The repair was very well done and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if a situation presents itself.

Reza Amini: UPDATE (March 26, 2022):I took my car here because it did not start, taking three to five minutes to start, and sometimes I gave up and asked for a ride. They told me leave the car for diagnosis. In the afternoon, I received a call that my car needs a Camshaft sensor. Unlike the other time, they did not run diagnosis for free, and did not tell me they would charge me. If I did the repair there, they gave me 50% off the $99 diagnosis fee. I had no other choice. They replaced the camshaft sensor and charged me $218 for the part when the most expensive one is not more than $125. I appreciate that they removed the diagnosis fee. When I asked what the brand of this part is, they told me we don't know!!!!The day after, when I started the car, the same issue happened. It did not start and I had to give up. I spent $300 for nothing. If I can start my car, I am going to to take it there and will update this review based on my experience.====They checked everything for free, but expected I leave the car after the inspection. The waiting room is filthy, so many stain on the couch. No water or coffee while I had to wait two hours for the inspection. The price estimation seems reasonable, but not sure about the quality

David Loar: I got a screw in my tire while traveling around the Ann arbor area and it was leaking air pretty fast. I got rejected by 4 other garages in the area before I tried midas. They got me in between their appointments and set me up with a replacement tire within a few hours so I could make it back home (2 hours away). The staff was very helpful finding time for my vehicle during their busy schedule and alerting me to some other issues on my vehicle that needed attention in the near future. J Dirt: Called ahead to make an appointment for brakes. They do not do appointments. The only way to have work done is to drop your vehicle off earliest as possible in the morning, to wait for a call back with an estimate, no time frame given. So I went to drop my car off the following morning, to be told that I can not wait in the lobby for any amount of time to wait for a cab to pick me up. Midas needs to figure out a better process, and needs to have better customer service and satisfaction in mind. I will never recommend Midas to anyone, ever. Especially this location. It’s 37 degrees outside and you want me to leave my car with you and offer noLobby to be warm and comfortable in. Shame on you as humans.

There is always such great customer service, my car inspection (including pictures) comes to me through email, and they made a scary process a lot more tolerable. Michael: I give them a 5 star on every thing they did. The boss is very nice, two mechanics are super knowledgeable. They help me a lot by giving me a free quick check on my car, and point out the real problem instead of me saying what's the problem is and save me the money. Very very nice place to recommend if your car has some issue and let them fix it.

Nathan Truchan: I have been taking my vehicles to Packard Auto for the past 8 years. They are always friendly and helpful. They do excellent work at a fair price. On a number of occasions they have said this is what you need to get done to make the car safe to drive and said they are other things you can do but aren't necessary. I really appreciate that type of service because it lets me choose what I want to get done and how much I need to spend. I can't recommend Packard Auto enough.
Molly Stamos: Buyers beware! I got the following quote from PAR and because it was a very expensive quote of $3849.41 I decided to save some $ and take it to my brother’s auto shop in Farmington Hills. This is really inconvenient for me but given the price was well worth th drive in. He is a very reputable and has had a garage for 30 + years. He charges me 200.84. You can see the attached quotes and exactly what my brothers recommendations were to stop the noise my car was making. I went back into PAR to show them my car was fixed for $200 saving me a grand total of $3826.57. They stood by their original quote. Wow! Take what you will from this. Peace.

Nate Berent-Spillson: AC wasn’t working. The did a systematic troubleshooting and communicated all along the way. It ended up being the compressor, so not cheap to fix but the air is icy cold now!

After having a horrible experience at another shop which led to part why I needed these repairs they made sure I got back out on the road and told me to come back if anything acted up! I had something unrelated to the repairs go wrong the next week and they took care of it for free for me! I felt very heard and welcomed which isn't something I can say about any of other experiences I've had when it comes to getting car repairs! I can't recommend them enough! I will be back even if it's just for an oil change!

This shop has done an excellent job and make things really easy for their customers . You don't find businesses like this anymore they're all about caring for their customers always showing me what's wrong withmy truck and never is their a question of quality. Talk about hard working people this is a great shop.
Dana Rudnicki: I've been going to Complete Auto Service for many years and will continue to bring our vehicles there. Love this shop! The mechanics are top notch, efficient and they are experts in their field. They always give me an honest, fair, estimate and let me know what I need to have repaired for my safety. The people are very trustworthy and there are never any surprises when I go to cash out. Complete Auto Service does fantastic work and their managers are always kind and knowledgeable.
D Y: Driving in the snow past winter did a number on my car and I had to get a control arm and ball joint replaced bc of a noise I heard when turning. The car was fixed and after a couple weeks I heard some noise again. Took it back to the shop and they got me in first thing the next morning with a free complimentary rental car. The work they did to fix the issue was covered under warranty and everything was done free of charge!These guys are knowledgeable and experienced and they take care of you as a valued customer. Thankful for their service and their care for their clients. Thank you!

Lopaka St: Only 1 star, since the owner ASSUMED I called and was quoted a price, but actually received the estimate from his "Master Mechanic"... I went elsewhere (MDP Repair near Jackson see cost difference below).I was in the area and seen the reviews, stopped for a steering issue and quoted $500 for the repair. Went to my normal shop and the issue was not the pump itself but a sensor. Spent $190 including the diagnostic and got a free loaner car at MDP Repair.I left a simple review first and the owner replied with what he assumed I did, never reached out to me. With that reply I chose to elaborate and include the cost difference. It's very clear this place is not as organized, communicative or as "fair priced" as they portray. Go somewhere you can trust to diagnose and fix the problem that's actually needed, not someplace they think they know everything. Looking through the owners replies it's pretty clear he thinks very highly of himself.

I went to the other tire shops in that same location and got 4 tires for 600 dollars and was a better brand. 2 women sit at the front desk. The siting area is cluttered as well. My Audi desperately needed an alignment and possibly more front end work from the evidence of wear and tear on my front tires. I was welcomed and quickly scheduled over the phone for the same day. Upon arrival, the owner, John, generously explained the entire process; what they were going to look for, and the cost I should expect. This was unlike any other customer service I had received before at other auto shops. When they found my tie rod was bent and causing my issues, they called me and explained everything. When I returned, same day, I was shown the bent tie rod and again explained to what to look out for and why this was causing me issues. Christopher Xiao: This is the place to go for German car repairs. I had a little accident from driving in the snow and needed to find a reputable shop. The people here are extremely welcoming, experienced, and thorough in their due diligence. They take photos of everything during the initial inspection and send you an electronic record so that you are fully aware and involved in any decisions. Prices for this level of service are not the priority, but for those who care they are very reasonable and certainly more affordable than the dealer. I give my highest recommendations.
Karen Godwin: I can't say enough about how awesome this team is! My car had standing water under the carpet of the passenger side cabin, soaking all of the foam and creating risk in the subfloor electrical electrical system. They had to pull out the seat and the carpet to make sure we could dry the car properly. They were creative, friendly and efficient - They worked out a great solution that I could afford. They have won my trust and all of my future business. I highly recommend them! I wish I found them years ago.
