Bob Johnson: Read code for "check engine light"... reset code and reported "catalytic converter insufficiency." Added BG to fuel. Hope it will be a while before the converter signal returns. But return it will with 126K on this 2010 Volvo S80.
Jason Huang: I got an alignment done on my vehicle. Steering still seemed offset after alignment. Brought it back in and they corrected the issue with no hesitation or arguing. I really appreciated the professionalism and great customer service. Highly recommend!

My son said it wasn't that bad, but when my grandson heard me coming from around the corner, I could only imagine replacing the entire exhaust system! Thanks to Quinn -- he found a short exhaust sleeve in front of the muffler that had a large hole in it. Replaced it, low cost, and my Subaru is purring again! doc fitness: The team at Arbor Motion are awesome! I had my Volvo C 30 towed in for a mechanical repair. They kept me up to date throughout the entire process. They did what they stated they would do in a timely fashion and the repair estimate was right on point. My car is running better than ever. I will return to Arbor Motion for all of my car needs. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. As an added surprise...my car was washed/cleaned when I arrived to pick it up. Thank you for making this a good experience.

kenziealane96: Quoted $700 to fix a 2007 toyota prius driver front wheel bearing. Asked how many hours of labor that was and they replied it is 2 hours labor. I know the part is $110 after taxes and when I asked how much they were charging for part he could not give an answer and responded "it'll be $700 parts and labor." Called around and just about anywhere else was cheaper and polite staff. Not sure if employee I spoke to even researched it because he did not sound sure and could not give me answers of breakdown of price.

Following their inspection, I initially chose to think on it but shortly after realized I needed the job done ASAP and they were kind enough to take my vehicle back immediately and had it done within a few hours. Yep, when deserved and 5 stars when deserved as well as you can see by the rating being given to Washtenaw Car Car for example. I explained what happened, and she admitted that, yes, my phone call should not have been handled that way. I will give you an extra star for taking the call. Still not gonna recommend or use. Thank you. ******** Couldn't even get a decent person on the phone. Wanted to use this place bc it was close to work, but I will find another. Try being a little more polite next time.

Ann Scott: I have used this business for several years with several different cars. I took my car in for a simple oil change. I was told I needed a brake job even though I had yet to hear any brake noises. I was quoted $500 over the phone for “the brake job”. At the end I was charged for $940 for oil change and brake job. From the quote I was given over the phone I expected $600 at most. I’m just presenting facts here but I can’t help but to feel lied to.
