Says they close at 11:30 but got here after work at 11:15 and doors were locked.Edit 8/13/19: Wow I'm blown away by the fast and considerate response! I have learned so much from Coach Cathleen. She is awesome at what she does. Very friendly and helpful. The entire staff is excellent. They go above and beyond for their customers. I have also gotten to know many of the customers that have had similar results. I have also been drinking the protein shakes and energizing tea. The taste of everything is amazing. I drink the shakes every day. Since I have been going here I lost 23 pounds. I highly recommend Healthworks. Instead of wasting my money on unhealthy fast food I stop here and grab a smoothie. They were very detailed because it was difficult for us to understand things and they handle things very patiently and kind. Rose 80: The dentist there she’s no good ! I came in because of pain , they wanted to clean my teeth I explained to her assistant what was going on , now the assistant did try to help me , she did try to get the dentist to see me because even she was concerned. She ( the dentist)wouldn’t even see me , had an assistant give me script & sent me on my way ! I ended up in the hospital with serious infection, to the point where I now have to get surgery! If you care about yourself, your well being DONT GO TO THERE DENTIST OFFICE! She does not care she’s in this for a check! If an undercover state worker showed up , they’d most definitely would be shut down !!!!

Tez Wil: Beware The Dental office is extremely unprofessional. No one answers the phones after lunch. If your late for an appointment no ones gonna answer if you call. I decided to give these people a try. It started out amazing in the beginning. As time progressed appointment times became further and further apart, until eventually I arrive to them telling me their system was down and they would call me to reschedule my appointment. This lasted for two months and no one ever called. When I called the other location I received attitude just for trying to get information. DO NOT use this dentistry they like to begin work get as much money out of you as they can and not finish.

Dominique Norman: I had an appointment for 5pm so that my kids could get a physical. I got there 430 and wait for three hours. Mind you, I left work early just so I could be on time. They had me waiting for 3 hours, just to tell me what I wasn’t going to be seen. Also, I was the very last person. You mean to tell me no one could have told me two hours sooner. They could have made time to see me if I had an appointment and waited THREE HOURS. THEY ARE BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL!! Only thing I needed was a physical for me kids.

Marcia Martin: Every time theres a wait even with an appointment if your a walk in u basically wait until all scheduled appointments are serviced before being seen i was told they work you in between appointments doesn't seem like the case 2 and a half hour wait in the lobby for a 7min meeting with the doctor 15 minutes for a prescription unbelievable very disappointed I've been with the wellness plan for years maybe it's time to move on!!!!!!

No other reason was presented. But they are open and operational.I'll be sure to let The Wellness Plan know this as well.The following day, a Sunday, they're not open at all!

313cbrown: Worst place ever! Dr. Konwre Gordon said I was faking my injury and had the manager give me the run around on why they could not see me. I was in a auto accident on 7-4-18 I went to the hospital in a ambulance. I went to her for follow up Care and she told me they don't do auto accident claims and I need to wait and see my car insurance medical provider. I called progressive and my agent told me he never heard of that before so I return back to the office to let them hear the recorded conversation between me and progressive, when I for there she told me she didn't want to hear it and is still nothing she can do. I'm asking her why Ask my primary doctor you can't do anything for me she say and exactly words was " CAUSE I DON'T THINK YOU NEED IT".I was in disbelief! I left and went to urgent Care where I finally had my first real follow up and xrays where they found I have spinal fracture and a 2 sprain wrist. So thanks Dr. Gordon for your assumption and unprofessional Care of a primary patient. I wish it was more I could do to go after her cause that was the worst treatment anyone could ever receive from someone claiming to be a doctor.
