The dope at the counter said "not only can I not check the inventory at other stores, I cant even check the inventory at this store electronically"Why does the store have computers then?You wasted my time with your garbage system and false "in stock" nonsense.

Shelby Simmons: I was here yesterday and there was a WONDERFUL cashier here that NEEDS to be recognized! Her name was Karen and she was the sweetest! The moment I walked in the door she greeted me with a kind hello and welcome, same with everyone after me. I looked around for a second and found one thing I was looking for and couldn't find the other so I asked her and she immediately knew where I needed to go and pointed me in the direction. At checkout she was again so nice and got me in and out pretty quickly. We need people like her in management positions to help train new employees in customer service! She embodies the customer service experience♡ Dunhams should instill a customer survey so their employees can get recognition directly to them!
Michigan MLG bedey: Worst store i have ever been to will never shop here again cashier was rude from the second I walked up to cash out called before I came to the store to ask if I could exchange a pair or pants that were a gift without a receipt was told I could get there and was told rudely I can't even do an even exchange with the pants and was cussed at so will never shop here again will take my hard earn money else where somewhere I am not told one thing on the phone drive all the way there and told a different thing and treated so rudely!! After two phone calls and 40 minutes later I had to call back again for a manager. Just to have my question answered in less than 30 seconds. If anybody has been in the store they will understand that nobody shops there. There is no reason not to answer the phone. So if you plan on going to a Dunham's don't plan on going to this one. They should be thinking about restaffing and stocking their shelves with things that people actually need. A big waste of time would be that place.

If the owner is smart, they will find employees that stop running their customers away.

The coupons did not have the statement of the on line restriction printed on them but the cashier would not let me use them. I was very disappointed with the organization.

Finally found someone who referred me to someone else, who then told me that the regripping I was interested in couldn't be done for at least a day (maybe 2) because no one in the store knew how to do it. How ridiculous is that?! That takes less than 5 minutes per club, and I could do it with my eyes closed, I just don't have the vise. They told me to go to the Sterling Heights location (will post my similarly negative review there).

I found my way on myOwn with no help from your staff. They need better training. This is not how you treat people .

The cashier took a very long time in cashing out the person at the counter. Other workers just walking by as the line got longer behind me. Finally just left. Lauren Haight: This store is an embarrassment. Volleyball is one of the most popular sports and it never has decent shoes. Mizuno is a top tier brand, yet this tore never has any shoes in stock in sizes for women. It’s definitely catered to men. I also spent 20 minutes looking for a size/color. Couldn’t find anyone to help. I ended up settling for Nike (terrible vball shows) a few sizes up. Every time I come to this store, I can never find anyone in the show department to help and everything volleyball is out if stock.

M. Eubanks: DO NOT SHOP HERE! ZERO STARS should be given to this store for their poor customer service. First, the manager is unbelievably rude. I have never had a "manager" be so disrespectful and rude to me. I order a jacket with my son's school on it online for instore pick up. I received an email on 3/16/23 stating the item had arrive and could be picked up. I went in on 4/8/23 to get my item and was told they have it to another mom who's kid attend my son's school because they "thought" it would be easier for me to get it that way. They didn't bother to email me or call me although my contact information was provided on my order, considering that's how they contacted me to let me know I'd arrived. Further, I did not even know who this other woman they gave my item to was. I found her email through the school's directory and emailed to inquire if she did indeed pick up my jacket. Because I never heard back from her and still did not have my item, I called the store 3x to get help and kept being told "a manager would call me back." Finally, after 2 weeks of trying to get help I spoke to the manager. And unbelievably he cut me off as I was explaining and stated they did me a favor by giving a mom at the school my jacket and hung up the phone on me! I called back and they would not even answer the phone! I had to call back from my work phone and inquired when i could I just expect a refund because I'm not hunting down this stranger that was given my item. The manger stated he would not refund me for the jacket I never received until he spoke to that other mom that they gave my jacket to! Despite the fact that the jacket was paid on my credit card with only my name as the purchaser and the person to pick it up. The manager would not give me a timeline and hung up on me again. Thankful my credit card is reimbursing me, but please beware. This was THE MOST AWFUL customer experience I've ever had. Not once did they apologize for my inconvenience, but insisted they did me a favor by giving my jacket to a stranger. TERRIBLE! I recommend you shop anywhere but here!

heather hurley: Such a disappointing experience with this store! I am unable to return a $80 never worn suit. I am unable to order a properly fitting suit for the entire season and the manager told me repeatedly that high school boys could fit into the size that was too small for my ten year old son. I’m not sure why he would repeatedly body shame my son as the suit (he wears the same size in a speedo) wouldn’t even fit over my sons thighs. Awful. I will work towards never using this store in the future. Just shameful!

T K: I went though The Varsity Shop and worked with Marc back in 2018 to have 2 custom made jerseys done. The jerseys turned out just how I expected them to! Since they had done such a fine job on the jerseys, I decided to contact them again recently to have custom made hats done for a memorial service of a family member who died tragically. When I called, not only was Ryan very short and rude but he also acted as if he did not want to help me. Ryan stated that they do not do any custom work unless it was done in bulk such as orders of 50 or more. After I informed him of the 2 custom made jerseys I had done with them previously, he then directed me to send him an email with a detailed description of what I wanted to have done to the hats. Ryan responded back with a very high estimate, the highest estimate out of the 6 different places I went to for this exact same service. Ryan then stated he would contact me back regarding this service in which he never did. I am not sure what happened to this place but it has gone down hill especially in the customer service department. I will not be going back!

She was the most knowelgable friendly and caring of my sons wishes. She talked about other peoples choices and also her own family who have purchased. Definitely know why they have been in business for so many years. We came home happy and satisfied.
