Jeffrey Duart-Digon: I came in to this location to resolve a billing issue the staff damaged my brand new iphone and messed with my SIM card putting it into her personal phone giving them access to my text messages and information which is a total breach of privacy. Also the sim was reinserted into my phone incorrectly now my phone will not even work. I will be calling to talk to the owner tomorrow
Praneet N.C.: Had a pathetic experience over the phone. Called the store to enquire about getting a new device and line. The lady on the call put me on hold for over 20 minutes without sharing any further information.
Petr Kovarik: Stephen is great! Professional, yet enthusiastic, knowledgeable, yet not overwhelming with too much info, anticipating, yet not pushy. He helped set up my OnePlus 8T phone and it helped that he actually had one himself. He can set you up and train in no time!
Jaxon Travis: Stephen is the MVP, he came out to our business in order to help us sign up for coverage for a hotspot device and took very good care of us despite a few hiccups on both ends. He had better get a raise, he was great and helped us out immensely!

Their manager is helpful beyond expectations, and the other 2 employees that havd helped me excell in both service and efficiency.

Terry West: I am a Veteran 73-80 honorable service to america.at first with T-Mobile I had some minor issues that may have been mostly my fault.STAFF at the T-MOBILE 4th ave and Washington are GREAT. I wanted an newer upgrade. Staff Gregg suggested ONE+ 7 PRO. I went with that model.I couldnt be more happier with this staff suggestion. I am HIGHLY pleased with the professional attitudes ans attention to the customers needs. I was on top of the detail in-case questions were asked. I would term this store a 10 based on my outstanding communication/understanding with any of the staff...readily eager to make problems right and my questions answered.

Alyssa Sopanarat: Did not have a positive experience when trying to switch to my family's existing T-Mobile plan. They constantly asked for the same information I did not have when I was clearly confused and didn't have this info on hand. The two people helping me did not seem like they wanted to genuinely help me or help me understand the process. I will be switching at a different T-Mobile store to avoid them. I feel bad since the owner seems to be a really nice dude from other reviews.

Jarrod Harman: Hats off to this store!. In all honesty, T-mobile has been a nightmare since I moved after ~ 20 years with AT&T. I transferred to T-mobile roughly 7 months ago on a business plan. I totally credit the store in Boston for all of the mistakes and terrible information. In a nutshell, my account was running $15-80 (different each month) over the price I was supposed to be paying. They failed to properly credit my account for an i-phone trade in, and instead were billing me for a new phone. It took 2 hours and the manager Shiavon calling in to the "T-mobile help line" in order to get any traction. After dealing with two idiots with bad information and worse attitudes, Shaivon was finally able to get some traction and get my issues resolved. I have to send Shaivon a big thank you and shout out the rest of the staff, they were quite fun to chat with while patiently waiting. Grateful this team was here!

Marty Murray: Was treated very poorly at this store by Andre. He acted like me being there was just a burden and actually sighed when i told him what i needed, which was to set up my kids watch. Then told me just follow the prompts on the app and told me the sim card, that they sold me a week prior was not needed and said not sure why they sold it to me, then he walked away to help someone else. Didn't offer anymore help or a refund for this unnecessary sim card. I left feeling mistreated and will never return to that store. To add i left there and went to the n maple store in ann arbor, they were great and helped me!

Bruce Popejoy: Dan was helpful... finally an employee who knows how to help customers since they purged the great manager from downtown store. Many of there employees act like you know little and are down right rude...guess my IT doesn't show on my face when I ask questions.I was with Nextel, then Sprint and now T-Mobile...they have poor service in the area and have been working on the same tower close to my house for six months. They claim great connectivity but I am waiting to find a place that happens in the United States. Lots of dead zones, low zones and never have seen all the bars on my phone for 4G and one a couple for 5G. Not sure how long I will suffer with the poor quality before I look at other companies.

Sue Hodge: I am a longtime Sprint customer, about 20 years, and was not looking forward to the switch to T-Mobile. But the staff at the Briarwood Mall location helped change my mind.I was at the store in October to pay off the balance on my phone and have them unlock the service so that I could switch to a new carrier. Courtney was very kind and understanding of my desire to switch and helped get that step done quickly. I then went about choosing where I wanted to move my service and found that other carriers were not going to be substantially cheaper than T-Mobile and there could be big charges if I exceeded my monthly plan. So, the day that my contract with T-Mobile was to end (insert eyeroll emoji here), I went to the Briarwood store to reestablish my account. Victor and Courtney were exceedingly helpful! I had not been able to receive or make calls and texts and they were able to sort out the problems by retrieving my phone and watch numbers and putting my plan back together as it had already been cancelled. They were honest with me every step of the way.You may be able to find cheaper phone services, but after my experience, I doubt that you can find better phone service. Kudos to all of the staff at Briarwood Mall's T-Mobile store and especially Victor and Courtney!

Josh A: Went here on Monday to get a new phone and the very nice lady who helped me told me all I had to do was authorize myself on my families account and then we can swap from Sprint to T-Mobile and get a discounted phone. I was told it would be only be a billing change since they mailed us the SIM cards and I wouldn't have to trade in my old phone.I went back here today after I was authorized on the account and Sara told me they couldn't switch me to T-Mobile unless my ENTIRE family was in the store with me. She also didn't even bother looking up my account on the computer and was generally dismissive of everything I was saying.Either you're giving your employees inconsistent information or Sara was dizzy today. Not coming back to this store anytime soon.

We had three phones to transfer and Justin was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. He made the entire visit pleasant. We were not there long, he explained everything thoroughly and worked fast. Tobias McGregor: Great store and great staff. Always a pleasant visit. Looking through most of the 1 star reviews, these people sound like they're upset they didn't understand something, upset about an issue not caused by this store, or are just entitled Karens in general.I've never had any issues with this location and they've always gone above and beyond and are very transparent in explaining promotions unlike many other stores that have tried to offer me "bundles" or things for "free"
Chad Eroh: So this starts off with I no longer have sprint/T-Mobile any more . I went into this store heated that I have been still getting charged a bill after leaving sprint as a 15+ year customer. Was help by a gentleman by the name Waleed Baker he spent well over 2 hours trying to fix this problem... all I can say is what grate customer service reminder I no longer have them as a provider and they still took time to help me with this problem. Thank you for the help .
