Jalma Santanna: They set the lug nuts so tight that two places couldn't remove the rear passenger tire. I had to buy a new rim and pay to replace. I spent over $300 with it.November 2020 I took my van to swap my tires to my snow tires, which they did and I paid for it.The next day I went back because the van was shaking and they remove the front tires and rebalanced them. It did not work 100 %, but I thought it was the van.

Then when I called them and asked...they fed me some garbage about management changed and they couldn’t do anything about it because they wrote it up wrong! But In the same breath said they’ve been getting a lot of customers that were scammed and it’s out fault! 👎🏾

Jeremy Wilson: Had my car for 8 months and never fixed the issue. Ended up destroying my engine while it was there and didn't put everything together correctly. Engine bay is all scuffed and beat up, scratches all over the paint as well. Before and after pictures attached.
Rain Miracle: Spent $1,800 on new tires and rims for our vehicle. Had the new tires and wheels aligned by them. Not even 6 months down the line one of the tires is completely worn down. I had 3 mechanics look at all of our suspension for an issue that would cause the tire to wear down so badly. Each mechanic said our alignment was very far off and nothing was wrong with the suspension. We came back to this shop and explained the alignment was not done properly causing super premature wear out of the tire. The guy from here agreed that the alignment was not done properly. He couldn't offer to fix the alignment because their machine was down again. He offered to wholesale discount new tires for our car. I don't want to have to buy a whole new set of tires. I paid for new tires and rims. I made sure to pay for an alignment when we got the tires from this shop. I have always kept our vehicle in good repair. I am very disappointed with this shop and would not recommend them.

Kristen Gielecki: They told me $1000.00 minimum to repair. A friend fixed it in 10 minutes for $50.00. Worse, he found the part they said was hopelessly broken was visibly un-plugged. Scam City. Avoid, avoid, avoid. I'm just sorry that I didn't realize sooner; there's no telling how much they overcharged me for my brake job.
the freak: The guy's here are super honest! I thought I needed a new set of tires. They checked them out and told me my tires were good except one. They gave me an option of a new or used tire. I now have faith in my fellow man again! They could have sold me a new set of tires and I wouldn't known my current tires were fine. I highly recommend them over the big box stores. Check them out if you want to deal with a business with integrity! All the guy's there are wonderful. I will definitely return to them for tires in the future !
Diane Johnson: All the people in there try to run game on you if you don't know what you're shopping for or what services you need they claim to be giving you a deal but they really are not you can go to Mansfield Auto Parts and buy parts for $15 a piece and they charge you $50 a piece

Tay Mitchell: This is the only place I’ve let work on my vehicle and I’ve never left disappointed. Frank is very nice and makes you feel like family, getting you back on the road safe. I definitely recommend American Tire for all your auto repairs needs.

Shannon OBrien: The only thing wrong with this park is that the parents stay in their cars all the time and the kids do leave candy wrapper and drink bottles sometimes. The bathrooms open when the weather is warmer and they lock them around 7-9pm not sure. Yes dogs have to be on a leash too. But it isn’t enforced and there are empty baseball fields to let them run loose and fence them in so thats cool too. Someone set off fireworks in the bathroom and now they are locked all the time so thanks a bunch for that
