Paula D: I have a Brother multifunction printer in my Home Office. I was trying to scan both my grad school certificate of completion and my transcripts using the multi document tray. The certificate got jammed and I could not release it. Out of desperation I thought of who I could call to help me with this problem and I thought of Rapid Refill. I called over there and they invited me to come visit with the printer and it was resolved within minutes. They went above and beyond to help me with this and I truly appreciate their customer service! Thank you!

Jerrold Bartholomew: I purchased toner for my HP 402n printer from Rapid Response at the end of July. It was/is (it is still going strong in mid-October) a high capacity cartridge. I am thoroughly satisfied with my purchase for both quality and price. Moreover, I found everyone I dealt with at Rapid Response to be professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. Based on my experience with them, I find their explanations of the few low ratings here completely credible. I will definitely be back.

Zachary Ward: Rapid Response saves me money on ink cartridges and, when I have any issues with my printer (and let's be honest, most printers are often frustrating to deal with for small business), their customer service is outstanding. I have found that I cannot get the information nor service attention I need when I go to big box supply store, or try to troubleshoot my issues on online forums. Working with Rapid Response feels like I'm a big business with a professional service contract, and not just some guy with printer issues. Feels good.
Des Palacio: If I could of picked no stars I would have! I called ahead of time to get my ink toner and they said yes they have what I’m looking for. My choice was to go Office Max but my husband convinced me to go to this place because he has used them previously and he loves to support local businesses. After making my purchase I got home and put the two items I purchased into my printer and one of their products would not recognized because there was no ink in it. So I called and told them my situation and Bruce kept saying that maybe it was my printer and that maybe I needed to fix something on my end, sorry but what happened to providing customer service. Needless to say Peter had to come to my house and redeliver the product and stated that 1 out of 10 of his products sometimes does not work properly. I never got an apology from Bruce or Peter for selling me a product that did not work and retracting their statement of saying that maybe it was my printer when in fact it was their product that did not work! Don’t expect customer service from this place cause they will make it seem that you are the problem and that their products work. When an employee (Peter) states that 1 out of 10 of their products don’t work, I believe that calls for an apology! But I guess I’m just another person that walked in and was just another sell to them not an actual customer. Hmmm... being a local business wouldn’t you appreciate your community supporting your business but I guess not in this case.

There's Never a way to speak to the manager either. I'm switching to another Walgreens because this is beyond annoying for simply trying to get my medicine. I have proof of my medicine being approved and still getting the run around.

(You can look right in and see where the customers sit.) and I’m still waiting. And this isn’t the first time! This is the third time. I always try to give a business or place a few times before I write something good or bad about them. Unless the customer service is outstanding or down right awful like this Walgreens. Two women are in there on their phones laughing in front of the window while I’ve sat here for 25 minutes. Then they noticed me and walked away. The only reason I’m still waiting is to get their name tags. I gave up after being here an hour I’m the drive thru and no one talking to me.

Alyson Little: This is my local Walgreens I go to for my prescriptions. I would say 90%ish or so of the pharm techs are extremely kind and helpful, as well as the pharmacist. Sometimes this pharmacy doesn't get extremely busy and you have to wait a long time and sometimes they do run out of some brand name medication which is unfortunate if your doctor prescribes you a brand name medication and they don't have a generic which is unfortunate because you have to wait who knows how long to be able to get the medicine you need. With the waiting room sometimes you only have to wait for like a minute but sometimes it can be up to like a half hour but it just depends I guess on how busy it is. I've been seeing Rosalie lately but I've seen probably most of the doctors there and I enjoy seeing all of them and I don't mind rotating the doctors that I see cuz I'd like to know them all and get different opinions from all of them cuz they all seem very knowledgeable I definitely recommend this clinic for sure. They also have a pharmacy in there waiting room which is really really cool I don't recall seeing that very often in doctor's offices

Anita McCambridge: 2/25/22 Pulled up at 10 minutes to 10 (when the hours say they close on the door). Was told by an employee sitting in their car outside that “we are closed”. So we are making up our own hours when the manager isn’t around? Mind you, I didn’t have time to get to another Walgreens before 10 when they are supposed to close. God forbid you actually work the full shift and close the store when it’s scheduled to be. Can’t give 0 stars, so to the people that work at this location, enjoy your gratuitous 1 star which is not deserved.

Lin: Cashiers are always super nice and helpful in the regular store but the pharmacy is horrible. I have had, I think, one to two good interactions with the pharmacists here though I have picked up scripts at least ten times now. They seem to have an attitude most of the time and I really don't know why along with I am not notified when my prescriptions are ready. The lines for pickup are always horrible as well, taking 20 mins or longer for a 3 car line. Took my scripts to Meijer from here forward.

Ericka Gouin: This is the absolute worst pharmacy in the world. They constantly tell my husband on the phone that his script is in stock, just to show up and they do not have it after promising it to him. Last month we went through the drive thru and after taking his name, date of birth, and payment, the tech handed him a script for someone else. It was not even his and was a controlled substance. This is beyond illegal and the pharmacist Mohammed just brushed it off like it was not a big deal, just a mistake. We will be reporting this and he should lose his license. They are incredibly incompetent, slow, and have no clue what they are doing! Stay far away!

The second time I was on hold for 32 minutes - constantly being put in hold. I called back and asked for a manager. I was told ‘I don’t know where one is’. After being placed on hold again, I called backed again. I waited some more. Then I finally just hung up. Since they care so little for my business, I guess I’ll go elsewhere. While I know my leaving won’t get their attention, I certainly hope no one has to go through what I went through. This place is lucky to get one star. This pharmacy is grossly understaffed.

Debbie Thanks for video-very informative: We needed an antiviral med (for Covid) for our 89 yr old father so script was called in here because they are one of the few places nearby that carries it! I tried for OVER 2 hours to call there & no one ever picked up the phone in the pharmacy! Finally I drove up there only to find that they didn’t carry the lower dose which was the one ordered! Nobody had the decency to call anyone about this, let alone pick up a ringing phone! The next morning the nurse practitioner tried to call there after we told her what had happened & surprise - no one answered the phone! My brother told her not to waste any more of her time so she called new script into a place by his house in Imlay City! My brother then drove the med down to Warren & delivered it to our dad (who lives just a half of a block from the Walgreens on 13 mile rd in Warren)! Talk about a waste of someone’s time! I would NEVER recommend this pharmacy to anyone after this terrible experience!! They showed absolutely NO concern at all for their customers!!

HA HA: It’s as if someone hand selected pharmacists with the least amount of competence and put them all at this location. You could bring in a prescription for a multivitamin and they will spend 4 hours dissecting your entire medical history from birth, speaking to your doctor for verbal confirmation only to then accuse you of being an addict and proceed to not dispense it anyway. Not a single, rational thought to be found here, folks.
Amber: If I could give this pharmacy a negative score I would. 1 star is way to good for them. The pharmacy staff is horrible. My father had shoulder rotator surgery today. The surgeon electronically sent his post op medications. When my mother went to pick up the medications the RPH mozeno (not sure how to spell his name) told her the medication “rejected” for a quantity DUR issue. Now I work for the insurance in the pharmacy department and review the pharmacy claims so when my mother told me this, I pulled up my fathers claims just to see the medication NEVER rejected, it in fact was covered and paid. When we went back up there the RPH proceeded to argue with me and tell me I dont not know what a DUR reject is as if I don’t work for the insurance company and build plan benefits. Long story short the medication never rejected there was never a DUR issue for that claim or medication, the RPh just did not feel comfortable filling the medication. He told us to have the doctor call him and after he speaks with the prescribing doctor he will fill the medication. An hour later the doctor called us to inform us he spoke with the RPH and he told the doctor he will not fill the medication. My father is fresh out of surgery in pain and not able to get his medication because this rph “feels uncomfy”. It’s not like my father fills pain meds often bc he does not. I have worked in pharmacy both retail and insurance for 13 years. I understand not filling a script if they feel the patient abuses the medication or something along those lines. But that is not the case here.I have used this pharmacy for over 15years and it’s extremely sad to see how horrible the customer and patient service has become. They do not care about the customers or patients.
Michael Haggerty: I would like to thank the cashier who was very pleasant on my visit on January 19th. I had left my id behind and she put it up for me. Also the manager who was on duty on the 21st of January who took time to look at the security footage to verify my id was still thwre. Im just sorry i didn't get there names. Great customer service!! Venkata Sagar Varma Godavarthi: No wonder its rated poorly. Walgreens charges you 15$ or more to take a photo and print out a couple of 2x2s. I took my own photo and laid out a few 2x2s on an 8x6 and set it to pick up at this location. After getting an email to pick up, I go there and they scratched my pickup package barcode with a note that says "Do not sell to the customer".Apparently they have a "rule" to not sell such photos, which is completely fine but my issues are1. There are no notifications on the website that mentions this rule. If they did when I uploaded, I would have totally understood.2. After printing it out, they could have just said "My order" was cancelled,because its agains the rule. However, I get an email to come pick it up, why?Never taking my business to Walgreens and definitely never to this store. The recent 2 positive reviews might be the employees or friends of the employees, there is no way this Walgreens provides a 5 star service.

mina patrous: Where can I start amazing pharmacy and great staff Riham and Joey went beyond for what me and my family needed they truly care about their patients and their well being. The pharmacist truly knows his medicine he described every possible side affect of my medicine and went beyond to make sure he had listed everything for me. Have been going there for years and This will forever be my pharmacy the staff is truly extraordinary.
Misha Benoit: This Walgreens pharmacy is a nightmare. Called in my refill, waited in line (because the inside was closed) for an hour only for them to close 2 cars ahead of me. So I went the next day and they didn’t even have it ready and couldn’t do a full refill. Stopped back in 5 days later and their credit card machines didn’t work!! Waiting in line now because once again the inside is closed. This is unacceptable and I’ll be taking my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

I work in customer service so I understand how to treat the public, but this pharmacy needs training in guest service. I was always a understanding customer and that changed when I kept getting treated like I was doing something wrong. My doctor was the one to tell me to change to the pharmacy in Royal Oak and that was the best thing I could of done. I know it can be a hassle to change pharmacy but I’m telling you this location doesn’t deserve business. I wouldn’t even give this pharmacy one star. Read the reviews Walgreens and treat your customers with respect.

Maria Puffpaff: First off, my husband and I drove an hour from our home, and waiting in Warren for hours waiting for these medications. The Indian fellow, Smit (the "manager") first stated he could give my husband his necessary medications for his well being, including his INHALER, Smit then claimed he couldn't give him his medications because his home address is too far from that location. We did NOT pick this location, his doctor did. This is unacceptable. Out of state visitors even have the right to get their medications. The fact that I have to give 1 star is over gerorous. Trigger happy SMIT, threatened to call the police on our way out the door, for taking his identification back. Don't go to this location for essential medications unless you want the cops called on you by this little man's inappropriate, unacceptable actions.

But I was just wondering who remembers: Cunningham's or Davis Cut Rate Drugs which was at Davison at Woodrow Wilson in Detroit near The John C. Lodge expressway? As a child, I went there. Now there's some memories for you, huh?!!?
Paige L: Nightmare of a pharmacy. Took 20 mins to enter my info for my COVID booster because the employee had no clue how to look up my insurance info. Pharmacy was full of staff but no one would help customers while the one person was entering my info. Employees behind the counter were SCREAMING at the top of their lungs while loudly joking around which was honestly an embarrassing look for the pharmacy. Pretty trashy place.
Ondean Clayton: The rudest pharmacy staff ever. Ghetto and unprofessional. The lead daytime pharmacist isn’t much better🙄. They will literally see you standing there and say nothing, I mean literally they will stare dead at you and look you in your eyes AND SAY NOTHING, attend to newly arriving customers before attending to the customers already waiting in line for scripts. I hate it’s to the closest most convenient pharmacy by my home. I wish I could give it 0 stars!! The store area floor staff are wonderful I’ve never had a bad experience while shopping there. Cashiers are always friendly, well except for one, and that’s ok because the majority of staff (minus the pharmacy) are pleasant and kind. No matter what you look like, dress like or what you believe. The only reason they get 1 star, is for the front cashiers, and floor people.

Mrs. Dirrell: After many months of harassment I’ve decided to contact a lawyer about the unethical practices that have been happening over the last four months. After collecting evidence and now having the witnesses , it is clear that the pharmacist that work in this office will try anything to prevent African Americans from getting their much needed medication. If the Dr. , and insurance company are reprimanding your practices at the same time then it’s clear that it’s a problem. This will not be tolerated.

After going through this I decide to use the auto refill system. But the problem with that is that I get hit with a text message every month saying that there was an insurance issue and that I have to call the pharmacy that dosen't answer. Go in to the pharmacy to see what's the issue the pharmacist says there's no issue and hit me with my favorite line "can you wait 30 minutes?"

Carole Hessell: I wish I could give 0 stars! This is the most disgusting store I’ve ever seen! The entrance doors are so filthy bar you can’t see through them. The floors look like they haven’t been cleaned or swept in months. I realize help is sparse but this was totally unacceptable. We walked in and immediately walked out!

Pretty quick to fill and the pharmacists and staff are very knowledgeable when I have questions. I would say the only issue I had was with one prescription; it needed a pre-authorization but they never sent word back to my doctor so my doctor didn't know. That is being straightened out now but that notifying the doctor there is a problem with the prescription should be an automatic; I would have given 5 stars if not for that.As far as the rest of the store goes, staff seem OK. I mean, it's a typical CVS otherwise.

Haunted Forever: Some short, young, shoulder length blonde haired woman who works at this CVS snuck up on me and my husband, and said to us "You're not allowed to shop here and use your own bag!" We were shocked and didn't know how to respond because this a-hle snuck up on us and she insisted she go get us a cart and we felt like she was accusing us of shop lifting!? Something we've never done. By the time she brought that cart by us I was so mad because of how awful she treated us. Whenever dealing with a Narcissist it's a normal reaction for you to respond in anger towards the Narcissist and tell her "Here!! You can have it all!!"...as I threw the *Excessively overpriced CVS products* ......into that cart, but I missed.. (she was determined to prove we were shoplifters. As I said we never did what she's accusing us of)... and told her some unpleasant words which wasn't the B word, or C word. It doesn't matter what I said. It's how she treated us that matters...We were potential paying customers who help her to earn a paycheck ..but none of that mattered to her, and neither did having respect towards us/her customers. We didn't deserve to be treated like that! Since then we always avoid this CVS on Hoover. You should too. The way they run their pharmacy is just awful too. It takes an hour for Rx's to be filled?! This is for any customer who provides a means to a paycheck for them, your time is insignificant.

Karen Davis: I have been using this CVS for many, many years. Occasionally, I try the nearly Rite Aid or Walgreens, but the CVS staff are MUCH more friendly & helpful--both clerks and pharmacy. Once in a great while they are out of something I am looking for, but only rarely. I do wish they did Western Union & sold wine, but realize why they do not. It is clean & neat & I have never had a problem there, never an incorrect prescription, never a wrong price charged. I am glad they are here!

Maronda Anderson: Save yourself the hassle. This pharmacy has the worst customer service I've ever encountered. When my doctor sent them my prescription they didn't enter the info in the system. I called them to see if it was filled after being hung up on twice someone told me that they couldn't fill it b/c their refrigerator had went out, and that I can call another CVS and have them pull my prescription and get it filled that way. So I'm like bam bet, I call around to two other CVS's neither of them could find my prescription. After calling this location back 3 times I finally get through to someone who has the nastiest attitude and she says that the other locations can easily pull my script they just didn't want to. So after this y'all I'm exhausted (it had been 3 hours) I decide to just deal with it in the morning. So the next day I call the original CVS I us to use by my old house on 11 mile/John R and same thing they don't see a prescription for me which means this location did not put it in the system or they have my information wrong. So here it is m being on hold for 15 mins now with this location and Im writing this review.

Me Myself: I've lost 3 jobs due to this location alone and yes I've spoken to the store manager and the pharmacy manager yet as a first responder I can't get my medication so I can provide care for my consumer's and still have to go to this length to get my point across. This location is in the medical district. Not to mention my PCP is located at 4201 st antoine has been my same doctor for at least 7years. Same perception method she's always used send me medication and refills directly to the pharmacist and guess whose facing eviction me and the pharmacist mgt dosen't care nor does the store manager. And C.V.S is one of the world's leading pharmaceutical companies.........not in my experience and I have been a loyal customer since I was 18. Lord willing I will be 39 next month and facing eviction, dte energy about to be cut off. My phone is off it only works on wifi. I'm just one person I'm sure amongst many customer's I'm sure are facing the delima. Still to this day no one nor the corporation has done anything about the initial problem however the service employees have gotten worse
Aaron Gerard: This is by far the worst pharmacy you could go to: for months out of convenience I committed myself to this pharmacy. The staff is subpar underprepared and the pharmacist are either rude or liars. It’s a mix of come back tomorrow or in an hour or the next day. Time gas and patients are too fickle in this day and age to constantly be given the short end of the stick. Not only have I switched to Walgreens I’m considering also pulling my Aetna health insurance which is in affiliation with CVS/ care mark. They know that they are busy and serve a very busy area yet instead of working to enrich the quality and quality of their staff they make the customer suffer the blunt of it all. Safe to say in Detroit CVS will never see me or my money. I would be lying if I said I wish them the best so I’ll say that I don’t wish them any harm or bad in their future endeavors. As for cvs as fortune 15 company I wish you all do better to ensure your clients are taken care of, I even attempted to call and complain and was given further run around. I wish this company would live up to its reputation. Minus one star for the lethargic staff, minus one star for the in proper text pick up messaging service, minus one star for being late from lunch/break and making me wait an hour, minus one star for simply being unprofessional.
