After visiting other local stores and not having that level of service, I would highly recommend coming to this location if you’re in the area.

My entire account was so incredibly messed up that 7 hours in that store and 12 hours on the phone with customer service still hadn't resolved this issue. I went to see Andrew and he helped me move down the path to recovering my account. Zach was able to make the rest of the necessary changes to get my account up and working. They were both incredibly professional, diligent, and patient. They went above and beyond to ensure I had all of my questions answered and my account fully straightened out.Will be returning will all of my future business to this location.

He then helped us transfer the information onto the replacement phone. I was extremely impressed with his expertise, patience and professonalism. Austin Feeney: The District Manager, Josh Bednarski, was working at Verizon’s Stadium Blvd location when I ran into this store Monday, and I cannot speak highly enough of the level of costumer service that I received from him and Britton that day.I had a broken phone without the ability to access my Verizon account or important work applications because I couldn’t use multi-factor authentication after being out of the office for a week. He listened politely to my problem and solved it in a friendly, kind and customer focused way. By the time I left his store a short while later, I was able to hit the ground running at work and he was able to come up with a solution that lowered my monthly bills even though I was not eligible for an upgrade.

Sales guy flat out told us we were putting down $200 dollars toward each phone ($416 total) . Later, when I started to wonder if he had been honest, I called Verizon and they had no idea what we'd purchased with the $200 per phone.When I realized we'd been cheated we went back in and had a very unpleasant conversation. I thought we were going to get our $200 back per phone, cancel our phone payment plan and return the phones and other stuff --- But they wouldn't take the return. Only then did I realize that the "package" we'd paid for was a list of items they'd flat out sold to us:Turns out we'd paid top dollar for1. Two Ready Go Package ("Set up fees" they called them -- They didn't do any set up at all.)2. Two Otterboxes (he'd said they were part of the Verizon offer)3. Two Screen protectors (he put them on the phones and said they were part of the Verizon offer)4. Two Wallports (Said they were part of the offer. )5. Taxes on the two phone installment plans (this was legit)Long story short, we got $71 dollars back on a $416 purchase.I demanded a receipt for the return and one for the original purchase and only then did I see all the things itemized by price and I understood all the ways we'd been lied to.We went to the Verizon store on Saline Ann Arbor and they set us up with the exact same phones for only the cost of the taxes.Buyer beware.

I would term this store a 10 based on my outstanding communication/understanding with any of the staff...readily eager to make problems right and my questions answered.

They constantly asked for the same information I did not have when I was clearly confused and didn't have this info on hand. The two people helping me did not seem like they wanted to genuinely help me or help me understand the process. I will be switching at a different T-Mobile store to avoid them. I feel bad since the owner seems to be a really nice dude from other reviews.

Got home only to realize new screen couldn’t use my fingerprints, and I was and still having difficulty typing from certain sides of the screen.Battery is also draining in a couple hours.I took it back and the guys says he doesn’t know if that function was working! Wow. Refused to take responsibility. Then he explains to me that their screens tend to not work with IPhone 6plus. Thanks for not warning me beforehand. I should’ve just had the Apple store fix it for $65 extra. Don’t know what I was thinking. My phone was working great and I wasn’t planning on buying another one, but he messed my iPhone phone up so I’ll have to upgradeI went to Apple and they explained why the ‘new screen’ wasn’t working I can’t speak of any other phones, but be warned if you need your iPhon’s screen replaced. Just worththe extra $to have Apple fix it.

So now it’s too late for me to be given a credit.

Called them later to ask the order# but they would just simply not help and told me to ask T-mobile web. T-mobile web says no order has been placed on my name and say I can place order online.It has been more than a week and I am stuck. I have already paid taxes on the phone at their store.Edited after 8 months:I upgraded the phone under one offer at their location. However, I am paying for entirely another offer for past 8 months. I called them to help me to figure this out and they denied providing any help. So, this store REALLY REALLY messed up and are not helpful at all
Kelly Fuller: We have been Sprint (now t mobile) customers for almost 15 years and i have NEVER felt the need to come on here and leave a review until Yesterday. MY daughter and I went into the T-mobile store in Oak valley Center to see about upgrading and having 2 phones repaired. The first gentlemen that helped us was very kind and helpful, he then turned us over to Andre (Dre) to continue our transaction and this is where the problem begins. Your employee "DRE" is extremely RUDE. Also not very informative on the information he gave me. At one point i said to him "you don't have to be so rude" after i was asking him to explain something to me and he replied "I'm not" to which i replied "yes, you kind of are" . He then slightly changed his attitude, probably realizing he shouldn't be speaking that way to a customer. Every time i asked him to explain the prices he kept giving me and to explain WHY we were being asked to pay so much he replied "it doesn't let me see on the screen why" so i cut the transaction short, had my daughter upgrade her phone and we left. I will NOT patronize this store again for quite some time unless i absolutely have to, and if i do and DRE waits on me again, i will RECORD the entire visit to document his behavior. I don't think asking an employee to explain why i am being asked to pay over $800 to upgrade our phones is asking too much, and upon getting home and looking over our receipt we then discovered you charged us a $35 FEE TO UPGRADE MY DAUGHTERS PHONE. Just a little FYI, if you want to keep customers happy, you shouldn't be charging them TO UPGRADE THEIR PHONES THROUGH YOU. I am seriously considering switching over to Verizon instead of upgrading these last few lines. IF we stay with you, it will only be because its cheaper to stay with you, from here on out we will be looking to change carriers because with people like DRE at your Ann Arbor location treating me the way i was treated yesterday, i don't plan on continuing to give my business to establishments that provide terrible customer service and your employee DRE is extremely Rude. You may also want to send him to some sort of customer training, because when you are speaking with a customer you should make eye contact and not STARE AHEAD rudely and act like the customer you are waiting on is bothering you. I work in customer service and i would NEVER treat one of my customers the way ANDRE treated me yesterday.

Ramon helped us through new phones and an affordable plan. It was not an easy task! I dread cell phone stores. This was 5 stars plus!
Alexis Danielle Bialek: THEY BREAK PHONES! Went into the store to get the trade in value for my iPhone 8. The lady working at night took off my phone case and ripped off the cracking corner of my phone. Prior to her doing that, the backing of my phone had cracks but no internal hardware was exposed. Called today just to let a manger know the situation, Matt was completely dismissive and rude to me over the phone. He told me it was probably already broken and it would’ve happened anyway, which is false. Didn’t even offer an apology. Apple would have given me $100 toward my phone before that happened and the back became exposed. Matt should be fired because no one should speak to a customer that way, especially someone who’s been with T Mobile for over a decade.
Ro Do: I purchased a T-Mobile home internet modemThen returned it.They wouldn’t allow me to return it to the store after I had purchased it there. I had to call T-Mobile get the run around and1 1/2 hours after dealing with them I got a return shipping label. So now I have to take it to the UPS store. Rethink T-Mobile.Be careful going into the store(s). They can be pretty shady.On the upside I was able to cancel T-Mobile home internet account/ which is pretty substandard service.

Debra P: Thanks for wasting my time and 2 other people's on my account. I had an appointment at 3:30 at your Oak Valley store. I scheduled the appointment online. I received a reminder text the day before and the day of. We all got to the store from our different places of employment and me from my home only to find out. THE STORE IS STILL UNDER CONSTRUCTION AND CLOSED. Please get it together T-Mobile. I called the Maple Rd store to let them know that the online scheduler was allowing people to schedule appointments at the store under construction and Brenden, said, "what do you want me to do about it? I am only an employee call 611." I called 611 and was told that the phone system was down. Called back again and it said it would be a 20 minute wait. I am concerned that T-mobile cannot properly service the influx of business from their purchase of Sprint. I drove 20 miles to and from an appointment that didn't happen with no customer service to resolve the issue.

Jarrod Harman: Hats off to this store!. In all honesty, T-mobile has been a nightmare since I moved after ~ 20 years with AT&T. I transferred to T-mobile roughly 7 months ago on a business plan. I totally credit the store in Boston for all of the mistakes and terrible information. In a nutshell, my account was running $15-80 (different each month) over the price I was supposed to be paying. They failed to properly credit my account for an i-phone trade in, and instead were billing me for a new phone. It took 2 hours and the manager Shiavon calling in to the "T-mobile help line" in order to get any traction. After dealing with two idiots with bad information and worse attitudes, Shaivon was finally able to get some traction and get my issues resolved. I have to send Shaivon a big thank you and shout out the rest of the staff, they were quite fun to chat with while patiently waiting. Grateful this team was here!

Marty Murray: Was treated very poorly at this store by Andre. He acted like me being there was just a burden and actually sighed when i told him what i needed, which was to set up my kids watch. Then told me just follow the prompts on the app and told me the sim card, that they sold me a week prior was not needed and said not sure why they sold it to me, then he walked away to help someone else. Didn't offer anymore help or a refund for this unnecessary sim card. I left feeling mistreated and will never return to that store. To add i left there and went to the n maple store in ann arbor, they were great and helped me!

Many of there employees act like you know little and are down right rude...guess my IT doesn't show on my face when I ask questions.I was with Nextel, then Sprint and now T-Mobile...they have poor service in the area and have been working on the same tower close to my house for six months. They claim great connectivity but I am waiting to find a place that happens in the United States. Lots of dead zones, low zones and never have seen all the bars on my phone for 4G and one a couple for 5G. Not sure how long I will suffer with the poor quality before I look at other companies.

Sue Hodge: I am a longtime Sprint customer, about 20 years, and was not looking forward to the switch to T-Mobile. But the staff at the Briarwood Mall location helped change my mind.I was at the store in October to pay off the balance on my phone and have them unlock the service so that I could switch to a new carrier. Courtney was very kind and understanding of my desire to switch and helped get that step done quickly. I then went about choosing where I wanted to move my service and found that other carriers were not going to be substantially cheaper than T-Mobile and there could be big charges if I exceeded my monthly plan. So, the day that my contract with T-Mobile was to end (insert eyeroll emoji here), I went to the Briarwood store to reestablish my account. Victor and Courtney were exceedingly helpful! I had not been able to receive or make calls and texts and they were able to sort out the problems by retrieving my phone and watch numbers and putting my plan back together as it had already been cancelled. They were honest with me every step of the way.You may be able to find cheaper phone services, but after my experience, I doubt that you can find better phone service. Kudos to all of the staff at Briarwood Mall's T-Mobile store and especially Victor and Courtney!

She also didn't even bother looking up my account on the computer and was generally dismissive of everything I was saying.Either you're giving your employees inconsistent information or Sara was dizzy today. Not coming back to this store anytime soon.

Looking through most of the 1 star reviews, these people sound like they're upset they didn't understand something, upset about an issue not caused by this store, or are just entitled Karens in general.I've never had any issues with this location and they've always gone above and beyond and are very transparent in explaining promotions unlike many other stores that have tried to offer me "bundles" or things for "free"
Chad Eroh: So this starts off with I no longer have sprint/T-Mobile any more . I went into this store heated that I have been still getting charged a bill after leaving sprint as a 15+ year customer. Was help by a gentleman by the name Waleed Baker he spent well over 2 hours trying to fix this problem... all I can say is what grate customer service reminder I no longer have them as a provider and they still took time to help me with this problem. Ryan Bondy: Been coming to this store for about 7 years. Worked with many different staff who always know their stuff compared to other places I’ve been and help me with my complicated account. Zach A helped me through a very weird account situation today and made sure multiple issues were taken care of. With all carriers issues come up, it matters that people can understand your situation and actually help you when needed. And this store has always been able to do that! Love walking in here to ask my questions instead of calling the national customer service as well.
