Rachel Mealer: Staff so why speak much english but were helpful. The place was very outdated and vending machines were usually empty. The indoor swimming pool is closed down. They only serve decaf coffee or tea in the mornings. The phones were damaged and house keeping only cleaned once a week if u reminded urself to tell them u wanted it done. Had to switch out towels on the spot and discount vet any extra. They so have washing machines and dryers. Would go back if necessary.

Mikayla Janae: So far my week long stay has been great! No real issues with the rooms or staff. For the pricing, it’s a beautiful place. I will add they have loads of rules Ex: -no visitors in rooms/ only lobby -no parties-no more than the max occupancy in the room per visit. (If you reserved a room for 2 or 4, those are the only ones allowed in that room)And the front desk can take awhile to service you but it’s quiet and clean. I’ll take it.

Tina Waszil: Pool is closed and there’s no sign that says otherwise. A ROACH hotel is located near the desk. Smoke detector is ripped out. There’s disgusting stains on the curtains. The faucet on the bathroom tub constantly leaks. Lamp doesn’t work near the bed. The refrigerator hasn’t stopped humming loud since we have been here. Very disappointed!! Only descent aspect was that it was near the venue we were venturing to. Great location- terrible accommodations. When we got back from the venue; the new clerk questioned if we even had a room here! Quite rude! Oh, and the dirty socks and trinkets we found all over the room were amazing 🤣🤦🏻♀️

Nicole Walker: Booking the room waa a eaay process however upon arrival I literally had to wait 30 minutes to be serviced SMH the attendants came NEVER once apologized for the wait. It was myself and three other people waiting. Cora: My experience today was Horrible!! Mike And Sara should NOT be working the front desk. I DEFINITELY won't be back. And I hope millions read my review FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO STAY. He was very apologetic about the customer service that I received from another staff member who was working the front desk that day. Jermaine White: Don't like the customer service, myself and a guest was staying there for a night my guest went to check in while I park it was around 9:50 ish pm and the doors lock at 10 which is stated on the door but it wasn't 10pm yet doors was locked and the lady didn't want to let me in she said I should have the key but I never made it in to get the key my guest was just calling me as im at the door going back and forward to tell me that I should hurry cause the doors lock at 10 I told her im at the door now and can't get in without the key. So moral of the story do better with customer service if you post a time on the door honor it!

Downfall we were locked out of our room for about 45 minutes and they didn’t offer any kind of apology or discount for the inconvenience. Thadine Kazmer: We stayed here with our cat while our floors were being refinished. The suite with a door between the bedroom and living room was great . The hotel is a little older and shows some wear but all in all was very nice and all the staff we met were very pleasant. It was a bit over the top noisy with parties on Friday nights but by 1 AM things settled down. I guess that has to be expected. I would stay again, that they allow up to 2 pets is a real plus.

Upon checking in after a 12 hour drive, I was informed that there were in pets aloud and they did not serve breakfast anymore. So were do leave my dog and now have to search for a place to eat before I do my business in town. Terry Pack: I very nice hotel that I stay at during the week because I live out of the area but work in the area. The manager has been very fair with me and I cannot say enough good things about her except to say that she runs a very good hotel that is worth spending the night if you are in the area and need a place to stay. Since I am in a different room every week, I can say that most of the rooms I have stayed in have a bathroom that has a wall mount handheld shower head. This is something that you don't see in most hotels and it means that you can take the showerhead off the wall and wash yourself better than a showerhead that is just wall mounted. The hotel has 4 floors and there are 3 icemakers. The only floor that doesn't have one is the 2nd floor. So, you really don't have to go far for ice. The breakfast is a typical free hotel breakfast that will fill your stomach. You can get a waffle, eggs, sausage or bacon (depending on the day), yogurt, cereal, muffins, coffee, tea, orange juice, the list goes on. There is also a free USA Today if you like reading a newspaper. Also, there is a workout room for you to workout if this is important to you. Kudos to the manager, her front desk people, the people who clean the rooms, and the maintenance people for making my stay the reason why I keep coming back to my home away from home.

Ari Brooks: Room was dirty bed and sheets were not tue best. Bathroom was dirty and had to clean it myself but thanks to the front desk for the cleaner. Smoke alarm hanging off the wall with plastic wrapped around it. When I brought it up the night attendant says oh they do that. I'm pretty confident that most of the reviews on their website have been paid for.

Anne With an E: My family stays here almost exclusively or at one of it's nearby subsidiaries, when we visit Detroit. I think that we stayed here, five out of the past six times, within a year's time. Even last month, too.Food & drinks: National Coney Island all types of goodies getting stores are nearby. Walmart. Buscemi's. White Castle. Arbi's. Sit down family restaurants. Lots of pizzaria's! Many within walking distance.
greybeaver1: do not book or stay at this location. Staff are rude and racist. Its not worth the lower price to have to tolerate rude people at the counter. Told them to cancel my reservation and he said no problem. Got my driver's license back and left and checked in to Marriot Residence Inn. May cost a bit more but they were nice and welcoming with no condescending attitude. Rude and racist... beware.. Filed a complaint with customer service at Choice Hotels..
