Dunham's Sports: what do users think?
metal693: Why do items show as "in stock" for today's date when they are not in stock? I asked the store if they could check the stock at other nearby stores. The dope at the counter said "not only can I not check the inventory at other stores, I cant even check the inventory at this store electronically"Why does the store have computers then? You wasted my time with your garbage system and false "in stock" nonsense.
Gabby Bryan: Customer service is excellent!
Ka Po: Great selection. Friendly staff.
Kristie M: I love this store!!
Jason Jones: Dunham's in Warren, MI is a great sporting goods store that offers everything you need to stay active and healthy. The store is well-stocked and offers great prices on everything from athletic shoes to workout gear. And with helpful staff who are always willing to offer advice and recommendations, it's easy to find exactly what you need. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality sports gear at a great price.
James Snow: Their fishing section has gone downhill, and is just so-so. Decent selection of other spots items. Nothing to write home about. Seems to always be fairly short staffed; don't think I've ever gotten through check out in less than 10 minutes
Eric Mcclure: Gun sales person unpleasant to deal with
Zac Sackko: Always the best sturdy, non slip work shoes at a price that feels like a mistake with how cheap they are. I buy one pair every three years or so and its always relieving to find a size 13 for $40 that don't look awful.
Judy Queener: There return policy sucks ..& the works are not nice ..
Lo Will: Very awesome place nice reasonable places I love and enjoy visiting this place
David Daniels: Customer service in the gun department an threw out the store is.great
Frank Dusett: Nice local sporting goods store. Clothing prices are on the high side.Find hunting, fishing, camping, hiking, sports gear, exercise equipment, and more.
Bill Weise: Good selection of gear but certain things are more expensive then I was expecting.
Shelby Simmons: I was here yesterday and there was a WONDERFUL cashier here that NEEDS to be recognized! Her name was Karen and she was the sweetest! The moment I walked in the door she greeted me with a kind hello and welcome, same with everyone after me. I looked around for a second and found one thing I was looking for and couldn't find the other so I asked her and she immediately knew where I needed to go and pointed me in the direction. At checkout she was again so nice and got me in and out pretty quickly. We need people like her in management positions to help train new employees in customer service! She embodies the customer service experience♡ Dunhams should instill a customer survey so their employees can get recognition directly to them!
Michigan MLG bedey: Worst store i have ever been to will never shop here again cashier was rude from the second I walked up to cash out called before I came to the store to ask if I could exchange a pair or pants that were a gift without a receipt was told I could get there and was told rudely I can't even do an even exchange with the pants and was cussed at so will never shop here again will take my hard earn money else where somewhere I am not told one thing on the phone drive all the way there and told a different thing and treated so rudely!! Can't believe employees talk to customers so rude and customers are treated so wrong and like I am a bother if u don't want to be a cashier and do the job then find a different job if all ur gonna do is be rude
Andre Graham: Nice sales items. was in stock
Dominique Mack: Great prices on ammo and outerwear
Brenda Parsons: The reason why I gave it only 1 star is this.. l'm not real big girl in women's I like to wear a 2X mainly because I like my shirt's big, so every time I go there to purchase a team shirt like Michigan or Lions or any our teams they NEVER Ever have my size in any of them!!! So I 'm done they can keep there med's and smalls!!!
shayboossie: Wow got racially profiled there by a customer
Harvey Budnick: Went to buy a gun , guy seamed very rude . Throwing stuff around behind the counter. SORRY TO BOTHER YOU !!
Steve Hazuka: I use my military discount there.

The Tennis & Golf Company: what do users think?
Mark Stesney: Used to shop here years ago when the store was on Southfield. Bought a few racquets back then. Today Tim is setting me up with a Wilson Clash. Been 35 + years since I played seriously . Looking forward to it. Tim, thanks for the expert help !
J. Siemiatowski: This is the place to come if you want to buy a tennis racket or get your racket strung. Staff is informative, helpful, and not pushy at all. The stringers are experienced and excellent. Can't say much about golf since I don't play.
BigSteph: Great fun
Paul Toepp: Lots going on when I stop by they had a big sale I thought the staff was a little bit pushed but they certainly have everything one might need for golf and or tennis I was just there to pick up a glove and a golf towel which I was able to accomplish.
f. ng: Stopped by for the tent sale. Discounts quoted are based on the MSRP, so it's a little disappointing. Lots of used tennis racquets, trade-ins and demos, many w/a lot of wear. Not sure if I'd take a chance on them. They closed the hitting lane so you can't try hitting with them. It may be worthwhile for small accessories like socks and gloves. Drop by if it's on your way, you may get lucky and find something you gotta have on sale. The staff is helpful as always.
Chris Harrison: Always get what I need and great knowledgeable helpful staff. I don’t go anywhere else for tennis equipment
Michael Mlinarcik: Claire was patient and very helpful with us. I can only speak to the Tennis side but what a great place to try out some racquets before you buy! Love the "hitting room" where you can actually get a feel for the racquet
Scott Somers: I had a great experience being fitted for clubs here.
Rocco Guerrieri: Great store with great staff! Claire and Richard were a great help today by setting our new racquets up very quickly and provided solid tips! Thanks guys👍🏽
Minah Chung: Great products and great service for high end professional tennis stuff!
Bob Lynady: Very knowledgeable staff. Walked my daughter through getting her first tennis racket for the High School team.
VICKI KATA: Got what we wanter
Ty Gilstad: Management is trash.
Ryan Cline: After disaster experiences from buying clubs from big chain golf stores.. I won't go anywhere else for my clubs or golfing needs besides tennis & golf co. Dealing with Tim is an absolute pleasure and he has clear top of the line knowledge, passion and experience for what he does and has the best interest of the customer. Highly recommend
Z: This place is The stop for racket sports equipment. Got started with Carlton badminton rackets here as a beginner, then went back for Yonex as I got better. Got a Tennis racket as wellThey have a great policy where you can rent a racket for a week to try it out for just $5, and later buy or give back the racket as you want.Awesome place, highlyyy recommend
Tom Pavelich: My son needed a new racquet for high school tryouts. I don't really know a lot about racquets, and got really nervous when I saw some of the prices, but the salesman didn't give us the high-pressure treatment, and guided us to a moderately priced Babolat. Worked out great! He made Varsity!
K Joseph: Helpful sales associates. Quick and easy visit
Doug Steele: Great golf store. Tim was great with getting everything my wife and I needed. Thank you Tim for your time and advice
Ame Sexton: They employees were very helpful and they had so many clothing options! Great place
Jeffrey Tandoc: The best tennis shop in the Metropolitan Detroit area. Been shopping here since I was 10 or 12 years old. The customer service is great and has always been. I go out of my way to spend my hard earned money in this store. It's important for me to support small businesses because I'm a small business owber myself.
Dan Rogers: Great service.

Eastside Tennis and Fitness Club: what do users think?
Adam Hayward: Affordable and fairly priced. New ownership is making many key updates and improvements to the facilities. Exciting time to be a member.
Tyler Betthauser: For $24/month this place is decent. I think the establishment could be managed better, however. Hours of operation change depending on the front desk person that day and not well communicated via the website or Google. Policies are haphazardly applied.
Callee Newhouse: Morgan the head pro at east side was kind enough to welcome me into the tennis community and fix my backhand after 10 years between matches 😊Entire staff is professional, kind, they go above and beyond to make the clinics fun and have always been inclusive of anyone looking to pick up the spirit and sport of tennis at any skill level!
Conor Garvey: I’ve been going to Eastside for a long time, and I love it here. Staff is great, the facilities are top notch and I love the new soccer field they put in. However, I can’t wrap my head around the mind-boggling decision to close the gym from 12-4 during the summer. I’m sure that this is a time where many other people are able to get in a workout due to work breaks or scheduling, but the gym being closed makes absolutely no sense. Having this time blocked out also cramps up the gym in the time that it IS open because it forces more people into a smaller time frame. At the end of the day, Eastside is a great place and I love it there but I just cannot understand this decision.
Ian Studders: Solid and small-ish local tennis club. Lacks a couple amenities that larger, traditional suburban athletic club might have (pool, sauna, etc). However, from a tennis standpoint Eastside is great. Good leagues, pros and USTA options. Good kids programming. Affordable and fairly priced. New ownership is making many key updates and improvements to the facilities. Exciting time to be a member.
Ted Shumaker: Great tennis courts and friendly staff. Jays drills are excellent as well!
Kristine Gumapac-Dlr: Facilities are updated, restrooms clean, instructors awesome! I take tennis lessons sometimes and I’m never disappointed with Morgan. He’s always pushing me to do better and to get out more!
Kenyetta Borden: Best place to work out...love the staff
Doggie Scoops: We love ETF
Steven Brown: I think Eastside is a decent club and I've played there for a while. However, the facilities could use some work especially with regards to air flow. The club is extremely humid inside and there is no air movement. Staff is friendly and polite.
Nikki Brink: Great golf simulator. Hidden gem.
Jay Shimko: Amazing Facility! A ton of work has been done on the inside in the past year. Very clean and are strict and follow all covid Guidlines. Being a brand new member I was opened by open arms by the new Management. The Pickleball courts are amazing. Did some drop in and the Drill were awesome. The pro shop is on the smaller side but they have everything, and if they do NOT have it, they will get it for you. This place is a Hidden Gem on the Eastside. The Gym is super clean and they use the IQ air to circulate and clean the air in there. I am super excited to try the golf simulator.
Morris Garraway: Indoor tennis courts/facilities that's open with a great weekly schedule that fits my schedule! East side of Detroit near Gross Pointe, Mack & Warren, get that first serve in!
Janet Peplin: Not fancy, but great equipment for working out.
Victoria Alexander: The trainers there are rude and not friendly to new people. It seems to be a club that doesn't really welcome new members. I was there a month and not ONE facility member spoke to me until a trainer was rude to me! They switch their hours around without telling anyone and when I called and asked why wasn't I told about their summer hours(closing in the middle of the day) I was never called back and my membership promptly removed. Terrible customer service and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! And I'm a certified trainer and have been in gyms for over 20 years!
Dr. Shaun Jayakar: Great club
David Goslin: Don’t care about getting any new members, just maintaining the current ones. They play favorites with their members to make it impossible for someone new to get into the drills on the weekend.
Brandon Still: Always have a great time at Eastside, great staff and facilities!
