Christopher Deemer: Came in today 3/17/23 about 12:30 with hundreds to spend on a new handgun. There was supposed to be a sale starting today. But none of the advertised sale prices were on any of the items. It didn’t matter because nobody would help me. I was the only customer at the counter for some time before walking out. On my way out, manager-looking employees walked right past me without even making eye contact. I’ll happily spend a little more in exchange for some service… any service
jon: Sales staff acts like they don’t have time to help you, and have an attitude if you ask for help. I’ve been ignored while patiently waiting at an empty gun counter more than a few times. Spend your money elsewhere as they really don’t seem to care about customer service
