Luciana Nemtanu: I'm sad to leave this review but I do not want anyone else to have this experience. We purchased a used Audi not too long ago and we made an appointment at Orion because we saw that the sticker from the previous oil change was from them. We thought it would be great to keep the car at the same local business where it's been before and that seemed so great at working with European cars. A few days before our oil change appt, the car didn't start anymore, we towed it in their parking lot and waited patiently for our turn to come that wednesday. They told us it was the steering column, they found one, ordered it, it arrived but they told us it would take another few days to install everything. My husband talked to one of the gentlemen who told him we should just cancel our weekend travel plans because he didn't know when it would be ready but he was hoping for Friday. He said he would update us. My husband called 4 times, they never called for an update. On Friday, my husband called again and talked to another gentleman who got frustrated and said "I don't have to put up with this", "If you're not pleased with our service, you can take your business elsewhere", etc. I went there in person and spoke to this gentleman who assured me it was a misunderstanding. I picked up the car next monday (after they had it for two weeks). A week later, car wasn't starting again. I called them and they told me it must be something else (starter this time) and they quoted me at another $600 after I paid $1100 for the column. Oh, but they couldn't see us until a week later anyway. So we found another place close to our house who did it for $200 cheaper in a few hours and who treated my husband like family (since they have accents in English like he does). They also checked on things Orion claimed they were needed repairs (safety concerns) and it turns out, not that serious. We'll be going there from now on and, unfortunately, at your staff's suggestion, we will not be returning to Orion!

Christopher Xiao: This is the place to go for German car repairs. I had a little accident from driving in the snow and needed to find a reputable shop. The people here are extremely welcoming, experienced, and thorough in their due diligence. They take photos of everything during the initial inspection and send you an electronic record so that you are fully aware and involved in any decisions. Prices for this level of service are not the priority, but for those who care they are very reasonable and certainly more affordable than the dealer. I give my highest recommendations.

My car had standing water under the carpet of the passenger side cabin, soaking all of the foam and creating risk in the subfloor electrical electrical system. We were not going to pay that for an 18-year-old car so we immediately began car shopping. Still, something nagged at me. The dealership had seemed sketchy and my experience thus far hadn’t been the best. Was it worth getting a second quote?I decided to give it a try. I found Convenience Auto and read their great reviews. I called them to ask for a quote on a new head gasket. Surprisingly, they told me that often the dealer misdiagnoses the oil leak and they’d rather take a look first. They did look, TWICE, and confirmed that is was not the head gasket that was leaking oil, but a different part that the dealership had “repaired” months earlier! If I hadn't call them, our car would be gone!Throughout the process Justin and Garrett were outstanding. Answering my thousand questions patiently, shuttling me back and forth from home while they repaired the car, and generally being amazing! Everything they did was to steer us towards less expensive options that were better for the car and better for us.This is customer service at its finest and the car has run great ever since. If I had followed the dealership, our car would probably be gone forever but instead, we’re driving it every day and loving not having a monthly auto loan. Thank you guys! For me, this wasn't an issue but could be for someone with a tight schedule. They maintain several means of contact so there's no issue getting a hold of anyone for anything you need.They diagnosed and performed the work, even held the vehicle for me so I could get a proper window to pick up my car. My only gripe is the cost of the work and I'm not even showing how much they would've charged for brakes and rotors.Most often, inspections are included with services performed when all repairs are made on a vehicle. That has been my experience in the past but the inspection charges here were not waved which elevated the final cost.Great people and great service but if you can get it done for cheaper, I advise you take that route with your vehicle.
