Dana Murray: The Greyhound bus is the absolute worst way to travel. However, the Bus Station is in the Amtrak Station, which is OK.TAKE THE TRAIN INSTEAD!

Vivek Rai: Bus station is reasonably maintained. Does not feel unsafe. The bus I traveled with came about 2.5 hours late but I feel that was because of weekend rush or other issues. Overall, there weren't any problems apart from delay.
Anna Ronen: GREYHOUND NO LONGER USABLE. Greyhound has been bought and that apparently means they’re done being a remotely reliable service. They provided no notice that the bus had been cancelled, in fact the Greyhound hotline didn’t even know it had been, you have to call the origin station to get the information. The A2 Amtrak station says that they cannot do anything Greyhound while they greyhound hotline says everything has to be done in person. Customer service knows nothing and can do nothing. Greyhound is apparently done, don’t rely on using them

Victoria Burnie: Weird that the bus doesn't come until midnight yet the station closes at 11 pm. Luckily, that night the train was late and the station manager who had to wait for the train (very nicely) did not toss me or the other woman waiting for the bus out into the frigid cold weather at precisely 11 pm. I'm glad that there are still good-hearted people in this world. 👍

Kimberly Walker: The lobby and restroom were clean and recently updated. Plenty of charging outlets. The two gentleman working the desk were friendly and professional and helpful. They clearly and honestly communicated schedules and all information in a way we all understood. These guys should write the book on how to train Greyhound employees! Great customer service and housekeeping!

Veronica Bullard: This is extreme. No bus routes available for September 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th 2021. This is for the route from Ann Arbor to Lansing. Is this to be expected from greyhound? Is this how they conduct their business? I prefer to take my business elsewhere.

Kassandra fowlkes: Very clean, quiet, the gentleman that worked there was very helpful. Clean restrooms. The vending machines are a tad expensive. $2 for a bottle of water and $1.75 for snacks can be expensive if you have more than one child. It is wise to bring snacks beforehand. Save some money

Mark Erichson: Well, it's a small office to which you have to go to do boring tasks. But it was clean, there was seating, the process (getting a bus pass) was straightforward and pretty quick, and the staffer was very pleasant. Not exactly a place I'd take out-of-town guests to, but not a place I'd dread revisiting, either.

Bruce C: The fat driver on the 46 doesn't believe in stopping for passengers. I know times are tough but you need to vet your drivers for at least bare minimum standards.Almost ran over by 44 bus at 5:14 Sept 2. You were almost sued! If I would have been hit you would be out a few million easy. Two witnesses.
Eric Langewicz: I'd give my experience today 0 stars if I could. Bus routes, printed and live updated, failed to reflect reality all day. Bus driver missed a turn on the 5 today and wasted more time. She didn't even go the right way after the fact. I had to walk miles in 90 degree heat because of you guys.
Hollyrock90: I came here specifically to buy a fare deal card and a new bus pass, and where others would've let me span spend an arm and a leg on my bus pass the receptionist let me know that the price on the bus passes go down on Sunday August 28th. She was very professional and I truly appreciate that. This company is 5 stars all the way in my book
Aron Charles: Poor customer service. I feel bad everyday that I give aata my money, even if it's just a dollar. Majority of the drivers are rude, the busses does not match the time that the aata app provided nor the booklet that tell you what time the bus arrives. To top it all off the drivers will leave you no matter what. Even if you flag them down. They will act as if the do not see you. If I could leave a no star review I definitely would.
Bruce Popejoy: A group of friends and I took the bus downtown to the Ann Arbor Art Fair as it was cheaper than trying to find parking in that area. Both drivers were courteous, good at their job, but I don't understand why we stopped in both directions at bus stops and didn't pick anybody up but sat there at least 5 minutes.
