They were kind, knowledgeable, and even checked my car over to ensure it wouldn't break down on my daughter and I. Mike E: I have been brining my car here for years. Not only is it clean with friendly staff who are so professional but I actually feel like I found a car shop I can trust. They go with you step by step of what needs to be done and even show you pictures. They back their warranty and if you have a problem they are always going out of the way to help. Seriously who else does this??They can get me in right away and fixed in no time. I hate having to wait for my car to be fixed here you don’t have to. Ed Boske: This is a business that has very experienced technicians and repair most any type of vehicle. A very nice customer lounge area with a friendly atmosphere. They also offer a wide variety of tires and every price range it makes it affordable. Vicki Kimball: Joe & his supporting cast were friendly, efficient, & reasonably priced. He shared work that might be needed in the future (our car is 14 years old) but didn't try to compel me to do right away, unlike the dealership. My cost for the major repair was over $900 less expensive than the dealership wanted to charge. We have two older cars (Jeeps) & will definitely get our work done there in the future. Giving highest recommendation!

kenziealane96: Quoted $700 to fix a 2007 toyota prius driver front wheel bearing. Asked how many hours of labor that was and they replied it is 2 hours labor. I know the part is $110 after taxes and when I asked how much they were charging for part he could not give an answer and responded "it'll be $700 parts and labor." Called around and just about anywhere else was cheaper and polite staff. Not sure if employee I spoke to even researched it because he did not sound sure and could not give me answers of breakdown of price.

Paul Pinard: I found my go-to mechanics here for my Sprinter diesel. Drop off your vehicle here and within hours you get a text with a link to a complete inspection report complete with a color coded tiered urgency level assessment. Never seen this before. They are now under common ownership with Abbot St Auto in Ann Arbor and Stadium Auto also in Ann Arbor who I've been using and trusting for years for my VW Sportwagen. Great job guys!!!......will be back and will highly recommend to friends and family.

Frank Stuetzler: Excellent work, regular status updates, dependable. We had a major breakdown of a class C RV with a Sprinter 3.5l engine, clogging all injection lines and injectors with metal debris. They diagnosed the problem correctly and Kris was willing to work with an extended warranty service I had subscribed to. He consistently worked with them in spite of some difficulties and saved me a LOT of money. We will use them for all our Sprinter work hoping that it will be just regular service in the future. I gladly recommend their service.

Eric Osborn: Convenience Auto SAVED MY CAR. The dealership told us we needed a new head gasket for my 2005 Toyota Corolla. Cost? Almost $4,000. We were not going to pay that for an 18-year-old car so we immediately began car shopping. Still, something nagged at me. The dealership had seemed sketchy and my experience thus far hadn’t been the best. Was it worth getting a second quote?I decided to give it a try. I found Convenience Auto and read their great reviews. I called them to ask for a quote on a new head gasket. Surprisingly, they told me that often the dealer misdiagnoses the oil leak and they’d rather take a look first. They did look, TWICE, and confirmed that is was not the head gasket that was leaking oil, but a different part that the dealership had “repaired” months earlier! If I hadn't call them, our car would be gone!Throughout the process Justin and Garrett were outstanding. Answering my thousand questions patiently, shuttling me back and forth from home while they repaired the car, and generally being amazing! Everything they did was to steer us towards less expensive options that were better for the car and better for us.This is customer service at its finest and the car has run great ever since. If I had followed the dealership, our car would probably be gone forever but instead, we’re driving it every day and loving not having a monthly auto loan. Thank you guys! The Kolakowski’s: The crew at Convenience Auto saved the day for me. My husband was laid up with shoulder surgery and the engine light came on. Tully Svekric: Had my car towed here in the middle of the night after it broke down while driving. They charged me $80+ just to tell me nothing and handed me a card for a scrapyard. I asked if they looked at the timing belt as I suggested - as it was just replaced - and they said no. Took me 5 minutes to see that the timing belt was broken. Fixed the car myself and didn't scrap it. Waste of time and money here.edit: they did not diagnose a broken timing belt. I asked them, and they said they did not look. The below response is a lie. Anthony “JayDe” Bolden: Place is usually preoccupied so don't expect a speedy service. There was a week of work before they look at my car. For me, this wasn't an issue but could be for someone with a tight schedule. They maintain several means of contact so there's no issue getting a hold of anyone for anything you need.They diagnosed and performed the work, even held the vehicle for me so I could get a proper window to pick up my car. My only gripe is the cost of the work and I'm not even showing how much they would've charged for brakes and rotors.Most often, inspections are included with services performed when all repairs are made on a vehicle. That has been my experience in the past but the inspection charges here were not waved which elevated the final cost.Great people and great service but if you can get it done for cheaper, I advise you take that route with your vehicle.

I was told I needed a brake job even though I had yet to hear any brake noises. I was quoted $500 over the phone for “the brake job”. At the end I was charged for $940 for oil change and brake job. From the quote I was given over the phone I expected $600 at most. I’m just presenting facts here but I can’t help but to feel lied to. Christopher Xiao: This is the place to go for German car repairs. I had a little accident from driving in the snow and needed to find a reputable shop. The people here are extremely welcoming, experienced, and thorough in their due diligence. They take photos of everything during the initial inspection and send you an electronic record so that you are fully aware and involved in any decisions. Prices for this level of service are not the priority, but for those who care they are very reasonable and certainly more affordable than the dealer. I give my highest recommendations.

My car had standing water under the carpet of the passenger side cabin, soaking all of the foam and creating risk in the subfloor electrical electrical system. They had to pull out the seat and the carpet to make sure we could dry the car properly. They were creative, friendly and efficient - They worked out a great solution that I could afford. They have won my trust and all of my future business. I highly recommend them! I wish I found them years ago.
