Jin Simmz: I'll say this couple of months ago I came in and I had a tire that needed to be taken off and it took a while to get off and they worked really hard to do it and thank you so much for that good job twins now two months later I end up having some problems with my van I drop it off they went beyond good job great job that's all I can say amazing when they said they were going to call they gave me a call when they wanted me to call they said hey give me a call and then I did great great they took care of me they did extra stuff they even the picture that I showed that shows that my bumper was kind of just hang in there they put a screw in it so it stops slapping that's amazing to me my van was kind of running all not very fun I feel like I can actually go to Toledo zoo within safety and not feel like I'm going to die I recommend these guys whoever's working there right now is awesome like good job thanks twins I will be back for sure anything ever needs to be done thanks for taking care of me right that's hard to find

I brought one of my cars in today that I had purchased new tires and tire pressure sensors and need to get the new tires mounted, balanced & programmed. They got me right in. I was there no more than about an hour and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend.

Falcon Falcons: It's a trucking company not a tire shop
Jesse Long: 2.5 hrs to change 4 in stock tires. They get 2 stars because they had the tires. Other than that, they let a guy struggle to figure out how to do the job, instead of going and giving a hand. They charged full labor price even after the extreme delay and the gentleman obviously learning on the fly or taking a smoke break after every lug nut he took off and put on. Ill do my best to not come back, but if I HAD to, it'll work.

Jasmin Mujic: I have been getting tires from this place for a while now, got 3 sets of drives within the last year.Also my father, a couple of friends got tires and alignments there. Called them yesterday and told them i needed an alignment done and possibly 2 steer tires.They told me prices for 3 different brands. Three axle alignment will be $265 and told me to come in at 2 pm today. I have always ran michelins on ny steers which they do not sell and i got them installed at a different tire shop.When i showed up for my my appointment they got so mad and told me now the new price for 3 axle alignment is $365. I simply turned around and started to leave and the owner told me "don't you ever come back". I think there was no reason for him to say that and to raise the price just because.I don't reccomend them.

Marcellus Minion: I’m going to be strictly 100% honest with you. One of the best experiences I’ve had at a tire shop. This shop is now under new management with a great young owner named Ahmad! I called on the phone because I was looking for a tire shop that would install three new tires that I purchased around Christmas Eve. I talked to three different tire shops. One wanted to charge me $150, another one wanted to charge me $80 but keep my truck for several hours and the last Said they would not repair tires at this time.Called Ahmad earlier today he told me to come right in I will be the first one to be seen. He was correct! They were fast and efficient with getting my tires installed. The customer service was top-notch was very informative and inquisitive to my needs. Best thing was he only charged me $45 to install three brand new tires to my truck. Amazing! Drove home no problems. no wobblOmg, no Problems. Just excellent service. I will be back and I will be referred others here tire shop. Thank you for reading

Paul Perry: Always a very long wait. Good work but be prepared to sit for hours for the smallest amount of work. I waited 2 hrs. For them to plug a nail in tire with only 1 car ahead of me. Staff is not very talkative they don’t even speak when you walk in, took them about 4 minutes to acknowledge me when I walked in, But the mechanics do good work.

Jason Jones: Very honest, took for 2nd opinion on a $2600 Bell Tire need and only require tire balancing, everything Bell said was wrong was not true, would recommend for honesty and doing only what is required
Mongo Knight: Not what it used to be. Was my high-school vocational education job. That was 1992. Seamed like they did not want the work, it was just an 4 wheel alignment. Shouldn't have been that bad. Told me it was going to take all day, they hope they could fit me in. Was actually my wife who made the first call. We made an appointment for Saturday drop the car off counterman very standoffish. I really didn't understand but it is what it is. When I pick the car up 3 hours later everything was good but same counter person just the pie hole man. Back in the day when Ed was there that s*** wouldn't fly. Where is your professionalism gone? Is that how you represent Good Year? Be blessed

Angela Jones: It’s 5:15 on a Saturday trying to find a place to get a tire put on so I can make it back to Indiana. Even though their hours were til 6:00 I was told they like to get out early so they were closing at 5:30. It was 5:15 and he turned me away. Not cool in my books.
Chief Keef: I came here for the first time to fix a slow leak in one tire. I dropped it off around 11am and didn't get a call back until 4pm stating they couldn't find the wheel lock key. I told them over the phone to check in the glove box as I knew it was in there 1000%. They repeated to have looked everywhere. I went up to the shop, got my keys and looked in the glove box and found the lock within 2 seconds. I went back inside to show them and ask them if that was what they were searching for. One of the reps looked over to the guy who supposedly looked "everywhere" in my car and the guy says "where did you find that?" My car is clean as a whistle and the thing was in plain view. Wasted my time here and will not be coming back. I'd leave 0 stars if it was possible as they are the laziest tire shop I've ever been to.

Justin Zaia: I absolutely loved this place, they treated me with the most respect and did an amazing job changing my tires and performing a wheel balance and making sure I was safe and ready to go. They also checked my oil and made sure it wasn’t low just in case. The price was very reasonable and they did an amazing job. Nigel b: Worst experience of my life, they ruined 2 of my tires. I brought in a rim with a new tire on it that had a puncture but was still salvageable. I had them put my other New tire on the rim and give me back the punctured one as I was going to keep for a spare. But they completely ruined the punctured one taking it off the rim damaging the inner lip part and now I see my other brand new tire they installed on my rim has a crack on the sidewall. What kind of an auto shop is this, how they are even still open is beyond me. I watched them for some of it and it was a total joke like they had absolutely no idea what they were doing. He even had to take my tire and rim to Another Auto Shop to finish it because they couldn't get the tire on the rim...like seriously. I am just so upset with this experience and am out $120 in tires plus the $20 they charged me to change the tire so I essentially paid them $20 to ruin $120 worth of tires. Please do not ever go to this place there are so many better places to go, trust me.

Mickayla Brown: Everyone in this shop was amazing! Was told by the dealership I had all types of problems with my car and that was found to not be true at all. The mechanic put my car up and showed me the actual problem and gave me an honest estimate within minutes. Made an appointment and the parts were there ready for them to put on my car the day of my appointment. Was told a few hours and was done way before that. These guys really changed all my previous horrible interactions with auto shops. I’ll definitely be using them as my go to shop from here on out.
