Reggie Rodrigues: Heard about this place from friends and always wanted to try it. When I heard it is closing towards the end of the year I decided it was time to go. Food is very good with generous portions and reasonably priced and the staff is very nice. I will definitely return.I went at lunch time on a Friday so it was busy and noisy. The place is very popular.Be advised parking can be a challenge on weekdays but on weekends the parking structures nearby are free.Parking: The parking behind he restaurant can only hold about 12-15 cars, I think. But there is plenty of free parking on weekends.

Winnie Jung: Unfortunate that this place is closing down, but I had quite a bad experience dining in here on a Thursday morning. Oatmeal was too thick and gummy that it was difficult to swallow; when I asked for warm milk I received the response “I can get you milk but I’m not gonna heat it up for you,” which was not only snarky but resulted in the oatmeal being lukewarm, soggy, and overall unpleasant to eat. While there must be a lot of media frenzy around the restaurant closing, the waitress SCREAMED at me to stop taking photos in front of her, even when my phone was clearly directed at the food and not her face. Please chill out. That ruined the vibes and the meal for my entire family; it was especially disappointing because I had come in with my parents, and it was the last meal I would be having with them for months (I told the waitress that within minutes of coming in too). After that frightening interaction, I was severely uncomfortable with talking to the waitress for the rest of my time there, which is bad because she seemed to be the only person serving all customers and I didn't really have anyone else to talk to. Because of how crowded the place is, requests also take forever to deliver and the food is okay but nothing near extraordinary. I would suggest taking your wallet elsewhere.

Chris Gomez: Pros: Friendly staff. Coffee is good.Cons: Food is grotesque. For the huevos rancheros, the refried beans were clearly from a can, tasted foul. The salsa tasted like the store bought Pace salsa you use for dipping chips. Our french toast tasted like the bread was a week old, super dry, no flavor at all other than the syrup you pour on it.

Jimmy Frye: Parking lot will swallow a regular car, be careful. Food was horrible. No hash browns available. No sausage links available. Toast was burnt when I asked for lighty toasted. Asked for over medium eggs, got them and they were over easy. It's not that hard to make a breakfast. Then I go to pay and because I used a CC , I have to pay extra. I will never return and I'd never recommend this place. The only good thing I can say is the waitresses were very nice.

Must try foods on their menu: Dover sole, any of their steaks, french onion soup, brussels, mac & cheese, au gratin potatoes, house salad, always fresh oysters professionally shucked, and anything off the dessert menu. Come with a big appetite because the qualify of the homemade recipes always hits perfectly. The service will always be top notch, and you are getting your money worth with the experience of eating here. Don't sleep on this place because of the generic name, trust.

I went with my wife and daughter, and for starters we had the Cheese Plate. They each ordered the Fruits de Mer, while I had the Beef Wellington. Our sides were Cheddar au Gratin Potatoes, Brussels Sprouts and Roasted Broccoli. For dessert, we had the Candy Bar Bomb and Sorbet Trio.Liam's descriptions and guidance were spot on, and every item that hit the table was met with enthusiasm. The table was cleaned and straightened between courses, and all three main course plates were placed on the table simultaneously by three servers (very nice touch). Didn't apologize for my wait, and if I hadn't checked through my order then they would have let me walk out without two $6 drinks. They were pretty uninterested and distracted. Upgraded my drinks for free($1 value) but didn't apologize for forgetting them in the first place.This place is best for takeout-lunch, look somewhere else if you want decent service, or fair food portions for money. Olivia Dobry: Getting two stars because I believe they can do better, I know they have it in them. I can accept that some people have off days. Anyway. This is the worst burrito I've ever eaten. It was a shredded chicken chimichanga. When did I first encounter chicken? Well, at one point my reason for eating strayed away from hunger and became an attempt to chase away the dawning horror that there might not be any. About 2/3rds of the way in, it ambushed me. It was impressively crusty. My investigation felt like the end of Se7en. I didn't eat anymore. It never occurred to me how important organization was in a burrito until now, but it makes sense. People generally like consistency when it come's to them. Despite it being a chimichanga I think I had a total of 3? slightly crispy bites. There were an obnoxious amount of whole, soggy kidney beans, paired with mushy and lackluster rice. Keep in mind this is what I had to go through to get to the chicken(what's in the box?) So, chill on the beans, and nothing wrong with the classic black or refried beans. Texture is important, maybe wrap them in tinfoil, put them in paper bags, something, to reduce sog. Marinate the chicken, and change it out more. Please.

I'll give it that.Overall, not sure I'd eat here again. If I did, I'd feel it necessary to specify that I want the hottest hot sauce (which I must assume is fairly mild), and I want a measurable amount of it.Side note, when you pay, there's a tip option on the screen. The LOWEST option is 18%, and the option on the left (that you'd expect to be the lowest option) is 25%. So, you know, keep your eye out for that too.

Riley Berens: This restaurant is very clean, our kids are into all of their decor and I never saw dust or stains. The food is good, they even have a kids menu that's not on the website.Kid-friendliness: For years we never went to this restaurant because we didn't think they had a kids Menu. I can't remember all the options but our kids are chicken strips, with rice and a blended lemonade and Mac and cheese with potato wedges and a Mango and strawberry smoothie.Parking: Lots of Parking available

Pamela Bennett: We went in to have dinner for our second time on Sunday 8-21. We got Hoda as our server again. Very cheerful and efficient with fulfilling all of our service needs. The food is unbelievably delicious! The Coconut Shrimp Appetizer..scrumptious! The Moroccan Soup has a spicy, hearty vegetable goodness! E J: The palace itself, the food and most notably our server Hoda, made this one of the most memorable and enjoyable meals of my life. The flavors of Lebanon brought me back to my childhood, the grape leaves were perfect. The chicken shawarma phenomenal. Ask to be seated in Hoda’s section. You’ll feel like you’re at your aunt’s house getting stuffed as plate after plate of delicious food is brought to you. Amazing 10/10

Michael Taillard: It's definitely a Lebanese restaurant, which means heavy, carnivorous dishes loaded with with fats and proteins. What I didn't expect was that each bite would be juicy, tender, and flavorful - not at all the gut stretching experience of choking-down dry beef and chicken that is typical of the style within SE Michigan.Side Note - I was skeptical of the Gaelic sauce and its reviews, too. Now I put it on everything they offer - meats, veggies, breads, everything. It's an amazing addition to the flavors (a bit overwhelming by the spoonful - don't try that).

Jamie M: Our Server was great! She was very attentive. Our food was hot. The atmosphere was good. The crispy green beans were a bit greasy, but our main issue was the portion sizes. At 8pm, our entrées looked like lunch portions. We brought that to the manager's attention, but was told it was accurate. For that reason, I highly doubt we will visit this location again. We regularly eat at PF Chang's, but this was our first time at this location.

Carter Starr (Carter Starr): Only point is because my first date was here 2 years ago- otherwise, most recently, the food was extremely subpar-worse than the Panda Express located down the hall. Prices are high, service is average. You can get much better elsewhere. DONT GET THE CALAMARI.
Sierra clark: I went for the first time for a late lunch and wasn’t that impressed with the food. Everyone said it was amazing but it tasted like the regular Chinese takeout that I’m able to get at almost half the price. I got the wok spicy chicken bowl and I was expecting a lot more since it said fire roasted but I felt the portion could have had more chicken and instead of fluffy rice have a little crisp to the rice so I felt like I was eating better quality Chinese. Other than that my server was absolutely amazing and the atmosphere was good during the between lunch and dinner hours.

brenda Sanderson: This used to be one of my favorite places. However. This past year I have been disappointed in the quality of the food, the staff and cleanness. We used to stop by at lunch and sit at the bar. The past few times the bar was dirty. Had to ask for a cloth to clean my own area. Bar staff did nothing to clean the rest of the bar area. Too busy chatting or on her phone. Prices of food have increased, while quality decreased. And why do they charge $5.50 for a 12 ounce bottle of domestic beer? The ladies restroom has had the same stall "Temporarily Out Of Order" for the last year. Nope. Not going back. 😕

Dimitri Roumanis: Amazing food, cocktails, and unique menu. This is a chef owned establishment and the food reflects that! One of my favorite dishes is the Shaking Beef but I just had the Wagyu Beef Cheek and it was divine. One of my favorite places in town.
M Nedloc: I really enjoyed the atmosphere, made me feel kind of fancy, with the low candle light, dimming of the room lights and mature menu. Since this was my first time, I got a couple of things as I was craving something along the lines of Asian cuisine. The prices on this menu are a tad higher here but well-deserved servings to make it up to you. The menu does change here so if you do end up loving this place, you can come back and try something new. Here, I tried one of their risottos and their grilled pork entrees. They do not currently sell this specific entrée and or starter, but often have a different spin off. Their entrée came with a hefty amount of pork, fresh rice, and a fried egg. Sounds simple but it was quite delicious. The only thing I would bring up is that the pork served was a little too sweet, but I still thoroughly enjoyed it. I also ordered an old fashioned and I honestly think this is my favorite place for one or maybe the bartender just has the magic touch! Be mindful of parking, it can get busy, and most parking is paid but I think it’s worth the taste and experience.

Michael and Erika Coley: We were a table of 10. Service was horrible. Took 35 mins plus for meals to come out. Then when meals came out waiter disappeared. Waiter was I think Indian descent. And say 6ft. I spoke to Jeff and he apologized. But ten people and about $300 worst of meals and beer . Not the greatest service. We are a baseball team from Canada here for a tournament this weekend and man there must be more that can be done. Not happy about the way Jeff left things.But under no circumstances should it take 35 plus minutes to have food serviced and then waiter just left his machine at the table and left it to us to figure out our own bills.Definitely this needs to be dealt with and or person needs to be re trained and or spoken too. He missed out on a what could've been a great tip. But did everything in his power not to earn it..Restaurant please reach out.We are here till Sunday.Concerned customers.

Janet Walsh: Went on mother's day and was super busy. Had to be seated in the bar area and only had 1 bartender to serve the bar plus 5 or 6 tables. She did her best but she was over-extended, when we went to pay our tablet at the table didn't work and it took 15 minutes to get help because she was so busy. I was happy with the food but perhaps they need a second bartender.

Danny L: Chili's is home away from home. I always come back to this location when travelling for work. Friendly and great service. I had the combo plate with chicken crispers and quesadillas, corn and garlic bread. Food was delicious including the famous tortilla chips and guac. The only thing that needs attention is the dusty separators between the aisles. It was very dusty and could use a good cleaning. Definitely recommend this place aside from that!

M. Noah: I visited Chili's Restaurant in Ann Arbor, Michigan and had a pleasant experience. Our server, Kai, was friendly and provided good service. Although the guacamole was delicious, the salsa was watery and lacked substance. Many chips were brittle and crumbled, making it hard to enjoy the dip. The restaurant was regularly sanitized, but the counters were dusty. Despite this, the food was good, and I left feeling satisfied. Overall, Chili's is a recommended option for a casual meal with family or friends.
