Jazzmin Finney: They literally gave me all the same sandwiches and charge me different prices for each, didn’t want to replace my sandwiches unless I sent them photos from my phone. That wasn’t the issue, the real issue is I had to keep the sandwiches on hand until I came back that way to get my order replaced because I was not coming back the same day. Who wants to ride around in the car with garlic sandwiches? Then, she also stated there are signs all around the lobby that says Check your order before you leave because they’re not responsible. How the hell am I supposed to check 5 sandwiches from the inside? How am I going to explain to my family and friends I was digging in there sandwiches because Kabob House are robbers. They do this solely for money, they don’t care about their customers.

Crystal Jankiewicz: The food here was always good… when it’s right. Sadly, I wont be patronizing this restaurant any longer. The last three times I was here what I recieved was not what i’d ordered. Once they replaced my sandwich with a different one because they were out of something without checking with or informing me at all. I live in Detroit and coming back right away isn’t always an option. They are rude over the phone (I’ve been hung up on when I’d call to try to fix a mistake) and not at all helpful with refunds or fixing their own errors. My advice, if you order carry out, please make sure you check that everything is correct and there before you leave.

Mowa Ayob: It was our first time and was really disappointed. Only the Rice was good, we ordered two plates called Kobbedeh one has Beef and one has chicken , and the beef one it contain rice, kabob and beef steak that come with the kabob was supper supper salty even my husband get hurt because he have high blood pressure and this was supper supper salty we did not eat it and when we asked the waiter she said it is suppose to be like that…. Seriously??? I been in many many restaurants and never seen food supposed to be salty . We were very disappointed we spend 35$ on the one plate. Their chicken kabob test ok but no spices and no taste really. The bread was cold and dry like old.

Patrick Mikha: This place was amazing. As an arab myself it's safe to say the dolma (rolled grape leaves) tastes pretty close to home. I also had the falafel sandwich and that is also an A+. I'd highly recommend this place! The kid at the counter was also super cool and very inviting and explained how the entire menu at the restaurant worked, I will definitely be back the food was amazing.

Amy Millan: My absolute favorite place to get chicken shawarma. I like getting the platter because it is big enough to share. I've been going here for years with my family especially whenever I would have to pick my husband up from the airport I would use that as an excuse to go since we are so much closer from the airport than we are from home. Adam Ajam: So we visited Hamido again today as we do as many Saturdays as we can. We drive 45 minutes to get food from Hamido. The staff is amazing, super friendly, so attentive, and a pleasure to deal with. The restaurant is so clean and the atmosphere is very welcoming. The food is out of this world. It's so well made, and delicious, we wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Thank you Hamido folks, we appreciate you.

David Graff: I was pretty pleased with the meal I had here. The food tasted good and was excellent a generous portion. Food was also priced reasonably. The service was good as well although it was a little slow at times. I also would have preferred if the food had a little more seasoning. That said, it was still good and I would definitely eat here again.

Janice Jones: Well, let me be the first to say if you are a state institution with tax exempt status (i.e., tax I'd number was present, etc) this place will not honor your P Card. They told us, "If you pay cash we can do something." The waitstaff was apologetic, the owner blew us (16 people) off. We were disappointed after spending almost $300 dollars. This is unfortunate because we thought this would be a great cultural experience for our staff. We won't return to this vendor.
Armin Shakry: The new restaurant is called Marrouch. Just came back after a year and a half. New owner and great full. Waitress was awesome. Food was top notch. The boneless chicken and shawarma was excellent. Will be back.

We had to beg her to give us bread, and the utensils. The food was raw, no taste and, cold. Gave us warm water, it was water bottles. I dont recommande this place, food was nasty and unclean. They also charged us extra for water even though pitcher of water is free. They charged us 5.99 for a pitcher of water. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend this place if your thinking for a place to eat at.

Abdul: First time back here in 14 years since I left Dearborn. I remembered this place as one of the best. Boy has it gone down hill. Very disappointing experience. Cold food. Poor service. Xavier B: I've been coming here for years with my family and it's some of the best food every single time. We like to order the Al Ameer family platter or sometimes we will order individual meals. I would recommend the stuffed lamb. And the baby roasted potatoes. But everything on the menu is amazing.
