figure it out. This was the most comfortable buying experience I’ve ever had, and Brian (Gary when Brian wasn’t available) made sure all my questions were answered and never rushed or pressured me.I had numerous conversations about what I wanted in accessories before picking up. Brian helped me pick what would be best and they had everything in stock. Showed up early to pick up and everything was installed, ready to go.Brian, Gary, and everyone else at Spartan are a TEAM, they work together perfectly to take care of their customers. When I finally went in to pick my bike up, it was very busy and they were juggling multiple customers at a time, but someone was always talking to me and making sure I felt welcome. If you’re in the market for a motorcycle, want American made and want the best customer service, go to Spartan Cycle and ask for Brian. I’ve been riding for quite some time now and I’ve never been treated so well. After this experience I will continue to buy Indian, not just because of the bike, but also because of the people. Keep up the great work, you have a loyal customer!!
nunya business: I didn't buy anything, but they had a great selection, and knowledgeable sales staff. Salesman was the right balance of being close enough to answer questions, but not hovering so close to be annoying. Thanks, Brian!
Mitch Martin: Great service and staff!!!!
Douglas Curd: I stopped in to have the service team mount and balance two wheels/tires for me. The staff there is the best - super friendly, attentive, and absolutely no attitude. Didn't matter what I was riding (Vintage Honda) or how much I was spending (about $100), they treated me like an old friend and a valued customer. Real honest-to-goodness customer service is a lost art these days, but Spartan still has it.And to top it all off, they had my wheels ready the next day. Thanks Spartan Cycle - you all rock!
Henry Tischbein: right when I walked in the door everyone treated me like family brain helped me get the bike of my dreams made the buying fun and enjoyable experience thanks guys
BcOneSeven: Perfect service experience all the way around. I came in from out of town on a family emergency and they managed to fit me in. Got my service done and fixed a couple of minor things along the way. Cleaned the bike up nicely as well. Great service. Great prices. Great people.
SynfullyWkd67: Bought my first Indian there today and can't wait for it to arrive!!! Brian is awesome and made the whole process easy!
Larry Nichols: Great place, friendly helpful staff.lots of stock parts and accessories.
John McGaffigan: I dropped off my 2000 Victory sport cruiser with high Hope's they could figure out the issues with it....It had only around 1000 miles on it but sat since 2005 in a temperature controlled environment...Bike looks like the day it was built...Beautiful bike...bottom line...they figured out the issues and got it running like new again....I couldn't be happier.....without a doubt....take your bike to them for any and all service.....
Steven Rais: Had a great experience with Spartan Cycle. Brian was a good guy to work with, personable, no pressure type. Decided on an RE continental GT and Brian was great with keeping me in the loop on the status of delivery during the 3 week wait. He even waited until after closing on day of pick up when I ran in to car issues on the way out (f'n jeep) and helped me load it. I will recommend this place to anyone. Great group of people.
Mario Rossi: Great place to have my motorcycles worked on, Great Staff and Becky is numero uno and Very knowledgeable about bikes same with Gary and Brian. Nice people and Great owners 👍
Scott Durso: Had a great over the phone experience with the parts department (Greg..i think) Very knowledge and super friendly! I was calling from out of state hoping they had popular part my local dealer didn't. Greg was more then helpful and got the part out the same day! WOW, Cant beat that kind of service! 5 STARS!!
Jason Fidler: Spartan Cycle and its crew are now like family to me. They go out of their way to make me feel like I'm not just buying a bike, but an experience. They matched the perfect machine to my comfort level and budget. Spartan Cycle made my "maybe one day" into a reality and I couldn't be happier.
John Merillat: Great place but I always spend too much money here!
Lewis Soldatek: Awesome bikes!
Ride PNW: I bought a "used new open box" part on ebay. I was confused by the wording. "New part, opened box" would be better. Arrived well packed and on time. I would have rated y'all on ebay but i checked out as a guest. Thank you very much!
Mohammed Hoque: This is by Far the BEST motorcycle dealership in the state. Brian’s customer service was absolutely phenomenal. He was attentive, answered all of my questions and did not hassle me for a buy! His knowledge and experience was one of the best in any industry! If I had the money, I would go buy the most expensive Indian from Him and him only! Will be going back for a couple more test drives and hopefully making a decision! Go check our Brian!
Henry Andrusz: Great dealership!! I got my first ride here a few weeks ago and the process was professional and easy. Zero hiccups. I just did my 500 mile “break in” service today and could not be happier. In and out exactly as promised and they installed my frame sliders for me as part of the service total. Very happy customer.
Jake Kelly: Best motorcycle shop in southeastern Michigan. Friendly service, TONS of parts, and a great selection of bikes
Larry Donald Jr: Brian Bell was my sales rep and he is very professional. He answered all my questions and gave me more. Great place to buy a Indian motorcycle.
Ernest West: great prices

Sigma Achilles: This place is straight up bitchin.Call them or go in here before you even bother other places.Only shop in 700+ miles I found who are willing to do custom parts on the spot. If I'm near they are the only people touching Mordred.
John F: Said the bike was fixed it wasn't also damaged my Harley while it was there! I went home and did better work knowing f#$@ all about bikes go elsewhere!!!
Joe Sheehan: Went in to get some chain lube for my KLR, near closing time. Kevin got me a can of spray on his way out the door and helped find a missing bolt for my luggage rack. I had to force him to accept 5 bucks for the lube. 10/10 will be coming here again for service needs.
Gordon: Go elsewhere. Not what it was when Dale ran the place.

Dick Scott Freedom Powersports: what do users think?
Jason Morris: Joe made the buying process quick and easy. When I arrived at the dealership, paperwork was ready to be signed. I was in and out in less than an hour. With my busy schedule this made it perfect for me. No hidden charges, no markups, no muss no fuss. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new ride.
Habib Ruffin: "Cool guy with a great sense of humor. Has knowledge of the bike and very responsive. "
Jim Nicholson: Salesman Joe was rude and offensive to myself and my teenage son. I do not recommend this business unless that is something you like.
Ken Smith: ALWAYS VERY HELPFUL WHEN INQUIRING ABOUT PARTS AND ACCESSORIES.
Gordon Smith: Always a pleasure working with Malcolm , always willing to look up anything you have questions about, Very knowledgeable . All the other guys working there are always willing to help you out as a customer
Randy Turner: Very clean and updated dealership, large selection of new bikes!
O: Slow and overpriced service department.
indiancc: The only dealership that I go to. Great sales team, great environment. Love the new building! Purchased 2 motorcycles to help support. Also they have been wonderful on maintenance/repairs. Explains in detail cost and gives options. From top to bottom, 1st class indian dealership!"
john kaminski: Recently bought a new 2022 Rocket. Great bike, but being manufactured in the UK can present part supply issues. Jeff made sure I got the part I needed to get me back on the road.
ERIK WALKER: Stopped in just to look around. They have some nice bikes there. I'm not a rider but like motorcycles 👍🏾check them out .
Douglas Woods: Livonia has a new Indian and Triumph motorcycle dealer. Nice open space with plenty of bikes to look over. I must say, those Triumphs are very nice. I hope you guys make it 🙏, good luck 👍
Justin lyons: If you could give higher than a 5-star, or attach tips to reviews, I would. Joe truly went above and beyond. I went in looking for my first bike. Little to 0 knowledge of bikes at all, Joe taught me about every bike I was interested it. He truly listened to what I wanted, and gave me all the guidance I needed. I bought my FTR the very next day. When I went to pick up after hours, the battery was dead. At 8pm I called to let him know about it. He dropped everything on a Saturday night, without asking, and was there in 20 minutes to get me a jump. He stayed behind and spend over an hour teaching me how to ride this bike, so I would get it home safely. Absolutely stunning service. You really can't find that anymore
Dustin Miller: Very cool place. Had a good selection of motorcycles and Eric was very cool to speak with! 5 stars.
Rosalyn Williams: Beautiful cars, staff very helpful.
Lynn Ocenasek: Everything went great!! Love the motorcycle, so beautiful.
Jason Tomlinson: Very helpful, good people, helped us get what we were looking for"
Paul Chandler: How do these people stay in business? Never met such a non customer friendly place. They just got Triumph franchise, doubt it will last long.Sent an email, no response....
LaJuan Davis: Joe was a pleasure to talk with will return to buy my first cruiser soon 👍
Ben Singh: Everyone there is very welcoming. We got 2 motorcycles from them and would go back when we are ready for an upgrade.
Ashley Hall: had service work done there and was a complete disaster. The so called mechanic had my bike so jacked up and put together wrong and still never fixed the issue charged me all kind of money for guess work. So my point here is I WOULD NOT TAKE A THING HERE FOR MECHAINIC WORK
L F: Great products and costumer service

MotorCity Power Sports: what do users think?
Joseph Maino: Top tier experience from beginning to end.
Brian Gatewood: Bobby the service manager was great along with all the staff in service and parts!
M OG: Excellent customer service
Paul Kish: These guys are a joke with parts. Multiple times I have had problems. I called to see if they had some ATV tires in stock this time and I was told to hold while they checked and actually " put hands on it to verify they were there" and I was on hold atleast 5 min and they came back with yes I put hands on them they are here. Well when I arrived their 15 miles one way trip I went to the counter, asked about the tires, said I called last night just before close to verify stock and said I would be in in the morning and they said cool. But when they checked no such tires in stock, order only, and the price was not 75 each anymore it was now 105.00. 2 words or one finger for this place!
James Vander Klipp: Overall great experience. I came for the parts department but stopped in the waverunner department was greeted promptly asked if I needed help and when I said no just looking they left me alone but still made themselves available for questions. I had called the parts department earlier and told they may not have the part but bring in the old part and we'll see if we can match it up. They didn't have the part but probably offered to order it for me, it would take about a week which is too long for me but they were very nice about it and patient. Next year I will be in the market for two WaveRunners and a trailer and you can bet I will come to this dealership.
Jimmy Cooper: Got my polaris rzr back from motor city and took it up north for the weekend, after 1 day of riding 2 of my lug nuts fell off on the trail and I was about to lose the third one. If I wasn't paying attention I might have been seriously injured or worse. I was pretty happy with the service until this happened. Pretty serious mistake and so far I haven't had any response from them on the email I sent. Definitely more worried now as I feel they forgot to tighten down all 4 rear drivers tire lugs after they fixed my transmission, what else have they overlooked.
Philip Warden: I bought a roof for my Can Am Commander and when it was brought out the box was large and heavy. I mentioned I had just had back surgery and the parts guy immediately carried the box out to my truck and loaded it.I did not ask him to do that, he just did. I can't thank him enough. All the guys in parts and the dealership were just fantastic. Thank you!
moodya: Not much inventory.
Michigan Wildlife: I bought a sweet side by side here. Everybody here works well and they also take my side-by-side in for service every year. They come and pick it up and then return it.
Matthew Brennan: Great staff to work with. Everyone from sales to service was very helpful. During a time when inventory is low with the proper planning in advance, the MotorCity team worked hard to make it happen.
DavidJ Rojas: Bought a tire for my H-D, made an appointment to have it put on get their that day to be told (O we don't work on H-D) when they new that the tire and appointment was for installing it on a H-D. Total disappointment.
Terry Brennan: Knowledgeable staff, especially John Burt.
MissChris Jackson: I love my Ryker.. Thank you for the great service and Whit is the best
Nicholas Orr: After getting the run around from multiple shops, I called here and spoke with Bobby, who took the time to listen and answer my question even though I did not buy anything from them. All the other shops didn't even give me the time of day since I did not buy something from them. Thank again to Bobby in service!
Al Sidebottom: I took my 3 wheel class with them. They made sure the instructor was supported and all our needs were met. Then I worked with Mike in sales to get a CanAm Spyder, but due to COVID delays, chip shortages and all the other crazy stuff going on in the world I wasn't able to get one. But they worked with me through all the craziness and and still made sure I was satisfied / taken care of. MotorCity Power Sports has earned my trust. I highly recommend MotorCity Power Sports!
michael Gravlin: Took a friend for the first time, he was like a kid in a candy store with all the selection on the floor.
Larry Brown: Amazing and honest group of people! Very personable and accommodating. Will take care of you and make sure you have everything you need.
Ahmad Hesley: This is a terrible place I don’t recommend this place if your looking for parts or any service that don’t call you back you have to call yourself and get an update they rip you off they do not do a full safety inspection all they do is get you out your money by trying to sale you a bunch of parts you don’t need I recommend you to do the work yourself if can before you take it to this rip off place
Monica Buzas: Walked in several staff standing around chatting amongst themselves walked the whole store no one spoke then when I approached the 2 differet sales people and when I asked about two different bikes they had on the showroom floor they were unable to give me any educated information when it came to these two bikes is it because I'm a woman? Their loss I had cash in hand ✋️
Will Phillips: Little pricey when it comes to parts same products eBay half the price willing to sell you the part but not willing to work on older quads
Lou Ayende: Mike Kenworthy was my sales guy and I have to say that he made it a very pleasant first time buyers experience. I bought a 2022 can am Ryker and very happy so i will definitely recommend MCPS to everyone. I'll be back for more toys

julian peralta: Found my new go to shop for all my future toys and service… max helped me find the perfect ski even hooked it up with a tshirt and a towel definitely will be back.
Dustin Moore: $600 for 2 tires and installation on a motorcycle…pretty ridiculous this place has never made me happy, oh thats with the wheels off of the motorcycle too LOL (after doing more research i found the set of tires for $130 less so dont know where your retail prices are coming you should be trying to make the riding community alot happier with fair prices and i kept my tires but im sure you guy’s probably charged me anyway LOL) $70 to change a tire but you don’t mention its an hour labor either hm ok then
NO Playlist: Outrageous dealer fees on top of list prices. That's why you all have 2021 models that don't move.
Henry Tischbein: Took my superjet in because the factory sprayed the paint or gelcoat ( whatever Yamaha uses) too thin in the front got the Yamaha to cover that and they fixed a scratch on the bottom along with that no questions asked and also offered to adjust the bunks on my trailer to fit the super jet better
