SEAN DURHAM: Always have had great experiences here. Out of all the carriers customer service departments ATT has been the most helpful and easy to work with, and I've been with verizon and sprint before. Noel was very knowledgeable and between him and advanced technical support we figured out and fixed a very strange problem within 30 minutes of me showing up. 10/10 service all around!

Craig Young: Alyssa was a pleasure to work with. She was exceedingly knowledgeable about the process of moving from Verizon to AT&T. Her prior experience, having worked for Verizon, made the process seamless and easy. The entire staff was cordial and made all the customers feel welcomed. Tim Bergsma: We stopped in to get a new phone and the manager, Zach, was so incredibly helpful. He got us set up with a trade in, transferred the data and had us on our way. After visiting other local stores and not having that level of service, I would highly recommend coming to this location if you’re in the area.

Kent Brummel: I had a terrible experience with a different AT & T store. My entire account was so incredibly messed up that 7 hours in that store and 12 hours on the phone with customer service still hadn't resolved this issue. I went to see Andrew and he helped me move down the path to recovering my account. Zach was able to make the rest of the necessary changes to get my account up and working. They were both incredibly professional, diligent, and patient. They went above and beyond to ensure I had all of my questions answered and my account fully straightened out.Will be returning will all of my future business to this location.

The beard of pepe W: Beware of promises made by sales people at the store. Whether intentional or not things that we were promised by the sales folks here ended up being a total hassle to deal with when the bill came. We got a total of x4 new phones and were promised a lower bill overall. To start when the phones arrived, the incorrect phone was opened and activated. 2, our bill ended up being much higher due to the plan we selected not being activated when we left the store. We were charged around 150$ extra due to this. 3, we were charged for the $6 upgrade sooner on three of our lines when we never even talked or agreed on this feature while in the store. 4, we were told that insurance was mandatory on iPhone 14s when they are in transit we we added insurance to the plan. When I later called ATT to fix the disastrous first bill, the agent told me that was a flat out lie. No new phone requires insurance while in transit. Overall nice guys in store but sneakily adding in features customers never asked for and overpromising and underdelivering is usually not a good recipe for customer service. Thankfully ATT was able to credit us back the whopper of a difference on our bill but it required 4 hours of back and forth on the phone and text with agents. What started out as a friendly experience turned into a nightmare of fixing it after the fact. Be careful and ask lots of questions when sales people here are pitching you ideas that may save you money.

Scott Nashlon: My mom went in with Uverse questions (I know, they don’t do anything with that, she is very confused) and was talked into a new phone (she is very confused) with a big bill which she did not need. Her and I went in to get details and we were told they will take it back. She returned it the next day but they never processed it so she is getting bills for a phone she returned. No clue what they did with the phone and we I’ve spent several hours talking to customer service but not getting far. Please watch what you do if you go here.Feel free to shop here just make sure you don’t get taken advantage of like she did.

cheryl hanewich: I needed to replace my old iPhone. I went to the Jackson Road store and spoke with Connor Proctor who was wonderful! I didn’t understand the new technology, all the plans, and all the billing lingo. Connor took a crazy amount of time explaining EVERYTHING, every detail, every different scenario, and all the billing. Since I was a line on my sisters plan it was complicated. I still had questions the next day and went back, and again he took all the time I needed to understand everything and was even able to lower the bill. He was SO patient and kind, I highly recommend Connor! Very honest and thorough, thank you again for such amazing service!

Christi Lower: After purchasing a new iPhone and adding a new line for my family, the AT&T associates assigned a "reserved" number, to my new line. Despite the hour I spent in this store, 3 hours spent on Customer Service & 2 more hours in the store, the "reserved" number associated with my account couldn't be activated. Since the "reserved" number was attached to my Apple ID, I could not activate my new device. The Store inactivated the number and assigned a new number. Now I have a track phone because my Apple ID is attached to a dead number and it will take a month to recover my Apple ID. Their error has cost me time and money and when asking for additional help, the manager of the Jackson Rd. AT&T store told me to call customer service...again.Go somewhere else.
guts: The customer service I received from this store aka Conner was out of this world above and beyond, worked with me for multiple days hours each day trying to get a product to work, I live over an hour away and would drive here and would do it again if I need anything else from att can’t express how amazing these people are at this store!
Megan Grammatico: My husband and I spent our Friday evening sitting at another ATT store signing up for Firstnet. We found out the next morning that the hotspot we had purchased from a private seller was considered blacklisted. After calling around to different stores Saturday morning this store stated they had one hot box available. We ended up making the hour and 15 minute drive (on my only day off at that) to this store to get our services set up. Jake and Connor worked with us to help get us set up with a new hotspot however part of this included having to call Firstnet customer care to cancel the first account. Jake took the time to wait on the phone for nearly 3 hours on hold- potentially losing out on commission sales himself just to help us. Even sent us out to get some dinner as we had been there for hours. Both Connor and Jake were able to get us setup and we couldn’t be more thankful for them. They were honest, trustworthy, personable and patient throughout the entire process. We’ve been through the ringer with ATT in the 8 years we’ve had services with them, it’s so refreshing to have FINALLY had a good experience. Even though it’s over an hour drive for us, we vowed to come to this store from here on out.Thank you Jake and Connor!

Chris Liu: The staff there is dishonest.I went there yesterday wanting to switch from Verizon to AT&T. After giving the staff my account number and transfer pin, he asked for my card, after a while, he told me I was all set. I was surprised because he didn’t even ask me what plan I wanted to have, and I was told that I had the most expensive plan. I said I wanted to switch to the cheaper prepaid plan I used to have, but he told me they were not doing prepaid anymore which I later checked it myself isn’t correct.Never gonna use AT&T again.

Cordell listened to what I wanted and hooked me up with a 13 at a good price. Exactly what I needed. He was even patient with me when my old 7 lost power during the data transfer,;started the transfer again and even hooked me up with a water. Shout out to Cordell: now that’s customer service!

Chris Keys: Guys were cool. Only thing I didn't care for was telling the staff member several times I didn't want to trade my phone in. I get it, they are trained to encourage the phone trade in but at the same time if I tell you once, maybe twice if I'm in a good mood, the 3rd time is like ok, I feel like you're trying to pressure me into something I've already told you no to twice already and now 3 times. Overall, the guys there are cool, informative and nice.
