First off I'm missing 1 lug now and second they stripped another so bad I now have to have it re-thread the lug nut stud so I can get the one on properly. Never again will I go here and the only reason I went in the first place is they were one of the only places open. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone! And it's actually 2 studs that we're stripped and had to be re-thread.

Golden Tire not only had a used tire that was in good shape, they had it changed out in less than 30 minutes. Great service!

markoos bay: Customer service was great and they took my car in right away. I paid $120 for 2 used tires. My problem is the tires shake alot, not balanced correctly , not even wear and they lost air the first night i went home. For that price i wouldve thought i would be getting great condition used tires. I ended up getting them taken off and put back on with proper sealant , and rebalanced at a local tire shop. I stay far from this place otherwise i would have come back to talk to them about it.

Kelah Vann: Worse Experience ever I just dealt with them yesterday and I would have rather carried my tire on my back in the rain to the nearest tire shop. I requested service at 5pm YESTERDAY and was told it would be a 2-3 hour wait he didn't show up until 10 just to say he brought a bad tire. Today at 11 am I was finally able to get my tire successfully changed after our new original appointment was at 9:30 am. Very bad communication amongst the 2 gentlemen and I do not recommend

Jin Simmz: I'll say this couple of months ago I came in and I had a tire that needed to be taken off and it took a while to get off and they worked really hard to do it and thank you so much for that good job twins now two months later I end up having some problems with my van I drop it off they went beyond good job great job that's all I can say amazing when they said they were going to call they gave me a call when they wanted me to call they said hey give me a call and then I did great great they took care of me they did extra stuff they even the picture that I showed that shows that my bumper was kind of just hang in there they put a screw in it so it stops slapping that's amazing to me my van was kind of running all not very fun I feel like I can actually go to Toledo zoo within safety and not feel like I'm going to die I recommend these guys whoever's working there right now is awesome like good job thanks twins I will be back for sure anything ever needs to be done thanks for taking care of me right that's hard to find

Jewels Ladies of Prayer: My daughter badly needed tires for her Nitro and I called this place, they quoted $60 for one tire and I went up there to check them out. They took great care of me and also repaired my daughters rims and cleaned all of her rims. It was fast and great service. Ask for Vic.10-24-2022 update: My daughter turned the corner around the block from our home, returning from Meijer and the tire came off the axel. We didn't know how that could have happened. She wasn't hurt, thank God! The neighbors came out to offer assistance and share what they witnessed. This was Saturday night and we had it towed to in front of our home, and then towed again on Monday morning to the tire shop. Before I towed it, I called first and spoke with Jimmy who was super nice and said to bring it up and he would take care of us. AND BOY DID THEY! I am THANKFUL for the level of customer service they showed me and my daughter. They showed me that the other tire has loose lug nuts also. Someone had clearly tampered with her tires. It appeared as if they were trying to steal them, and were interrupted. They went above and beyond today and I cried. These guys do care about their customers. I don't know others experiences, but I highly recommend them to anyone needed tire services. I will continue to be a customer as long as they are in business.
