Bobbi: There were only a few tables occupied when we arrived, but there was a 20-minute wait due to staffing issues. The host was not helpful, and neither the host nor manager were personable at all.I haven't been here in 20 years, and once we were seated, we really enjoyed the, all you can eat minestrone soup, salad, and bread sticks. The server Brandi made all the difference. I would go back just to have her wait on me, but I would hope to avoid that host and manager.

Alex Willson: We placed our orders (3 total people) that consisted of 3 orders of the endless breadsticks, soup and salad, and nothing else. We sat there, after we ordered, for about 30 minutes before we reached out to someone saying we haven’t seen any of our food. The manager came over and apologized and we told him that we will just take our food to go. The manager attempted to mend the situation by taking care of the bill, but that didn’t matter as another 15 minutes went by and we saw that same manager walk by 3 times doing something else and we STILL DID NOT GET ANY FOOD. Not to mention, since we sat down, 2 other tables sat down after us and got their food. We ended just getting and up walking out.The restaurant had MAYBE 20 customer and just about as many workers. There is no excuse for this terrible service. There was absolutely no sense of urgency what so ever, even after we voiced our issue.I honestly cannot think of one good thing that came from this visit today and I will not be coming back.

Darian: Was always a fan of Brio until today. It's Mother's Day, so I understand that they're busy. We had a reservation for 5pm and we weren't sat until 5:50pm. If the food was good at least, I would've let it go. We waited 40 minutes for an appetizer that was half-decent. Then another 30 minutes for our entrees. When we first were sat, the hostess told us that it was the kitchen that was backed up. Meanwhile, we watched as the cooks put up dish after dish after dish, each one just sitting in the window for 40+ minutes. Our waitress strolled around the restaurant, hardly even looking at the window. I finally spoke up and asked how long it would be. It's now 7PM. She said "let me check" and 5 minutes later a food runner brought our food out. It was extremely obvious that it all had sat under the heat lamp for the past 30+ minutes, including a salad. My pasta's sauce was actually completely dried out, my moms steak had sauce that was congealed. It was actually disgusting. Needless to say we sent it all back and left. I will never ever ever be back. It's a shame, I just bought $100 worth of gift cards for Brio that'll likely go to waste now
Kellie Ashlin: Waited over 2 hours to get out food and pasta was not cooked completely. I completely understand being understaffed and I feel for the employees but for 2 hours we had no silverware, no bread and the waitress never periodically checked in. The manager was amazing and did take care of the group when these issues were bought to her attention. I definitely appreciate the management there.
Sienna Wolgast: Food was good, but the wait was absolutely ridiculous. We had a 2:00 reservation and we didn't get seated until almost 3:30. Nicole the manager needs to smile. Vanessa was pretty good.
Andrew Ashlin: First time here and the food was not good at all. We had a reservation at 3 o’clock and got seated around 3:30 which is not a problem. Though we had a reservation we literally did not get our food till 5:30. Some of our food had little to no sauce and was undercooked. They forgot to ring our order in. Our entire table was not satisfied. Probably will not come back. The dessert we brought from home was better than any of the food they served us.

Juliana Andrade: This was my favorite restaurant, always with delicious dishes, well served, friendly and pleasant service. However, in May 2023 we went to celebrate my husband's birthday and were horrified how the restaurant has gone downhill! The prices increased, the dishes reduced by half, the food was cold, the service was terrible and slow, it was very frustrating! We were very sad, I hope they improve because the Brio chain is very good.

If you can't handle the crowd then don't seat new parties or at least let them know the wait for food will be longer.

Suzanne Kypros: On Saturday at 6pm we were at the restaurant for about 15 minutes without anyone stopping at our table. I flagged down Vanessa to ask her if she could find our waiter. She said we were not in her area but would get someone to help us. She offered to take our drink order which was above what I feel was her responsibility. We then found ourselves being served by Vanessa for the whole evening. She turned our evening with friend from a disaster to an enjoyable evening. She was so attentive to our needs it was a great evening. The restaurant needs more staff like her.

Caryn Czebieniak: If it weren't for Cat, one of the floor managers, Taylor, the bartender, along with Robbie, keeping the hostess stand along with the bar on top of short staff issues this restaurant would be nothing. They deserve the utmost respect with how many tables and guests they help on the floor past their sections. The food is always on point (besides the asparagus being blackened on the grill top) and while they have few staff members, you get a wonderful experience if you can push past someone bugging you every 5 minutes while you stuff your face. Very lovely and caring people down to the core.

When we first sat down a younger lady took our drink order and we never heard or saw her again, we thought that was our sign to get up and leave but Ethan came along and immediately showed care and urgency to fix the issue. From that point on he was ON POINT!! Our appetizers came out on time, right after our entrees, everything was delicious!! Our drinks stayed full didn't have to wait around flagging down waiters to get a refill, Ethan was amazing. Again if Ethan didnt come in and saved the day we would have left!! kevin walters: This place used to be great. Been going there since it opened but…not what it used to be. Waiters now take your order with iPads and no longer are seen after that. Someone else brings your drinks, or not, as in my case). Someone else’s brings your bread (or not in my case). Someone else’s brings your appetizer (after entree is delivered (by someone else) soup at the same time as appetizer (no grated cheese). Flagged over server who said sorry but servers no longer server they just take orders. Manager apologized but made no concessions or corrective actions. Terrible. Left zero tip since I got zero service. Send untouched appetizer back and was credited for it along with beer that I never received.
ryan reynolds: Carabbas has always had good food. I had the Johnny trio my wife had chicken piccata. Both are amazing. There’s some thing about their bread and olive oil mixed with their seasonings. We just can’t get enough there a little bit more on the expensive side, but naturally not the most expensive Definitely give them a shot if you’re in the area.

Salad wasn't fresh, brown edged greens are not appetizing. Shrimp appetizer had good garlic taste, so a No-Fail there. Honestly, just don't waste your money--find a good a Mom & Pops restaurant where they actually care about serving great food😉
