Cori Aina: It's really difficult to support a local business when they blatantly disregard the science regarding the covid-19 pandemic. I was very happy with the help they provided in finding the correct trans fluid for my Mazda's manual transmission, and the ability to have it in by the next morning. But walking into a business where not a single person was wearing a mask makes me feel unsafe, and regrettable about my decision to shop there. I work with dozens of other people, in close proximity, and I don't appreciate myself or, in turn, my colleagues, being subjected to such unnecessary risk by my visiting another establishment.Please wise up people. You're risking not only yourselves, but everyone who walks in your doors.

Charlie Magiera: Wasn't really there as a customer. I worked there. The store is out of the way a bit, but has a huge inventory of import parts, and an increasing inventory of domestic parts. This isn't your Big Box auto parts store. If you want actual parts vs. a dashboard hula girl, come here.

Hickling Famille: Called looking for parts. Very fast lookup of parts and everything I needed was is stock. Picked up the same day and prices were about the same as Internet retailers. I could tell guys at counter had a lot of experience. Very happy customer!
Frank: Ordered a gasket that I needed ASAP, placed order on Saturday and was told it would be here Tuesday or Wednesday. Called back Tuesday to see if it came in and was told they couldn't get it at all. Waste of time, I could have ordered the part online and had it here by now.

Bruce Popejoy: Stopped in as my mechanic ordered me a part. Friendly staff, answered my questions and a good price.
Roger The Tinker: Had what I was looking for.
Ken Siegner: Mask Nazis. Used aggressive tones immediately when I walked in, they would not accept any explanations of written exceptions, as always I was cordial and used a normal tone of voice. I was rudely pointed towards the door, hand in my face, told to get out, they called the police.
John Tyrrell: Great shop when i need something for my Jeep. Always courteous service and willing to go the extra mile to make sure the customers are happy. I needed an adapter for my water pump and they gladly pulled one off the shelf for me to verify fitment before purchasing.
K. Rutherford Thomas: Better quality and lower prices??? I am thrilled. NAPA is crushing it! Counter staff actually know about vehicle repair/maintenance! Order via the app, pick up in store. Most of the time, same day.-1 star: limited store hours can be challenging and the app is kludgy.

I was buying fluids for a new (to me) car and had to know the color of the coolant that I currently had in my vehicle and the staff person generously came out to my car to help me find it quickly. Above and beyond customer service.

Cal Munson: needed to recharge my 2008 Accord A/C but had never tried before. One of the employees went to shelf and handed me a can with a gauge for $48. Got home and 3 weeks later watched a youtube video and to my relief saw he'd nailed the correct product R-134a Thanks!!

G L: Freon is a crazy ripoff. 12 oz for $30 at Oreillys. Their competition is WAY cheaper! Autozone is 11.99 Walmart 9.83 advance auto 11.50. What a scam!I asked the guy at the counter if they had any that was less expensive and he said no but they had some that was more expensive.
Andy Tanguay: Nice people working here. Not always the case at an auto parts store. Very friendly and try to help. What else can you say…they have parts for your car. If I had one complaint is they should have at least automatic exit doors. You’re often leaving there with your hands full of heavy stuff. Give a brother a break. Both directions would be great when you’re hauling a battery or something. But exit would be best. Could probably get that together with a windshield wiper motor and some handiwork.

Meg West: Unfortunately this was a very bad experience for me. I was trying to find a specific paint color and called twice to follow up then was told in a specific call that they had in stock. When I came to pick it up, no one in the store could find it and had no record of my order. What a waste of time. I don't want to order everything off Amazon but when service is this bad what am I supposed to do? I guess I'll just order it from Amazon since they made it impossible to get locally.
Michael Bell: O'Reilly had what I wanted at an acceptable price. It was quick & easy.I picked up a container of McGuires Ultimate Black Plastic Restorer for detailing my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The associate that helped was friendly, knowledgeable, and proficient.
Bill Horner: Even though with something very simple with wiper blades being placed on the car ray and the other employee working on Thursday at 11:30 aM did an excellent job. They greeted everyone coming into the store and they were very helpful in getting my blades switched out without any issues or complaints. Nice job guys.

One thing especially impressed me, when I asked about a part, she didn't point and say it's in isle #6....she quickly went and got it for me. Good service.The store was well stocked but she made the difference on my experience.

Tim Farrell: I've been dealing with this location since 2002. The ladies at the front counter know their stuff, and work hard to get me the parts I need. If they don't have it in stock, I can almost always get what I need by 3 pm the same day. I can't recommend this location of the Parts Plus brand enough.
