Max Czubko: They went through my files on my phone and upsold me on a bunch of products that didn't work. The actual phone screen they "fixed" didn't work.Don't waste your money.
Donna Borden: Wonderful service and advice. Fixed six year old Grandson’s Nintendo Switch Screen and found extra protection case and screen to help him from breaking again.The two gentleman that run the Ann Arbor store are excellent in what they do.

Christina Lirones: Helpful staff with convenient hours (open to 7 on weekdays. Shorter hours Saturday.) Reasonable prices and turnaround. It's the only place to take my older phone and laptop for repairs.
Ezra Donner: Absolute garbage service. My phone needed a new charging port, so I brought it in to get it fixed. The cost to replace the charger port was $80. When I got the phone back the charger port was fixed, but the microphone was broken, so I had to bring it back in again. To their credit, they acknowledged that they were responsible for the damage and offered to replace the phone for free with the same model, but I looked online and the cost of the new phone was only $50! So I paid $80 for a $50 phone, plus I had to make four trips to the store. Stay away.

He helped me with my current phone in correcting my settings and restoring my apps. He was very knowledgable and very respectable to me. I would not hesitate to come here again.

Her prior experience, having worked for Verizon, made the process seamless and easy. The entire staff was cordial and made all the customers feel welcomed. Ryan Bondy: Been coming to this store for about 7 years. Worked with many different staff who always know their stuff compared to other places I’ve been and help me with my complicated account. Zach A helped me through a very weird account situation today and made sure multiple issues were taken care of. With all carriers issues come up, it matters that people can understand your situation and actually help you when needed. And this store has always been able to do that! Love walking in here to ask my questions instead of calling the national customer service as well.

Danielle St.Germaine: The service was excellent. Our customer support agent, Brandon, was knowledgeable, patient and oh so helpful. We came to resolve a bootloader lockout issue with our Motorola. Unfortunately the best most up to date ways to recover the info weren't available as this phone is so old. We were able to get an upgrade and most of the info recovered. Top tier service.
Colin Stevens: Stood there for 30 minutes while the Verizon employees tried not to see me and dove into the mirrored back room while had 1k in my pocket to buy a new phone.By far the worst experience I’ve ever had while trying to spend money and purchase something. Went to Best Buy. They were great.Do not go into the Verizon store on a2/saline rd, they do not care that you are there.Forgot to mention… the store was completely EMPTY during the entire experience… 0 customers and I was completely ignored….. DO NOT GO HERE.

They work very slow and waste to much time not helping customers:Everyone setting with no help only one person up front that sign people in and all other staff are setting in the back doing nothing.Walking out of here and never comeback here again and can’t wait to change to a different carrier as soon as my phones are paid off.

a2cryss: Sometimes the wait is OK at 15min and sometimes it is horrible at 2 hours. Went to return a phone 3 days after getting it to get a better one and they could not find it in the system. Asked for a receipt which we were not given. Had to go back again and get charged a $50 restocking fee that could not be put on our business account. Had to pay out of pocket and get it expensed.
Artem: Lots of other people have complained about this but I’ll throw ours in. We show up at 3:30 to get a new phone. They tell us there are 7 people ahead of us and it’ll be an hour. Cool, an hour is fine, so we sit and start waiting. Two and a half hours later and nothing, so we leave. While we were waiting, a lot of people came in and were helped before us - which, ok, fine, maybe their issues are supposed to be addressed immediately based on Verizon’s standards, I don’t know, but at least let us know the wait is going to be longer so we can plan accordingly. Seriously, just that.

I kid you not I was in the store for about 7 hours my first visit to get 3 phone upgrades for me and my 2 sonsI was double billed for ear buds during the promotion because things were entered wrong by the staff here. I wanted it resolved immediately because these things tend to get away from youI was told to wait for the actual bill that it would fix itself. When it didn't...I've spent weeks trying to get a hold and resolve my issue. But as you know you can't call this office. Verizon doesn't allow you to call this work place.For a little while the agent was at least taking my texts to try to get something resolved and Megan a manager was supposed to take care of this for me. But now they are just blocking my texts and I have probably 20 hours into trying to get this resolved and am INCREDIBLY frustrated but this is basically doing what I think they hope will happen ...time will pass...you just let it go, and you get double billedCustomer service here is very low. They do NOT fix the problems you're having and certainly not in a timely / easy manner
tiffiany Cash: I came in on January 21, 2023 to see if I qualify for free phone. It went from a worker Shalmec using the Verizon wireless iPad to me doing the order on my personal iPhone. During the order she watch me put my personal pin in my phone to unlock and walked to the back of the store behind a employee door and did God knows what to my phone. I never experienced a worker stranger take my personal iPhone which have all my personal information and be gone for like five minutes. It was very weird and I will be making a police report. She bought my phone back and I signed a contract for a phone I didn’t even want. I hope no one have to experience this in their life. I’m freaking out because identity theft is real and she had excess to my unlock phone. She watched me put my PIN number in to unlock the phone. I ended up leaving the store with and iPhone mini and she ended up leaving the store to go on break before I received the phone and didn’t even activate the phone. There job is to do sales they don’t care about the customer needs. I never said I wanted an iPhone mini.. And the manger Catilyn gave me the iphone mini. Then I’m sitting there and another older white gentleman began filming me with the iPad. It was very weird and strange. I don’t know what they doing at this store. Please don’t let them take your phone out of your sight. My sister was in the store as a witness.

Robin Tedders: The Verizon Rep. Matt was among the highest levels of customer service I have experienced. Information was accurate, responses to queries were turned around very fast. Answers were clear and where necessary detailed enough for me to make informed decisions quickly, I made the switch from T-Mobile with five lines after 15/16 years! I am super happy and grateful and the manager Caitlyn helped seal the deal even after T-Mobile tried to keep me by offering the same deals as Verizon because I was a loyal customer with them! The whole store is ran top notch service and I was blown away!

Bill Purnell: Shalamac made my day a nightmare. I wish I never got tricked into switching to Verizon as a long term AT&T customer. Shalamac proved to me that Verizon’s customer service is lacking comparatively and was extremely rude when interacting with me. She never greeted me, swore at me, and made me feel unwelcome.
